I’m confused. Wasn’t the first Eye of Indra comic eventually released in Canada? Why’s this one US only? Or do we just have to wait an extra week for no adequately explained reason?
I don’t understand why people are so upset that they are charging for the Afrika theme just because it’s free on the Japan store. If you know how to get it for free, get it for free. Simple.
And why does it being free on the Japan store mean it should be free on all stores? If you’re truly interested in fairness, rather than simply whining because you didn’t get something for free, why don’t you demand that it be charged for on the Japan store? I don’t recall anyone being so upset about getting Rag Doll Kung Fu for free when it wasn’t free for Europe or Japan. How many of you refused to download that out of fairness to Europe and Japan? How many of you were upset when XBox Live didn’t get the Brutal Legend DLC for free like we did?
Agreeing with everyone else… updates should be on Tuesdays. Or even better, no set day at all. Just release content when its ready. That way we don’t have to wait until Thursday for a game that might be ready for release the previous Friday. Also, it would get rid of the 360 exclusivity factor for RB DLC and other cross platform games and DLC, which is always a good thing.
The real fail with this update is the “PSN Home” gathering to play the expansion of Borderlands. An 1gb expansion that some moron figured the world could download in 1hr so they could join the @Home gathering. Someone should explain to the morons in charge that the day starts at 12:01am and they should strive to release content close to that time. Maybe corporate should send out clocks to their employees so they can understand such things.

Another week has passed and still no DLC for Operation Flashpoint 2. This is BS! The 360 and PC has had it since the 5th. Sony what the hell are you waiting for? Hell keep it, ima sell my PS3 and moving on to the PC.

Why are we not getting the Eye of Indra again? Is this is a delay to compensate for the advertising again, or is it just not coming at all?

Once again SCEA ignores to place the game that is responsible for the greatest moment in E3 history. You all remember Kaz Hirai showing a PSOne game running on a PSP years back, right? In Kaz’s own words: “It’s RIDGE RACER!!!” (Audience is silent) then he awkwardly tried to play the game in the midst of that silence with the occasional giggle. Hmm, I never thought about it, but maybe that is the reason the game has never been added to the PSOne Classics selections on the PlayStation Store.

Meanwhile Bad Company 2 Beta has been spectacular, voice chat works, squad invites work, graphics are great, sounds are spectacular, just wow. For a beta on a game 3+ months way its amazing.

good update, i got flower, i couldn’t pass up on half price for a game i heard great things about. Played 2 levels and so far im liking it, really amazing environments. Other than that nothing else is a must buy for me, but still a good update for others. One thing really bugs me though, why is the afrika theme 2.99!? Other places have it free, it should be free for everyone, or at least compensate by giving us a different one for free.

These have all been on XBL for weeks. Some even months. And thats why they sell well on the platform Microsoft dose demo updates as they release. IMHO if Sony wants to have the PS3 ahead of the game Demo updates should be separate from overall store updates. That way when a slew of demos hits the PS3 the store gets an update for just demos, and the ad-on content can come later.

last time i checked there was no tekken 6 demo period
pretty sure the bayonetta doesnt come out on the 360 till december 3rd, it may be out on the japanese side of both ps3 and 360 but i’m not really sure about that

I have a question, I don’t know if this has been asked before and I don’t want to sound like a fanboy (which I’m not), but are you guys going to be getting games like pacman and other arcade classics to the PSN store? I played games like pacman and geometry wars on the 360 and loved them, and since there is a newer version of pacman on the 360, I was just wondering if there was any possible way the PSN would be getting games like that? Thanks.

why is it that i can put my downloaded movies in abc order but not my downloaded playstation games? it only gives created and recently played.
Does anyone have any idea when final fantasy viii will be released for psn europe. just finished ffvii and chomping at the bit to get viii. Its been out in japan for ages, surely its not that hard to make it available for europe???

Why on earth is Eye of Indra 2 installed like a game. It should just be a video like the first one originally was. I don’t care if there’s DRM on it.
The reasons why it being a game sucks.
1. It’s a video and should not be in my games section. It’s not even interactive aside from being able to pause and restart it.
2. I can’t play the videos back to back. So I can’t watch the whole series in one go.
3. It takes a while to load and quit each video.
4. It’s missing fast forward or rewind.
5. My remote does not work!! It’s a video why on earth do I have to use my DS3.
So in summary the whole reason I can see for making this a game vs video is to remove features. Good Job, way to put the extra effort in to make it suck.

I mean totally separate. I hate looking at newest releases and demos and always having to sift through a bunch of PSP games!!!

This update is very refreshing and great! I love all the great items that are packaged in it.
On to the business, Hustle Kings is due out this winter. Are we expecting to see a demo or the full game EARLY winter (now) or Late winter (January – March)? I like so many others cannot wait to get our hands on this game!
