The PSN has so much potential to be great, but every week is a complete disappointment due to lack of support.
I feel so bad for the people who looked past the artificial “early adoption” fee tied to the PSP-Go and have had to put up with these weak updates and extremely lacking game library since launch.
Yes! Finally we get Dracula – Undead Awakening in America! Definitely picking that one up this week. I hope it works on the PS3, too, but even if it doesn’t, I’ll still get it just to play on my PSP.
Kind of disappointed with the PSone classics lately, guys, you need to work harder to bring us the REAL classics.
When will we get Vagrant Story in America?
When will America get Blue Toad Murder Files? When will America get Spelunker HD?

hello grace, if you’re reading this and are able to answer the following question, that would be great, if not, I understand, here’s the question, is there plans to release Shadow of Destiny on the psn and if so, is it soon? I’m guessing it will probably be the same thing when LittleBig Planet psp was first coming out and it wasn’t released until one week after its release in retail stores.

Well, I see at least one ignorant thing here and it isn’t the Uncharted 2 demo.
Let’s play a hypothetical game.
Let’s say, oh I don’t know, I got a PS3 for Christmas. Maybe I’m not interested in dropping sixty dollars on a game I’m not familiar with.
I don’t purchase Uncharted 2 because I’m not sure if I would enjoy the game. Fast forward a month, now I can see if I would enjoy Uncharted 2.
Based on Sony’s Christmas numbers, there’s plenty of users that would benefit from the Uncharted 2 SP demo.
It never ceases to amaze me how many armchair video game analysts exist. Go back and take a basic business class.
Every week we can see games on sale on European PS Store. Why it doesnt happen here too? Why?
Oh and why dont we get DEMON’S SOULS and WipeoutHD dynamic themes? UK store has them, and we do play these games in the US as well

Here’s an idea Sony. If you want people to buy your new expensive device, make it worth to the buyer. Don’t make them spend more for your device and more for the content.

I am awaiting the day that Sony releases Grandia as a PSX Classic, rather than seeing games like Championship Bass or Extreme Pinball coming out. The game’s out in Japan, how hard can it be to get the localization and put it up here in North America?
Rock band unplugged lite was available via voucher for early psp go adopters. Why is it not avaible for purchase via psp network store? Only a demo is availble for download. Please look into this. thanks

I’m a first time commenter on here for a reason. I bought a PSPGo for Christmas and have since enjoyed it. However, I am quite disappointed to find that many games I want to purchase are unavailable (many by Square Enix, or other RPGs). Is this going to be remedied? The lack of a regular stream of quality PSP games being released weekly is disheartening. I am hoping that Sony reads the torrent of comments similar to mine and starts to take the PSPGo more seriously. Can we expect some kind of response to this seeming negligence please? Thank you for your time.

No BlazBlue DLC or patch? Come on…Japanese PSN got the DLC today and the patch a week ago…Even 360 got the patch and DLC today..
Yeah I was stupid and bought the pspgo, huge mistake. They said they would have over 100 ps1 games at launch, they only have 85 or so. Sony, come on japan has a huge store and it really makes sony america look like a bunch morons who have zero clue of what pspgo owners would want.

Why the hell would I buy ANY of those minis without a video preview. The exagerrated description alone is not very convincing for me to hit the buy button.

That’s the thing about SONY, they show you something cool, and than they give a whole bunch of cool apps for it… You go buy it… after a month or two They stop supporting it ;)

I’m as happy as can be with my PSP Go, so don’t you you, or any of the other complainers speak for me. You’re just “Noisy Negativists”. Just about every game I’d ever buy for PSP is already on the store, and I havn’t even bought all of those yet. And as for games I want NOT on the store yet, there are only a few. Final Fantasy 1, Crisis Core and Mega-Man Powered Up.
If there’s any 3rd party games you want not on the store, you should be complaining to those 3rd parties. Sony can’t just magically make digital versions of 3rd party games appear to be put on the store. Those 3rd party devs aren’t going to hear your requests here on the PlayStation Blog. You have to contact them directly.
Complaining to Sony about 3rd party games not on the store is completely stupid and pointless.
@41 SingStore is being updated for NA users, it just hasn’t been posted on the NA blog. Also, SingStore updates are never included with the PSN Store updates, they are two separate things. Check the new songs section in the SingStore. It’s not as great as what Europe gets, but it is updated.

Did Sony sell the PSPgo with intention of failing? We’ve seen the news about Toyota; basically committed auto sales suicide. Is that Sony’s intent with the PSPgo? Is this some new Japanese thing that Americans (or anyone sane) will never understand.

I like my PSP Go (great screen). What I do not like is the lack of updates for it. Is it really my job to get content for Sony. Or, do you think, it might be in Sony’s best interest to do the legwork. I imagine someone at Sony must know how to contact the software developers. And, I imagine that Sony will have an easier time getting the developers to listen to them.
But, my biggest gripe is the premium price Sony wants us Go owners to pay for the software. Persona and Resistance Rebellion are about $20 over what it costs on Amazon. Why?
And you will never get an answer from anyone around here. You would think the guy in third place in the console wars might want to be a little more proactive.

Seriously guys, you’ve charged a fortune for 5 year old technology and the promise of digital content, and comprehensively failed to deliver. The only people doing worse are those in Europe, who have about 10% of the content of the US store and paid twice as much for the hardware.
At this rate I wouldn’t bother with a PSP2, much as it pains me to say it – you’ve flushed a lot of goodwill down the toilet, along with a lot of people’s money.
