If you didn’t make it to the midnight launch events last night, make sure to call your store and get your copy fast. GAMESTOP rules i preorder my GOW3 a month ago i was given a poster of kratos the 2 codes and now i have it in ps3 killin like a spartan GOW3 is amazing got my copy at 10am yesterday
is this upposed to be good i dunno never got god of war
just got done beating the next game of the year but my voucher code for the phantom of chaos skin wont work and it says its not valid wat the hell

I called Gamestop about the code and they said that they still had codes left and I should pick one up. Not should what the Gamestop site says but I’m should that the Phantom of Chaos was a separate card with the code. That is the same as the Bioshock 2 preorder bonus. Plus one of PSN friends told me it was not in the game.
Dear PlayStation, The Exclusive Downloadable Phantom Of Chaos Character Skin is impossible to obtain. “Instructions for Redemption: The unlockable skin is only available after you have completely played through the full retail version of God Of War III game at least one time.” I have played through the game at least once, tried the code, and no dice. I would call you a lier for wasting your time to include that foot note. As a respected consumer I would expect for content to be up and running on time. There is only one word to describe God Of War III….EPIC!

picked it up..went home…and LOVE IT!!!…this game is more than a 10.
has anyone fell victim to the glitch during the flame of olympus sequence where you have to turn the crank in front of the flame, then the camera pans over to a chain and then the game freezes. You can still pause and upgrade, aside from that all you can do is quit the game and try to start again from your last check point, just to have the same thing happen again. Did I miss something or is this a case of I have a bad copy of the game??

No the code is not working yet. Samething as everyone else. Have not recieved email from Sony to activate it. Why didn’t they just give you one to enter somewhere on your ps3 instead of this crap with the entering it then waiting for an email?
Sorry but as great as a game this is the ending is a major disappointment. There is no excuse for this ending, end of a trilogy or not. I won’t spoil it for anyone but, there is no excuse. If this is how its going to end Kratos’s story better go beyond revenge for a GOW4. If not, dumbest ending to a game title EVER.
definetily—-the best of the best. Sony and Santa Monica Studios were very creative for the last game. The more I play it—the more I like it.

i have not beat the game yet but im not that impressed with gow 3. its more of 1 and 2. the concept of next gen makes me think of something new and exciting. while there are new weapons they still serve the same purpose. in all this journey kratos has only had to destroy everything and move a few obvious set pieces around. epic destruction and great graphics but very little mental and an old story. thankfully this is the last game in the series. i am very eager to see what games these studios will be working on next. im tired of kratoss anger. would have liked to see the fight aspects of this game and the puzzle level of prince of persia.
who had the bright idea to put a guitar hero puzzle in the middle of a great game like God of war 3
that person should be shot and pissed on for this. If i wanted to play a rythmless version of guitar hero i would have bought one.

whats so great about this game? without getting mad can anyone tell me? i liked the first two but they were great for ps2. whats the difference in gow 3? i feel like its 2002.

Hey all, got my copy and beat it on Easy and Normal modes. Puched in the code for the chaos skin and it said the email would be sent.
Will the code be available at a different launch date/time? like we have to wait till it becomes as an active pay-for dlc first?
I didn’t get any emails so I was kind of worried cause u can’t run the code twice.

But as far as this being a trilogy, I don’t think it will be, for those that saw the final scene in the end after the credits, it screams far from over! But what will he do next since he killed zeus?

people still have lots of kratos costumes on ebay apollo,dominus and morpheus but a bit pricey hopefully you guys at playstation release them here soon that would be great
this game was very awesome so worth the wait. i really liked how you changed the level from the demo with gaia’s hand. All game play movies, was a great idea. Gave the game great flow, You always felt in control of kratos. The ending was cool, the other one comment threw me for a loop a bit. Him not being there at the end was awesome. I was a bit sad thinking we might not get to play as him again though. i hope if there are more games its Kratos rather than some new dude. Nothing better than beating the crap out of dudes with the ghost of sparta. His ruthlessness is incredible by far my favorite character ever. I hope you guys get your time off from the project like you wanted to in the movie but hurry back cant wait for another game. it does make you wonder whatelse he could destroy if he had more time on his hands.

gow2 was better
10-11 hour game play???? got it, played it, beat it in 10 1/2 hrs., but that is normal for God of War. Other than that the game is awesome and the ending is wild…wasn’t expecting that!
This is pretty awesome. The God of War series and Kratos has always been the major icon on Playstation gaming.I can’t wait to get this game and try it myself. All I see are amazing ratings like “5 out of 5” “10 out of 10.” This is sure to get game of the year. Get your copy today.
i swear we need a playstation version of smash brothers kratos is a must if ever made lol and i dont see y not theres drake ,sack boy and many other sony characters people lets make this happen whos with me?
I think Sony should make a game on ZEUS and his adventures and the climax will be the great war between Olympians and Titans. They can also add multiplayer features by taking other olympian gods
About the game, God of War 2 is best among trilogy everything about the game was awesome. The game play was not satisfying and less varieties of enemies> I think kratos should have killed more Titans, the ending was not satisfactory and was rushed.

I think kratos should have killed more Titans. Story was not good. Ending was rushed was not satisfactory. Leaving Athena alive.
the games was awesome i kno im late lol first chance i had to actually sit dwn on the computer nd leave a comment but wats going on wit the blood and metal soundtrack? u guys nevr fixed it and i cant even use my voucher code anymore is there any other way for me to redeem my blood and metal soundtrack i paid for it and i cant have it?
i look foward to getting a response back so i can get my soundtrack i got everything else the website cheated me out of my soundtrack
