@britton ive often wondered about a similar thing, whether grace doesnt reply because it opens a pandoras box of people wanting every thing answered, which…might be why ro started replying and has slowly stopped, but at the same time, i think its a cycle. people whine because they dont feel they’re being heard, and they dont listen because we whine, and especially when the psp is being shafted on these updates, and less than grand psone games.
but i defenitely agree that people need to be patient with the plus. if you regret it, talk to the psp go buyers. but sony is trying to please people by keeping things free, and giving things to the plus buyers. i might not agree with sonys way of doing things, but they dont show any sign of changing.
I’m giving up on SCEA releasing actual ‘True Classics’. If they do add some good PS One games, I may or may not buy them, but I’m not going to hope for it.
Instead, I’m going to buy the actual original games.
Some of them, like Xenogears, are pretty exspensive, but I’ll just buy fewer PSN games.
I’m sure it is difficult to put PS One games on the store, I have no doubt about that. My problem is, I doubt they even try.
I’m pretty fed up with the PS Blog. It was just plain insulting that Ro claimed Motor Toon as a ‘True Classic’.
And, whenever someone has a genuine complaint or concern, a bunch of trolls pop up and tell them to “quit whining”.
Meanwhile, Grace Chen is usually no where to be seen.
Grace Chen’s lack of communication gives me the impression that she just doesn’t care about SCEA customers and the community.
I would think that developing a friendly relationship between the blog authors and customers would be a good thing, something that would gain trust and more business for SCEA.
wow this update fails…a true ps1 classic is motor toon? and even better on ps3 only only not on psp!!! this is so bad i havent even touched the psn store since i bought mgs pw the day it came out. these updates are so bad there laughable. so u know what sony thanks for this update u gave me a damn good laugh.
seriously why is it i receive 2 e-mail from playstation network saying i was able to watch 2 movie but once i got to the donwload page its for us residents only….what canadians are not customer in sony eye??? very disapointed in the way you are treating your neighbor from the north. i refuse buying anything else until i get what was promise to me.

There is definitely no Peggle Nights. I too own this game and it’s making me pay $4.99 to get Peggle nights. FAIL.

K&L Demo wasnt that bad but its just another cliche of games that are already out … classic cover system that needs to stop being recycled into new games..
and a word to ppl complainin about ps1 games .. just because it wasnt great in your opinion .. doesnt mean it wasnt a good game.. theres alot of highly under-rated games that were great but they were left in the dark cuz of [DELETED] reviewers

I am so frustrated at you guys for not giving the normal gamers the demo. Firstly it hurts Square-Enix because they are not able to distribute the demo to as much people as they want. This will hurt sells. Secondly, it is a multiplayer demo, which needs a lot of people to take part. PSN+, at the moment, has only 1 person out of my fifty friends joined onto the service. This also hurts the gamer from what we have the right to have because you have promised us, a great free online experience but now you’re charging us for what we should rightfully have. I am not paying $50 a year for 1 hour trials, crappy PS1 classics games and demos. If you have PS2 classics for PSN +, then I’d be interested.
No offense to anyone but from what i have seen for like 2-3 years.. i dont see any improvement even we got PSN+ we still have one of many problem… no communication from PS staff, nor listen to our requests and id say this is one of worse PR relation to customers… ill be frank with you.. i think its time that we do something about this imo you guys need to replace and hire someone who really understand what it means to take the position and deliver the goods.

I think all you have to do is purchase Peggle alone ($9.99) and then it gives you an option to download Nights for free. I’m not sure though, I’m in the same boat.
If I don’t see some decent PSone Classics soon, my subscription wont be renewed next year, sorry Sony, I just thought I would be getting a lot more content that what has been offered.
By the way, terrible choice of PSone Classic, I hope this ‘PS3 only’ garbage isn’t going to carry on with any other new ps1 games, if I can’t have my ps1 game on my pspgo like I envisioned I would, then it’s game over from me sorry.

I visited the Canadian psn video store two separate occasions and browsed around because of the free movie download advertised, but I still haven’t received my voucher in the mail as promised or even got an email from sony. I even tried to shoot cust support an email about it last week wanting to know how to get the movie download or if I did something wrong, but all I got was a generic automated response two days later saying my problem was being researched. I noticed at bottom of page it said issue closed….hmmm guess the answer to all of our issues, whatever they may be, is to just ignore them and hope we give up on expecting any kind of customer service.

It’s now August and Lego Harry Potter for PSP is still not available in Irish stores, what’s the deal?! I tried to order it on Amazon.co.uk and they can’t get it either. I really don’t think Playstation cares about it’s PSP customers. Not enough new game releases. Game stores in Ireland react to PSP like it’s a dirty word. It has the tiniest shelf space in comparison to other consoles. I went into one a few days ago where the person at the desk snapped at me for politely asking about the game and she quickly said ‘No we don’t have it, won’t be getting it in or any other PSP games.’I am now starting to look at getting an Ipad, or Nintendo 3DS (when it comes out)cause I know they will have 20 times more games to choose from. I think PSP is just a big cheat!
