For all those wondering where the Warhawk combo pack is, I bet you all have one or two of the expansion packs.
If you have purchased a single expansion, or probably even downloaded the Fallen Star pack when it was made free during the very first week of PS+, you are unable to purchase the triple pack.
So Sony has essentially blocked day one subscribers who downloaded the Fallen Star pack from downloading the combo pack.

I honestly love my psp go. Just recently downloaded ys 7 and peace walker. Very unfortunate for the situation concerning khbbs but it was said a while ago that it would be umd only. For whatever reason is beyond me. Is that really a deal breaker? 9 times out of ten this cannot be the only reason you would sell your psp go because a “certain” game cannot be downloaded. PSP go while it cannot play all psp games still serves its purpose by giving you true portable gaming on many other psp titles. Before anyone says “i could fit my psp in my pocket” Im going to say this; While it may hold true that you can it will not be as comfortable as a psp go in your pocket. its the very equivalent of a smartphone in terms of size and portability. Long story short: PSP 3000 gives you the full capability while giving up some of its portablity while the psp go is the opposite. Hence the word ‘go’ meaning on the go. Still want khbbs by the way.

Guys listen up. If you truly want things to change with these updates, the content, and even possibly having Grace fired (who i think should be just for the lack of any type of customer interaction) you need to CALL and WRITE SCEA directly and address your complaints to the highest manager or corporate person you can get a hold of.
Posting on here really isn’t going to do anything. SCEA corporate needs to hear from you directly, especially in writing.
Grace is useless to this organization. A monkey could do better customer relations compared to her. The content you PS+ subscribers have been getting is just a ripoff for the real “hardcore” players which would already have most of the stuff being offered. Seriously Warhawk? A game that was released in at the start of PS3’s life lol. I am so glad i never bought PS+, and feel sorry for all you who did.
Grace you should really do the community a big favor and resign from your job. Your work performance and customer relation skills died a long long time ago.

I do not feel bad for Grace. Really? a 10 at night update? Without even an apology much less a reason? Uh…. I thought we were the consumers and Grace is part of the…oh wait excuse me, IS SENIOR MANAGER of the team that is supposed to give us service. Bottom line, its poor customer service. period.
I vote class action lawsuit for PSPgo owners. We know you never promised new games would be released on the go, but that was the expatiation and I’d bet a judge would agree. What? Was the purpose of the PSPgo to remove the UMD slot and NOT release any new game digitally?
PS: excuses such as “Square Enix won’t let us release Kingdom Hearts for PSPgo owners out of respect for grrrrandfather BOOOOOONG /bow to the rising sun” don’t hold up well here…
I think the greatest joke about this is it seems Disney removed most (all?) of their content from the PSN and it’s not even noted.
Removal never has been, seems rather deceitful seeing how the only way to know otherwise is to search for the games and fail to find.
On the bright side, Hero of Sparta is discounted and should help pass the time until Dante’s Inferno is cheap or GoW:GoS releases.

What? Did you seriously just say that? Good job? lol. Excuse me but please do tell me what this so called “PSN store team” is doing during the week from Wednesday to Tuesday, after you do the weekly store update?
It really seems like this “team” is sitting around all week long until Tuesday comes around to finally put together what they wanna throw in this weeks content update.
A real team would be spending the week putting together what content they know is for sure going to be listed in the update, already into the system just waiting to be released. As the week goes on they would add each new piece of content to system so that by the time Tuesday comes along everything is already in the system that is going to be updated for the week.
Grace you really must have slept with someone to get the “Manager” title because you have no idea how to run a proper team.

I can’t believe the complete and utter ignorance and disrespect for industry professionals in this blog… some of you commentees should be ashamed of how you treat these devs, It’s a lot of hard work, despite commonplace belief, and yea I think sometimes they do head for the door at the end of the work-day, because’ no matter how much you love your job, family is #1 and last I checked devs and industry pro’s are people too, who in a large majority most likely have families and/or ‘loved ones’ to go home to. Yet I see half of you expect them to be your slaves waiting on you hand an foot, “just ridiculous.”
Don’t you guys understand one day you might be in their shoes, and some of the stuff said here, (while albeit empty and immature) can hurt people’s feelings quite a bit.

I am with you. Grace is absolutely useless. All she does is copy and paste the update info to the blog and then run home. She obviously doesn’t care enough to realize that the reason the US Blog has degenerated into the mess it is now is because of her. She completely ignores LEGITIMATE questions EVERY WEEK to the point where one can only assume that she does NOT CARE.

You know, despite what you may think of Grace and other people who post news/updates on here, you have to give Sony credit.
No other company that I know of would be willing to provide a forum where the bulk of responses are downright hostile, nasty, and derogatory, towards the company.
It wouldn’t suprise me at all if one day the comments section for the blogs are closed. And perhaps that would be for the best given the increasing negative attitude being expressed on here.
We all know what happened with all the KHBBS drama going around they purposely updated the store very late so they could dodge our questions about KHBBS, they simply ran away from the problem. All of this could’ve been avoided if there wasn’t false advertising, communication and the truth if KHBBS was gonna be released today, but no Sony likes to give the silent treatment. And what better way to give us the silent treatment then to send a woman by the name of Grace Chen. Why because women looooove to give the silent treatment its what there good at running away from there pathetic little pittiful problems. If only sony told us upfront about KHBBS and an explanation (Hint hint sony) all this could’ve been avoided.
BTW – if anyone on this blog really wants the games they are complaining about for PSN….then just purchase a XBOX 360 and sign up for Live and….walaa….all the games are already there.

If you are doing a bad job or if a costumer is dissatisfied they should get called out for doing their job. keyword JOB from the way these people do their job it seems like they get everything done by Monday, wait till Tuesday to release it then Wednesday to Sunday they just party the lack of communication/content, etc proves this.
They hardly ever communicate with us and when they do its usually some stupid comment which can take 5 seconds to type. they dont care about us so why should we care about them.
The lack of content also proves this as look is what is being offered to us. For ps3 i can kinda see how good it is, but for psp users (and ps+ user, but i cant really say anything since i dont have it) its really lacking in things they promised. With the psp Go and its only means for getting games is the Psn you would think they would get some decent games? but no look at all the things they put out either games no one cares about or game that did bad in the past and are releasing them now just got kicks. For ps+ members i can feel their pain So much things were promised to them and they aren’t even getting it.

It must be a very difficult, tedious and time-consuming process to move a file the size of a dynamic theme from one server to the other. But hey, we’ve only had the game here in the US since October 2009. Maybe we’ll get it as a 1-year anniversary gift?!? Hooray!
Wow. This is the latest update ever. Incredible. I know these comments just go out into the void and evaporate, never having been seen by anyone of any authority at Sony (much like the stuff over at the Share blog), but really?
No wonder Sony is in last place this generation. I don’t care if it was a holiday weekend or not, this is extremely unprofessional. It’s embarrassing.
You’d think they would figure out when this stuff has to be ready, and then actually stick to the schedule. I have deadlines at my job, and it’s not that hard to meet them if you know how to plan.
You can even schedule the posts ahead of time using WordPress. They can just set it to go live at 8am on Tuesday and then leave it alone. This is disgraceful.
I know Grace is taking the hit for this but she may not be fully responsible. Still, get it together team Sony.

So what you’re basically saying is we shouldn’t Voice our opinion? That’s the reason there is a Forum/Blog its to help companies see what they can improve on, but despite all that since the people here never read our comments they cant improve.
Like what people have said if you look at the Europe blog the guy who runs that tries to answer all the question (although he does miss a few at least he is trying unlike some people here) While ill admit the Europe psn is lacking in a lot of things we have they are at least getting informed on whats to come since the people their actually talk to us and talk to devs to get get games out on the psn. Since we dont get any communication here we can only assume nothing is getting done.
Maybe I’ve missed an announcement (unlikely), or maybe people have just plain given up asking out of despair (more likely), but what has happened to Vagrant Story, and to a lesser extent, Xenogears?
JRPGs are the best selling PSone Classics by far and some of the best selling titles on the entire PSN. I want to give currency to Sony, do they not want it?
If anyone has an idea on release dates, or if they know what the deal is, please respond. I know Sony won’t respond.
I just realized that if they were to make ONE decent update for the PSP’s PSN, they would run out of things to put up for the following weeks.

@185 I’d love to see Xenogears also, at least it has a better chance of showing up than Birth bu Sleep does at this point in time.

So what was the purpose of releasing the 3, I believe it was 3, Disney PSone titles, about a month ago? Was it to lure PSPgo owners to stay a owner, and not jump ship to a DS? Because I would have bet my left arm, that that was you guys way of letting us know, Birth by Sleep would be released on PSN. Then to not make the Ghost of Sparta demo available to all PSP owners, is just salt in our wounds.

I wish they would fix the Warhawk DLC for Plus. I bought Fallen and Omega when they came out and I was hoping to get Broken Mirror today through Plus. They should let Plus users download the packs separately since the combo pack doesn’t show up for people who have got one or more of the packs.
