  • The PSP Go at 149 is such a steal!!!!!

  • The PSP 3000 is the best deal. But both include LBP so you can’t really go wrong.

  • Pretty good deals.

  • The Go is sadly horribly gimped…. The PSP 3000 is awesome though.

  • I would pick up the PSPgo in a heartbeat, but I can’t play Birth by Sleep on it….. GAHHHHHHHH. As a Kingdom Hearts fan, this is a TOUGH decision.

  • mann i got mi pspgo for $250

  • I can dig those deals. Might finally pick up a PSP.

  • no such thing as a good deal on the GO since you don’t support it. Bought it for $250 and traded it in for $75. Used the credit to buy a psp 3000 and a 16GB card to store my games. Loving Birth By Sleep on my 3000.

  • Can PspGo users get Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep as a download that would be deal.

  • there must be a better deal somewhere!

  • I got my PSPgo for $169 and even there it was a steal…

    :D

This coupled with the 50% off games certainly makes for fun times.

I am picking up Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker for $20. :P

  • removing UMD on PSP = damaged blu-ray PS3.
sure you can play thoses PSN titles, but…
    PSP 3000 bundle FTW!

  • where are game sales? i mean ya the psn sale is cool but what about umd black friday sales?

  • the psp 3000 is very is horribly bad and the psp go is the best

  • i definately regret spending 250 dollars on my Go after being promised Rock Band Unplugged and LittleBigPlanet for free and then not getting either one. (Rock Band Unplugged was a demo which for some reason was advertised all over the box without saying “demo” anywhere [and i couldnt even buy the game since its not on the store for some also unexplainable stupid reason], and i got Assassins Creed instead of LittleBigPlanet for some dumb reason even though i didn’t even want it).

But, at 149.99 with 3 free games i’d definitely do it again if i didn’t already have one lol. Bluetooth is awesome.

One question though- WHY IS THE CHARGER PORT AND THE VIDEO OUT PORT THE SAME FREAKING OUTPUT?
That completely eliminates the ability to play a game on the TV with a dualshock while charging it. I have to constantly stop playing games to charge the stupid PSP.

    I slightly miss my 3000 (and 3 2000’s and 3 1000’s lol) that all broke. :E

Anyway, it’s really up to you guys what one you want xD. I’d go with the Go personally.

  • I’ll probably get the PSP GO. My PSP is basically a go at the moment anyway, only bigger for no reason and with horrendous battery life. UMD Drive’s been damaged for a year and I only really have Dissida left on hard disk.

The real question is how bad do I want to fight an old woman who’s buying it for her grand kid?

  • You know, ALL I want at this point for my PSPgo is Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep. Pretty please.

  • OMG!! I want the pspGO so bad right now. can anyone tell me where to get them at such a great price? i searched online and there arent any that go for so low…

pls help and thanks in advance =))

    PS: HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

  • I’ll wait for psp2.

  • if only the psp go had kindom hearts on it :(

  • i live the digital life so i’ll most likely go for the PSPgo bundle… plus i’m more leaning on it because of the 16gb space compared to just a wimpy 1gb :)

  • I picked up the God of War PSP Bundle, and I have to say, that I am loving the PSP. Chances are the next PSP, even if it comes out next year, will not use UMD. So, if you pick up a PSP 3000 now, you’re not throwing your money away.

Anyone on the fence should pick up one of these deals (the God of War: Ghost of Sparta PSP bundle is awesome, and you can still get it).

  • i just got a code to download 3 complimentary games for purchasing a pspgo on top of the free games that comes with the unit! wow, thanks sony! it helps to register your product; i just registered my DSC-TX9 camera!

  • I just got the download code as well for LBP, Socom fireteam bravo 3, and Rachet and clank size matters as well for purchasing and registering a PSP Go.

Glad I never purchased these 3 games because now they are free. Thanks Sony!!!

  • TO SONY ENGINEERS/PROGRAMMERS – PLEASE, UMD-TO-MEMORY STICK SOFTWARE CONVERTER ON THE MEDIAGO! I LOVE THE PSPGO!

EVERYONE, VISIT THE FORUMS TO PROMOTE THE PSPGO!

  • i love my psp GO i carry it with me all the time , i hope you guys launch the PSP 2 with its own app store ( lots of apps ) , full psn functionalities, 2 dual analog sticks and kick ass games , did i mention full psn functionalities? meaning ability to text, talk and play with our psn friends !!!!!!

  • btw God of War Ghost of Sparta is my psp 2010 GOTY

  • I just picked up my replacement PSP system last week. AAAGH!

  • psp go is an amazing little machine. at $150 it’s a great deal with all those games included. No regrets purchasing it, just wish sony would push for 100% of psp games to be on the store.

  • DRAGON BALL Z TENKAICHI TAG TEAM

  • Guys I don’t see the PSP Go bundle ANYWHERE on the black friday ads. The only place I see it is in Bestbuy’s website for 149.99 but it does not mention anything about the 3 free games.

What’s up with that? Cause I’m planning to buy that bundle but I don’t know where :(

  • @16 Axecution

I agree using a proprietary port for those 2 is inconvenient, but if you get the cradle for PSPGo (PSP-N340) and an AC power adapter for the original PSP (PSP-100) you can charge and use with your TV/PC at the same time.

It’s a nice little setup I think, but it’s expensive and was probably a money grab from Sony. Proprietary ports are the devil’s work.

  • cmon guys seriously!! where do i get this awesome pspGO deal?!?! my gamestop doesnt offer it pls i need help T.T

  • UPDATE: i got it at amazon.com for 149.99 usd
    i am a happy man.

@Mutilin i think the games are inside. if not just register, and sony will give u the codes.

good luck guys, and happy thanksgiving!!!

  • Please work something out with square enix i have a psp go and a 3000 psp but I refuse to buy anymore umds a portable device should be that portable so I’m loving not having to carry dozens of discs around. But, I’m missing out on kingdom hearts I’ve never played a kingdom heart game so it would have been my introduction to the series. Not having this game on the ps store worries me there won’t be 3rd birthday release as digital copy which looks like a Tham good game. By the way why won’t my select status avatar show up when I post here at blog?

  • Limited quanties? These should be the regular prices of these systems.

  • @32 try radio shack or walmart.. i saw a few.. best buys has them too. but they are going very fast.. so it best to hit the stores early. but radio shack is your best bet..

  • ‘ve been able to get some good deals on games using ZingSale.com – I’m tracking the prices of the games im waiting to buy and i get an email alert every time they go on sale.

  • I think people underestimate the power of the mighty PSP, ’cause there are some excellent games on there!
I’m very happy with my PSP-3000. Sony, thanks for not forgetting us!

  • Yeah the problem is that walmart lists the price of the PSP Go online at 199.99.

Bestbuy will just be insane at blackfriday so its a no-no. Radioshack is even more crazy with its prices on the website.

    Sooo. WHERRR??

  • I’ve never found a reason to switch. My PSP 2000 is fantastic for what I do.

I’m waiting for the PSP2, even if it takes another 2 years.

That is; unless of course the next model makes it worth it. But I hope said next model IS the PSP2.

But yeah these deals are crazy, if I didn’t have a PSP, I’d definitely get the pspGO bundle. I’ve been dying to try that thing out.

  • @41 – MUTILIN

Go to Amazon.com they have the deal there!! i just got it =)

  • I’ve decided. The PSP 3000 is sold out everywhere. When I go to Walmart at 5:00, to try and get a PS3 bundle (small town, probably won’t sell out in the first hour), I’ll see if they have a PSP 3000 Holiday Bundle for $129. If they don’t, I’ll see if they have a PSP Go for $149. I’ll buy the 3000 if they still have it (and for that price). If they don’t, I’ll get a PSP Go if they have it for the BF price. Then I’ll hold on to it without opening it and wait, hope and pray that Birth by Sleep shows up in the PlayStation Store within the next month, and if it doesn’t, I’m returning it before January.

Dear PlayStation, why can’t I get Birth by Sleep AND a PSP Go?
In the words of Kevin Butler, “Make it happen.”
Speaking of Kevin Butler, make him talk to Square Enix. Kevin Butler can persuade me to do just about anything (which is a little scary). Hopefully he can do the same to Square Enix.

  • For the record, I am already a PROUD owner of a PS3. The one I’m going to Walmart for is a Christmas present. Gotta let others “get a taste of the PS3 sugar”

  • The PSP3000 is everywhere!!

on both newegg and amazon and also in stores!!

for BETTER DEAL!! get the one at Fry’s Electronics stores!! (NOT ONLINE) (it’s in the newspaper ads!! it’s the same bundle for $130!! but you also get 5 FREE UMD MOVIES!!!!

as for the PSP GO bundle… some stores lowered the prices.. but not included the 3 games..

so for the EXACT PSP G0 BUNDLE

Amazon is the only place!!! remember the bundle with 3 FREE games is for the Black color PSP Go only!!

    http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=psp+go&x=11&y=19

hope this helps :) since i noticed a few comments asking where the psp go bundle is :)

for me i already got my purchased for black friday in :) heading to bed then :)

9 PS3 games ( 7 are SCEA published)($10 each) 1 tv stand (with removable mount for my 42-50in HDTV)($79) , and a security suite software (for $0 after rebate with addition to sale tax.. :)

  • sorry.. i forgot.. all my purchases are new and the stuffs i mentioned are also NEW.. they are not USED!!!

  • Wow…amazing…for once Canada is getting these discounts as well.

Just ordered the PSP Go from Amazon.ca for 149.99 and it’s got the 3 free downloads worth $80.00 with it !

    * LittleBigPlanet
    * SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 3
    * Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters

Sure glad I waited instead of buying this last year like I was thinking of doing.

  • Gamestop apparently isn’t selling the PSPgo with this sweet deal, it’s still $200 (which is way to damn much). Makes me sad, I really wanted a go.

  • @ 49 – IceColdEskimo.

If you’re in the US, I just checked Amazon.com and the deal for the PSP GO is still available there for 149.99 and the 3 downloadable games.

If you’re in Canada…the Black one is now sold out, but Amazon.ca does have the White one still available for 149.99 and the 3 free downloadable games. (Best Buy in Canada has the Black available at the stores (no online it’s sold out online) at 139.99, but when I called they said there are NO downloadable games with it.
