Same problem here with Sam&Max!
What really gets me about the Sam & Max thing is that right now I couldn’t even purchase it full price if I wanted to either. It’s completely impossible for me to get the game without having to make a whole new Network account.
I know you guys are trying to get this fixed, but some communication would be really awesome. Not a vague twitter message about checking our inboxes (and then finding nothing in them).
Finally something that i don’t already owned is offered on the ps+… I’m dying for a new game to play… but alas I still can’t download the sam & max game… I’m still waiting for an email… Hopefully the tuesday update will be available sometime this week?
Cant Sony give us a reply what is going on? Almost 2 days without a reply.

Please tell Grace Chen that the only thing I want from Sony this Christmas are Sam and Max. I’ve been extra good…well…I haven’t gotten caught. And isn’t that what’s important? But, I digress. Either help the nice people in California to fix the error, or please have them send me the code that was supposed to be in my message box 8 1/2 hours ago. I really want to play Sam and Max tonight. I have never once complained to you guys, but thats because I wasn’t paying for a service… well now I am. As some of the others have stated its been almost two days and we have had no replies other than “working on a solution” and then nothing at all. Totally not satisfied here. Please just get this up and running so we can get what we pay for.

I can confirm that Sam & Max is completely free with the vouchers sent out to ps3 inbox. There’s no expiration date that I can see like other free PSPlus games have.
The message says
“Because you’ve already downloaded “Sam & Max” The Devil’s Playground Episode 1: The Penal Zone or the Playable Demo, you’ll need to click below to redeem your voucher for the full bundle containing Episodes 1-5. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for being a member of Playstation Plus.”

About 5 hours away from being a full 2 days since I received the error for Sam & Max. I was patient at first, but this is becoming kind of ridiculous. TWO days, it shouldn’t take that long to fix this…going to have to be damn careful about what demo’s I download in the future, geez.
