  • because it’s a listing of NEW , UPCOMING RELEASES not collections of already released titles .

  • I want more info on NMH on ps3. Like will there be blood for sure?

  • Two words Project Dark! Not an exclusive but it from the same team that did Demon’s Souls!

  • Also wheres my WKC2 info?

  • Comments/Suggestions for Sony.

It would be great if there would be more PSN support for these big titles such as avatars, dynamic themes and HD videos! We’re supporting these games by buying them and it would be nice if we are given the chance to continue supporting them on PSN as well. Fans of Killzone (3) want to show off Helghast or ISA avatars. Fans of Twisted Metal want a creepy Sweet Tooth avatar, fans of Shadow of Colossus want a Colossus as their avatar and so on. Also we want to pay for QUALITY images!!! Not the cut and paste, standard and bland headshot avatars either.

We want QUALITY dynamic themes that give a fluid movement and vibe of the game it is representing, not a bland image with a few moving aspects.

We want 1080p games and 1080p videos!!! Most PS3 owners use and take pride in their built in blu-ray players and enjoy the amazing quality of 1080p, so why not try to have more great games in native 1080p? Why not even have the option of downloading 1080p videos showing off big titles?

Just a few thoughts from a fan.

  • O well look at that…. I’m now in debt for 5 years because my $500 purchase made me spend so much on more quality stuff =P

  • No More Heroes is scheduled to release in FALL?!?!?! that’s so far away… :,( can it possibly be released in late Summer, like on August or September :)

  • 2011 is definitely the year of the PS3! I need to save money :/

  • Infamous 2 & U3 are tops for me but there are many others as well.

  • I really hope that The Last Guardian makes it this year.

  • Naughty Dog are my favorite Devs. Followed by Insomniac and Sucker Punch. And they all have games releasing this year. With Killzone 3. A new Motorstorm. Another Socom. And the sequel to Little Big Planet. If I wasn’t for my credit card I’d be taking a lot of cash out now for day 1 buys!

  • Very nice list. I’m really looking forward to a lot of games on that list.

  • For me: Killzone 3 (Helghast Edition preordered) and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

  • bada$$ cant wait for socom!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I want killzone3,twisted metal and infamous sony is the best cant wait”)

  • i am for sure i am getting resistance 3 :D

  • too much games 4 not enough time… sadly. I suppose I’ll play more during summer since I won’t have university classes to attend to (I’ll still work 40h+ but at least with work when it’s finished you can simply play videogames. With school you need to study/read/do things…)

  • This is how it goes for me:

    1. Uncharted 3 & Infamous 2 (Love those franchises to death.)

    2. Sorcery (Finally the game that will get me to buy the PlayStation Move none so far has.I think this game will be a must own for every Move owner.)

    3. The ICO/Shadow of the Colossus Collection (Never got to play those games on my PS2)

4.The Last Guardian (afters i have played #3 of course)

    5.No More Heroes/ Twisted Metal/ MotoStorm Apocalypse

    6. An provably give a look at some of the other for example Journey.

  • I’m very happy I finally bought a ps3 :)

  • I hope socom 4 don’t fail too much, but I think it will.

  • As a HUGE Nathan Drake Fan November 1st can’t come fast enough!! UNCHARTED 3 BABY!!!
Resistance 3 and Killzone 3 are also High on my list…Ratchet and Clank 4, The Last Guardian, LBP 2, inFAMOUS 2 and Last but not least MLB The SHOW 2011 Will ALL be 1st Day Buy for Me…The Rest of the games in this List I Will Eventually Buy!

This is not including the Multi-Platform releases! With all the gaming hours I’m going to be putting on my PS3, I might end up buying a 2nd PS3 just so i won’t Overheat a particular one! lol

  • @ Sid : and don’t forget to modify the title :p

Dead Space: Extraction is like No More Heroes, HD remakes.. and Move needs games as well so it might be a good argument to buy one with Dead Space.

  • The one’s I would like the most in-order are

    Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception’
    Twisted Metal
    Killzone 3
    Socom 4
    Resistance 3

The top 3 are a must and the other 2 are lookers for me cus I barely have money after this Christmas lol.

I would like to get more like Infamous 2 and The Last Guardian looks cool and all the great move games that are coming out. Oh and you forgot Modern Combat: Domination. After viewing some vids I can’t believe that game is only $8. I can’t believe that. Black Ops DLC will be literally double that much and this is a whole new game!

One multi-plat game that is a looker imo is Homefront but it comes out right after Killzone 3…so I’m not sure yet about it.

Oh and it’s kinda funny, guess what exclusives Xbox is getting this year? Gears of War 3 which is great but….uhm….yeah….one game. One game. Better stick to Call of Duty Xbox fans =)

  • hmmmmm

only uncharted 3 is 100% buy for me.

  • Well most of them will probably have an amount of stupid DLC’s coming out for them. I know LBP2 will be a rip-off once more. So all in all a very disappointing line up.

Keep it up and the only things me and my friends will be buying, will be indie games and complete games with all their DLC’s a
    year later.

There was a time before DLC when we didn’t have hidden added costs to our games. FFS wake up and regain your right to play and own games that are complete and don’t take that DLC crap anymore.

  • And Virtua Tennis 4 anyone ???

  • infamous@@!!

  • Just awesome! A lot to look forward to, and LBP2 is just around the corner.

An even greater year to be a PS3 owner.

  • 11 out of the 20 exclusives im interested in. Maybe i will change my mind on some. For sure the best will be Infamous 2 since the first one was just mind blowing.

  • Resistance 2 spoiler alert!!

  • Dear PlayStation,
You make it very hard for me to save money for other important things I need when you have a release schedule this ridiculously awesome.

Seriously, between PS3 exclusives and the multiplats I plan on picking up, I don’t know how I’m gonna afford anything else! I’m already picking up the CEs for both LBP2 and Dead Space 2 this month. Then next month it’ll be the Helghast Edition of Killzone 3 and possibly Homefront.

The vast majority of the rest of my wants are all PS3 exclusives. Infamous 2 (the sequel to one of my favorite open-world games of all time), Killzone 3, and Uncharted 3 (the sequel to my favorite game of all time).

You’ve got the games, Sony, and you’ve got this year in the bag. All you’ve gotta do now is make sure that people know it.

  • Oh, and to go along with everyone else’s responses: 15/20 for me. ;)

  • Ugh…these look terrible except for Uncharted 3 & The Show. Another bad year for games I guess.

  • Awesome, I love sony and their exclusives, unfortunately they don’t advertise, and are being pummelled by Ms in sales despite being a better system. That along with no Move advertising or support and i wonder if Sony really knows what its doing in gaming today.

  • OddyOh, if you think these look terrible your an idiot, or a 360 fanboy. go play a game for 4 year old on kinect its all MS has.

  • I love my PS3 and I’m glad that the Playstation brand has literally rebranded itself to be what it has always been…simply awesome. I love Playstation exclusives and you better believe that they are on my list of “must haves”. I’m exciting for Sony/Playstation with 2011 being a stellar year.

  • Great games! Hopefully Sony has a major firmware overhaul similar to the NXE the Xbox had a while back. I’m looking forward to the surprises that will be announced throughout the year at major conventions like CES, GDC, E3, PAX, Gamescom, and TGS – like Starhawk, Medievil, Syphon Filter, Getaway, and Eight Days.

    Uncharted 3 for GOTY!

    Whoop! 2011!!

  • Thats really impressive. Ill be getting;

    Infamous 2
    Killzone 3
    SotC / Ico
    Last Gaurdain
    Journey
    Resistance 3
    Uncharted 3

    and maybe Socom 4

  • Damn, that’s pretty crazy. :O
    My wallet cries…

  • LMAO! What does microsoft have this year? 1! xD

  • 1. Uncharted 3
    2. Killzone 3
    3. Little Big Planet 2
    4. Infamous 2
    5. Resistance 3
    6. Socom 4
    7. Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One

    So many exclusives

Damn, I could imagine xbox fanboys wetting themselves by the end of reading this list. SONY [DELETED]! :)

  • Is White Knight Chronicles 2 not coming overseas? :(

  • stunning.
LBP2, KZ3,and UN3 are absolute buys. not so sure about Resistance 3 or Infamous 2 though.

  • And what about Pixel Junk Lifelike? PJ’s Move game?

  • You guys are nuts … and I love it.

  • No White Knight Chronicles 2 love? Im very dissapointed, i bought the PS3 essencially because i thought that it will be the rpgs console (like the PS2), but im really upset when i see games like WKC2, Vesperia, Grace F, etc. not recieving the western treatmen (and so many crap games like Ar Tonerlico, Atelier series, Neptunia, etc r coming), im feel that Sony has forgot about western JRPGs fans.

  • these are going to go so many amazing PS3 exclusives this year and xbox can go suck it, i own Playstation systems and will always only own Playstation FOREVER!!!!!

  • will you ever add dino crisis 2 this update really sucked I dont understand why we write bloggs if you never add the stuff we ussally ask for I personally was upset they didnt add dino crisis 2 to ps1 games because they already added the first and it wasnt nearly as fun or good pleas add this game tons of people want this pleas respond will psn ever add this game.
