We developed the program as an expression of our gratitude for your patience, support and continued loyalty during the service outage. From all of us at PlayStation, thank you and welcome back!
This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

I got a unique situation where i had psp with psn for more than a year i sold my psp and psp games and bought a PS3 on the day the network got screw up so now im wondering what do i get if anything and how it will play out for my?

wow choice of 5 games. ya make us wait 24 days for psn to come back on and you guys limit us to a choice of games to download. smh should let us download any game we want for the long waiting and suffering u made us go through

Can we still get games for-keeps that we already have through PlayStation Plus? For instance, I have a Karimogi code that I cannot redeem because I already “own” the game until my subscription runs out. Relatedly, I have a full-game trial of inFAMOUS sitting on my account, so will I have to let that take its course before nabbing to full-on- full-game?
thats great. i already have platinum for infamous and i traded it in. i had lbp 1 and 2 and they both suck so i traded it in, i have wipeout hd but not fury because it came from my 3d tv, i have super stardust because of my 3d tv, i dont have dead nation but i hate 3rd person games. i guess il get infamous and lbp 1
Way to go on a first impression Sony. I just got my psp go it’s just been watching me for a month now with no games or nothing, haven’t even been able to claim the free games it came with smh. I really hopes that the store comes back up soon.
The problem is that for some of us the store is “going under maintenance” and there is not date to have it back. That is what sucks. They should not have released any information if the store is not working. Thi is one of the problems.
Can I get my game in the XBOX format? I’ll need that for my new console.
A free add on of your choice would also be nice.

Unfortunately the game selection is a bit week. All already owned or skipped for good reasons by most people. I’m sure people will go for it, but I really would have preferred additional choices, or the option of taking a couple 50% discount codes or something if the games aren’t helpful.
Still the effort is kind of nice.
The only other thing I could see as having been useful is attempting to bring up the store, and enabling the welcome back at a later date so that we could use the items currently in the store. Still, with a three week backlog and ensuring continuing security of purchase information, maybe they are held down by just trying to get the store up.
So this free trail and stuff hasent started yet right?

The only restriction that I have right now would be that I couldn’t access the video store nor rental. Can anyone please answer?

I honestly hate to be rude, but I think that the free games for PS3 seem a little better than PSP. Now don’t get me wrong they all look like good games, but I wouldn’t have chosen a lot of racing games or car games.

its cool that the network is back up but is that all were going to get for our info being taken from us. for most of us all ready have those games or dont want them . some ppl want add ons , avatars , etc. me i wouldnt mind having that back to the future game ! but thanks sony ….
