We temporarily took down the PSN and Qriocity password reset page. Contrary to some reports, there was no hack involved. In the process of resetting of passwords there was a URL exploit that we have subsequently fixed.
Consumers who haven’t reset their passwords for PSN are still encouraged to do so directly on their PS3. Otherwise, they can continue to do so via the website as soon as we bring that site back up.

Sorry guys.. I hope you’re all correct about May 24th, but I’m only seeing that as a rumor until a. Sony brings the store back without any fanfare or b. they update us themselves. I’m only going to take *SONY’S* word for it.
I’ll say it again, I understand these things take time. But what does NOT take a lot of time is starting a new blog, and letting us know just what the heck is going on with the Store. They’ve updated EVERYTHING else, from the status of the Network, to password resets, and even the Welcome Back package. Uh, Sony, you kind of missed an important step BEFORE we can even get the WB package. Kinda need the store!
Don’t care if it takes 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 months.. but it would be nice to at least be talked to like our part of the consumer base matters. At least a bit.

Sony, take your time restoring psn, but please tell us when we’ll be able to sign up for the Allclear ID account, I’d like to know when I can activate that.
Microsoft has vfirewalls on there sever to protect info from attacks. Sony didn’t . Enough said. That should give you a real reason not to trust them anymore. Sonys big head thinking they can sue everyone cost them so much money in losses and customer loyalty.

The Playstation Store is up and running May 24th this Tuesday. I heard from this guy that works in Gamestop in Ridgedale Minnesota. He said that someone in Sony could keep his mouth shut and spilled the beans, lol. Well, finally peeps, you got the answer like I did. See ya tuesday PSN STORE.
It would be nice for Sony to make a new Blog refering to the store,I keep seeing post where people are saying it is supposed to be back up on the 24th but I like to hear stuff straight from the horses mouth.I will also add that I own none of the games and not a single one of them interest me,my 6 year old son now thats a different story.Seriously most of the titles are kid games or have been out as long as the ps3 has.

Robert those games are all relatively new. They are all some of the best selling games and highest rated games that are only available on PS3. I would suggest Little Big Planet as it has a co-op mode that you could play with your sun. I would also suggest Infamous granted there are camera issues in the review and a few control problems I found it very easy to play and a very interesting concept as you can choose to be good or evil.
As for those wondering about the PS store please wait til tuesday Granted it’s based on a rumor from a news site sony does update the store on Tuesdays so it would only make sense to catch up on a few updates. then bring it back up and update 2 times a week for 2 weeks as was stated in the article i read.
Well I would think they where both old seeing how there is a sequal to both Little big Planet which the demo I played was very stupid and Infamous has a part two also Infamous demo I played seemed decent but nothing I would buy not saying I wont download it for free or nothing but the games are just not that interesting to me and it seems that way for several others.
there has to be better games in the welcome back package from sony. i would rather just pick one free game than two horrible games from a little selection of games. i think we deserve more for waiting more than a month for sony to fix the problem. i want the ps store!
