As part of PlayStation Network’s ‘Welcome Back’ Program, PlayStation Home will be offering an enormous package to all players as a way of saying “thank you” to our community for your ongoing support. Today we will begin rolling out the first phase of this customer appreciation program, which will include 100 free items, two personal spaces, and an exclusive game available for all users to download for 30 days. Here’s what we will be giving you (and when):
100 virtual items: The 100 free virtual items package will be available starting today from the Central Plaza kiosk. This huge package includes popular clothing and furniture items and has been made possible thanks to our 3rd Party partners – including Lockwood Publishing, Heavy Water, Codeglue, Konami, Mass Media, Digital Leisure, LOOT, and Hellfire Games.
Two personal spaces: The Dragon’s Lair and the Mansion Garage – a medieval abode based upon Digital Leisure’s classic game and a luxurious, premium personal space never before released to the PlayStation Home community – will be available to all players today from the Central Plaza kiosk.
Ooblag’s Alien Casino: This is an exclusive game that will be published later this month and will be available via the PlayStation Home Navigator. Enter this interstellar casino and try your hand at Ooblag, a multiplayer game of craps…with a twist. Winners will be rewarded by being transformed into extraterrestrial high rollers while losers will be punished severely by Raaksu, the casino’s ruthless Pit Boss. As an added bonus, players that access the Ooblag Alien Casino space will be rewarded an active item version of the Ooblag game that can be played in their personal spaces.

It says that i’ve downloaded items in the store but its not showing up in my items box and it wont let me download it again so what can i do.
i wish I could download a few items but all these ERROR messages

I know this has probably been talked about to death but my friend not me has a problem with her peep it says she cant get it even when the store says she has it. I’m sure sony is working on all the error bugs and will fix this in a timely fashion

Well we can’t be too hard on them i mean someone hacked so i mean everything thing not going to be perfect the first month but hopefully Sony can fix this because I would really like my 100 Items
Sony PS3 does everything ok ya sure just keeps losing server NEVER a trouble free day yet Sony is going to lose a lot of customers and money enough is enough Get someone that knows what they are doing and fix it. Of course Sony will deny that theres a problem

SONY people are getting errors and asking question and you have not responded to not one single comment REALLY??? Fix the damn servers E3 is tommorow but no one can get in I got in once and. it looked like a ghost town in the E3 room fix before tomorrow because I planned on watching the confernce from ps home but at this rate looks that a no go huh Sony.* SMH in shame*

if you ask me i love the games i got i am having a blast with infamous and dead nation as both are great games and i was not so sure about the two psp games i got as i was not sure killzone would play well on the psp but i have to say ill never doubt that sony can put any game on there psp again but i have to say i am still waiting to see that a new Darkstalkers game is coming out from capcom for the PS3 as capcom has revamped almost all there old games and Darkstalkers needs a new game now that they did street fighter and marvel vs. capcom 3

@sniper_man123823 thats the same problem im having i can barley even get passed the Playstation Home Beta symbol when you start it up and when i do get passed it and it goes into the menu on where i want to go i either get kicked out or when i press something it just kicks me out or loads then kicks me out *sigh*

yeah i have been trying for two days already to get my downlaods and all i get is “an error has occured” now it says ive already downloaded or redeemed onw of my free games but i havent even been able to get to the list of games.

I have a issue. I click on welcome package tried to get InFamous and it kicked me out, now it says It gives me the second game which I chose LBP. InFamous did not download and will not allow me to get my download of the game. Can you please help. I want InFAMous. Please thank you.

sooo… we only get the items for 30 days.. or forever? lol
After taking 39 hours to download “Infamous”, I’m now on my 27th attempt to install. That’s because I’ve received 27 ‘corrupted data’ messages so far, which I have to delete and then start the install all over again. And now I have no idea whether the game will even play after I DO get it installed. Since I’m at 16% with 27 errors, that makes something like 227 errors by the time I’m finished. This is ridiculous.
Where is the KIOSK?? Is it different for everyone?
I tried to download the two free games but it keeps giving me an error occurred message. Besides not getting to download the two games: littlebigplanet and infamous, I don’t have the options on the Welcome Home page to dowload my free PS3 game 1 and free PS3 game 2. I’m not sure what happened but it would be amazing if this could be fixed before the free dowloads are over. Any suggestions?
Now, if you would FIX the freeze for alot of us who can’t get in cause it freezes cause if the new item received thing at the load up screen and that’s as far as it goes not letting us into a home space at ALL, we’d love to go to E3 site and get our free items TOO!! We waited long enough!! FIX IT!!!

I have a question for your company, why do you say you are going to give stuff away and when I try to get them they go away and you cant get them? I am a loyal customer for many years and I have a PSP and a PS3. I have been able to get a download for my psp, but I also have the ps3 and when I pick a game for my ps3 they go away. I’m not mad just a little concerned that you can’t keep your word on that then what good is you word. Hell, it took longer then y’all said in the first place to get then network up and running, right? It’s still not right so why don’t I just start playing my xbox 360 and quit buying and playing psp and playstation? i will never buy another playstation at all. I know you are a big company, but still, why can’t you keep your word to us the ones that buy your products and keep you in business.

I had no problem getting InFamous, LittleBigPlanet, and my two additional PSP games. But, I still keep getting the same error for PlayStation Home as everyone else…This is the third time trying since the welcome back package came online.
any idea when the 100 items will be available to the UK/EU?
I downloaded my first free game for the PS3 with no problem, but the 2nd free game icon has now also disappeared from the menu even though I have not previously exercised that option. There is no record of a second download nor anything in my cart. What can I do to re-instate the 2nd PS3 game icon in the menu?

An error message came up when i downloaded the first prompt and now it wont let me download the free game 1 at all, it never gave me the oppurtunity to even select a game, i am thoroughly disappointed about this, and it would be much appreciated if somenone would point me in the right direction as to how and where i would find the link or number to dure a formal complaint, i would really like to see this problem resolved.
You guys and girls are getting errors when going to Checkput because you’ve added the full outfit and the parts of clothing into the basket. If that doesn’t make sense, here’s a simple way of putting it. You added the Egyptian King Tut Value Pack into the basket. The Egyptian King Tut Value Pack contains the Jewelry, Head Piece, Torso with Armlets, Legs, and Sandals. And then you add the Jewelry, Head Piece, Torso with Armlets, Legs, and Sandals into the basket as well. So there’s your problem: you have the bundle AND the other pieces in the basket. All you need is the bundle. Problem solved.
