As part of PlayStation Network’s ‘Welcome Back’ Program, PlayStation Home will be offering an enormous package to all players as a way of saying “thank you” to our community for your ongoing support. Today we will begin rolling out the first phase of this customer appreciation program, which will include 100 free items, two personal spaces, and an exclusive game available for all users to download for 30 days. Here’s what we will be giving you (and when):
100 virtual items: The 100 free virtual items package will be available starting today from the Central Plaza kiosk. This huge package includes popular clothing and furniture items and has been made possible thanks to our 3rd Party partners – including Lockwood Publishing, Heavy Water, Codeglue, Konami, Mass Media, Digital Leisure, LOOT, and Hellfire Games.
Two personal spaces: The Dragon’s Lair and the Mansion Garage – a medieval abode based upon Digital Leisure’s classic game and a luxurious, premium personal space never before released to the PlayStation Home community – will be available to all players today from the Central Plaza kiosk.
Ooblag’s Alien Casino: This is an exclusive game that will be published later this month and will be available via the PlayStation Home Navigator. Enter this interstellar casino and try your hand at Ooblag, a multiplayer game of craps…with a twist. Winners will be rewarded by being transformed into extraterrestrial high rollers while losers will be punished severely by Raaksu, the casino’s ruthless Pit Boss. As an added bonus, players that access the Ooblag Alien Casino space will be rewarded an active item version of the Ooblag game that can be played in their personal spaces.

if ANYONE can firgure out how to fix this BS, cuz everyone on this thread is having the same issues just about, if you figure it out or get ahold of the right person, PLEASE POST, even if you had to pick up the phone, give us the details so we all may do it too, if enough people call MAYBE theyll fix this S**T, it would be much appreciated, imma keep trying to find the number to call, help me out if you got it.

Just a suggestion to everyone.
I tried getting the free items from the kiosk in Central Plaza, but it didn’t work.
I then went to the Theater (in the lobby, upstairs, are 2 kiosks across from each other on the right hand side).
At first I was getting the Error coming up for price, but I looked at some other items that had prices and when I went back to the free items, they now showed a 0.00 dollar value.
They have now all downloaded successfully for me.
You may want to give the kiosks in the Theater a try, if you’re having problems with the one in Central Plaza.

For all of you that are having problems with the free games…Sony did give an explanation how to retrieve the items if they seem to have disappeared.
I used this feature and got my free games.
Do this:
Go to the XMB and under the PlayStation Network column,
go to Account Management
then toTransaction Management
Then to Services
Select SCEA Promotions to download the game for that first slot.
thanks sony but i got an problem downlaoding the stuff and this is not the first time. When I tried to download the PSP welcome back, using “media go” games it would just go to the main psn store page by default. I couldn’t notify you guys the the network was under maintenance again.

I never had the prompt to choose the first game after I purchased the first free PSP game. It asked me to purchase the second in order to get the game, so I assumed I needed both before I could pick out my two games. I was only able to get one free game. I’m pissed.

I have a major problem i cant download the games that were promised nor can i get any of the stuff that was promised i cant contact support the phone lines are in high volume i was told by a person at Sony it was going to be sent out to all but when i go to the welcome back package i get can not access this from this account i am getting very annoyed with psn
So not only does sony give us games we already have, the free stuff they give us is the crap they can’t sell and the only part of the mansion that needs the whole other parts of the house to work. What kind of cheap crap is this? And even the free stuff is faulty in the fact that most things say error. The playstation store/plus doesn’t even work properly! I gave you the benefit of the doubt when I tried to get assassin’s creed 60 minute trial, but it doesn’t even start it’s been a whole 2 days that I left the game on and its most certainly not my connection. I even tried lesser MB/GB games like oddworld and it kept saying error! The fact that I have two fully functional ps3s that are having the same problem shows that you guys shouldn’t be offering half done gifts! Why don’t you give 20 dollar store credit to people who don’t want either of your two free games? That way people could buy something they actually want.
i agree with christian3167474, i tried to take advantage of the free game downloads but to my luck everytime i tried to it came up with an error. after about ten minutes of trying i finally wasm able to downlaod one free game. when i went back to download the other free game the option disappeared. i was cheated out of one free game…..infamous. im working on trying the free movie reantal i will let you guys know how that works out.
by the way…who do i talk to about my other free game?????????

I don’t know if its my system but every time go to the store to get those free PS3 games is says that ”This content cannot be accessed on your account” is this just happening to me or what cause they said it will be for everybody but i guess not me……
I’ve tried Home periodically but every time I go back I wonder why? What are you supposed to do? I tried playing conspiracy but then I found out you had to pay for it. I tried to get a chick back to my personal space to show her my “personal space” if ya know what I mean ;) and I was ignored, it seems really pointless, just like all these free items being offered…

Well, my trouble with the welcome back was when i tried to get my two free games it wouldnt let me start any downloads. Then it finally let me get one but now i cant pick my second. Its like the plan has me being given the same game twice for my two downloads. I dont have the option for anymore ps3 games anymore unless there is a separate area to get my download.
keep getting error code Z(7,-13) and sony site says thats not a real error code bs i seen it with my own eyes and error code x80710d36
Not sure why offered the mansion since you can’t actually go inside unless you purchase the first floor for $14,99 ! I think they should have told us that before letting us download the mansion !
I also find fault with the free game list since a lot of people already have those games so what do you get if you own all the free games already !
Sony didn’t handle the outage well and now they are also botching this so called Welcome Back Program by offering inaccessible personal spaces, old games a lot of people already own and even older movies that people probably have or had on dvd !
I’ll remember where to spend my money when the PS4 and next XBOX come out !
hello sony i would like to say that i playe games with my buddy but heres the thing he has dead nation after i downloaded it and LBP but i never got my games it made the boxes dissapear but i never got my 2 free games and i am mad

Hey i have a psp and i dont what did i do when i try to access the welcome back program but i only got one game and i try to acess the welcome back package and it saids no conetent found so i dont knoe if i canm get another game because i only got Kllzone liberation and i want to get another game.

Look at the main welcome back post.. It even has an update..
For the Main Welcome Back:
1. If the store gives errors trying to get to it, it’s because of millions of others trying to do the same, just keep trying..
2. If you selected one of the free game downloads AND never got to select the game due to an error AND the free game is no longer listed, go to Account Management->Transaction Management->Service List and you will see the service there to get the free game.. Select it and pick your game.
3. If you picked your game but couldn’t download it, go to your Download List and restart the download.
For the Home Welcome Back:
1. Just keep trying, the network is over loaded.. I’ve been able to get all the items for the two accounts my family has..
QUIT CRYING and just use common sense.

It’s June 6, 2011 here in Seoul, South Korea and i’m curious when will the PS Network end it’s maintenance here for Asia. I’ve been trying to log on everyday since April 20, 2011 without success. I was in New York May 20 and i was able to play on line. Does anyone has any info what’s its gonna take to restore the network in South Korea?

Thanks anyways Sony. I dont use home and have no interest in the games choices YOU provided for download. I will just take the PS PLUS and be on my way.
i sadly got to complain. all we get on PS home is a bunch of items which i got only 2 complains. 1. the spaces are completely usless unless you spend the amount of money to get the full mansion. also, when i went into the dragons lair it seemed pretty boring with no room to place any items into this space. i have 0 offense to any of these spaces and this is my opinion. also, how come EU gets a white knight chronicles event with trailes and stuff of white knight chronicles 2 and origins trailers, and arts. also, if answer questions from chests- you receive a dragon knight outfit. even though they have wkc2 coming to EU earlier then to us and stuff. i still find it pretty boring to finally have ps home store back and all we have is a bunch of items and no event. gotta say, LOVE SAUCER POP!. please no neg comments about my post this is just a personal idea in a way.

I like the people po’d because the free stuff is not the stuff they wanted. Ultimately, sony didn’t have to give out crap to anyone. Would they have lost more customers, maybe. Personally, I don’t really care. I will play some inFamous, thanks Sony. I’m not paying $ every month to play online with people, so I figure Sony is saving me about $100/year. I had Xbox for years, I came back to Sony because I got sick of paying for what should be a free service. Quit thinking any of you are entitled to anything besides playing on a console that works. Yes, the PS3 DOES work even when the PSN was down. At least you haven’t had to deal with the red ring of death. Reading half these posts reminds me why I only play online with my friends. Don’t mind flaming me, I’m not coming back to this thread, to much whining for my taste. Thanks Sony for getting the network secure again.
