Hello PlayStation Assassins!
With the Electronic Entertainment Expo (or E3, for those in the know) wrapping up this week, we thought it might be nice to give you a quick round-up of the video content we’ve released for Assassin’s Creed Revelations. During the show, we’ve revealed a great many secrets surrounding ACR, detailing a wide variety of new gameplay features as well as delving deeper into the storyline of this essential piece of Ezio’s final adventure. We even had several multiplayer “pods” set up, both at our Ubisoft booth as well as at the Sony PlayStation booth, to enmesh show attendees in our innovative multiplayer (and show off a handful of the planned improvements we’re working on). So, without further ado, take a look below to see what Assassin’s Creed Revelations has in store!
This gorgeous trailer outlines the basic premise of Assassin’s Creed Revelations. During the trailer, we see Ezio travelling a great distance in order to reach Masyaf in the hopes of uncovering the secrets of Altair. When Ezio arrives, he is confronted by Templars… and the rest is in the video!
This video is the identical single-player walkthough that E3 attendees were able to see at the show! Demonstrating many new features in Assassin’s Creed Revelations, including upgraded Eagle Vision, Ezio’s new hook blade and the Greek Fire cannon, this walkthrough is intended to give you a tiny taste of the excitement and game mechanics you can expect from the game!
Following the traumatic events of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, Desmond has a lot to figure out… so much, in fact, that he must take a journey deep into his subconscious. We’d like to say more, but it wouldn’t be much of a Teaser if we gave up all the secrets.

I’ve played all the games and love the series, but I cant decide where to pre-order, GameStop or Best Buy, they both have multiplayer characters for grabs…

I just got Assassin’s Creed II a couple of days ago and it’s such a fantastic game so far. It took me this long to get it because I terribly disliked the first game, but wow, the improvement over the first was quite massive. Can’t wait to finish AC2 and get Brotherhood in time for Revelations!!!!!

The only “planned improvements” I want to see for the mutliplayer is less related trophies. If you want to include an MP mode for those that like MP, that’s fine. But don’t try and force everyone to play it by including grinding trophies for it.

This is one of the better trailers I have ever seen, and the music was brilliant!!!

They did a really excellent job with this teaser video. I had to watch it over and over again to see if they were using real actors in the video. At times they look like real life actors other times they don’t.
OMG i am freaking out over this game WOOHOO!!
For someone such as myself whom is half greek and whose name translates from greek as Priest from Constantinople, I am really looking forward to stepping into the shoes of my descendents, and into Ezios’s shoes, through Desmond’s eyes and exploring this ancient city of Byzantium, Constantinople, Stambol and of course it’s modern name Istanbul.
SPOILER ahead for the main AC:R trailer. I’m just wondering who that person is supposed to be that is unhooded at the top of the eagle’s drop. If it’s supposed to be Ezio, then apart from the beard and the bottom half of the face, and allowing for age increase, the look just doesn’t collate, for myself anyways, to it being Ezio…

This is the most important preorder I have out right now!! Hopefully a beta will be made available for PS3 as Brotherhood before it had done.
Procion, I think the reason the unhooded man doesn’t look like Ezio is because they used a real actor, not CG. I too look forward to this game as I am Romanian. I’ve enjoyed climbing on Trajan’s column in Brotherhood, constructed for the glory of conquering Dacia. A province which later became part of the Byzantine empire.
I am so buying the Animus Edition but can you preorder it?
