  • If only I hadn’t bought most of these a couple weeks ago. :(

  • Do you know when I am alive will be release?

  • @36 thedonut

Because the PSP Final Fantasy IV Collection is better in every way, I’d imagine. It’s also why I’m NOT getting Final Fantasy Origins, which I imagine to be inferior to the PSP remakes, curiously not up on PSN yet. It’s probably what #3 (Onvertic) was talking about. Just Square being stingy with the PSN…

IIRC, I got Persona 3 Portable as part of last year’s Spring Sale, which got me into the world of Persona. Would be cool if Persona 2 showed up half off too…

  • So is this the new way to go for Plus ? Instead of new games every week or two we get 50% discounts on classics and others ? I liked having my new mini/ps1 games every week and my new psn of full games bi-monthly. Hope you bring that back in following months

  • Sweet, I’ll definitely get FF7 and 9, I’m a little tempted to get 6 as well, but since I only got a Vita and have to wait for PSone classics to finally become available to play on it anyway, I’ll wait a bit before getting 6 (it’s my favourite!), since I’m very much hoping that squeenix will continue to release remakes of the old 2D Final Fantasy games. :>

I really hope PS2 classics will be supported on the Vita some day as well – I know there are no plans to implement that for now – but I hope at some later point it will be considered. It’s a shame already that besides the old model the PS3 isn’t able to read PS2 discs, so it would be a small consolation if at least the classics from the PSN store could be played on the go. 8)

  • @52 I Am Alive is out April 3

  • PlayStation Plus really needs a presence on the Vita. One example of a good reason: I didn’t know about the Plus offers for MotorStorm RC until I got the game for the PS3 and looked into the DLC from the PS3 store.

Speaking of the store, things are getting more cluttered with every passing week, despite all the categories surfacing to direct people to content. The format used for the Video Unlimited preview app needs to be used for the PS3 PlayStation Store. You can then merge the video side and allow people to search and discover products in a more efficient and fun way.

  • Yellow light of death is FIXABLE. I have done it to my 60GiG 1st issue ps3. Holla if you want info.

  • Would be nice if I didn’t get errors every time I tried to buy something from PS Store.

  • Wow 2 weeks of terrible updates/offers for playstation plus. Not to mention european ps+ got trine 2 instead of super street fighter 2 turbo hd remix. So I am going to assume there won’t be any real content offered to ps+ members during the spring sale event aside from a very small discount on out of date games or games I still own in the original format (final fantasy series from NES to PS2).

  • WHEN WILL MW3 BE AVAILABLE IN PSN STORE ????????????????? CAN U FINALY ANSWER ME FOR ONCE

  • Baaaaahhhhhh, bought ffiv complete 2 or 3 weeks ago at full price….*facepalm*

  • @55 couldn’t agree more

  • @61 why don’t you buy mw3 off amazon or in store

  • nice that ff6 is on sale i have been thinking of getting it for a while so i can play it on my psp i want a portable ff6 but i never liked that its 10$, and i wish you guys would work with some companies to put more psp games on the shop even that the psp is dead thers a lot of older games that are hard to find in stores.

  • Rayman 3 HD is the only thing I’m getting.
I never played it so this is going to be fun for me.

I wonder if they are going to make Rayman 2 Revolution HD?

  • MW3 ALWAY GIVE ME DISC READ ERRR OR FREEZES UP AND NOW MY PS3 MESS UP NOT READ HALF OF MY GAME SO I BEEN BUYING GAME FROM PSN STORE IK THEY WILL WORK

  • I would like to see the PSP remakes of Final Fantasy 1 & 2 available. I remember having FF1 on UMD, but hated the load times; FF4 Complete on the other hand loads very quickly on the Vita. Origins is good enough, I suppose, but I would also prefer to play these PS1 classics on Vita. Please grant Vita the ability to play PS1 games soon.

  • I cannot fathom how happy I am that these $10 classics are finally chopped down! Although. I bought some Motorstorm R.C. DLC earlier so it bumped my cash down to $28 when I need $29 to get all of these games(got FFV for free). I’ll just pick off one and pick up a $10 card later. I just noticed that the rare police car is gone, so that’s money well spent. I don’t have a vita yet (got motorstorm R.C. for free) yet I really want to play Motorstorm RC on my PS3, I’m glad the $7 deal is still available for Plus members. I’m so happy! I’ll get to play all of these on the Vita when I get one (PS1 compatibility will probably be available then- we’re talking about at least 8 months here). Early update is nice too!

P.S. give out free DLC more often. You’re more likely to influence a person into buying said game if you give it out for free / have discounts / discounts on DLC. I’m eager to buy M: RC now because I was entitled to free DLC which made me buy the rest of the DLC (only the cars/ Pro AM), and got the Vita version free. Did I also mention that Plus users get a discount on the actual game as well? I loved the demo too.

I have nothing to complain about this week! Keep up the good work!

  • I will also buy Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions so I’ll get to play it on the Vita because I heard it was a stellar game. Unless that is, PSP compatibility won’t be available by that time. (HINT HINT BLACK FRIDAY). Please I need someone to confirm that they said PSP games will be getting some love on the Vita. If so, I will buy Corpse Party for the full $20 the day I buy my Vita =)

  • is there new avatars this week? cause i saw europe got resident evil racoon city avatars already will us be getting them ?

  • “Funds could not be added to your wallet.”

Really? Even though I just bought FFVI 10 minutes ago? Thanks Sony, looks like I’m getting the retail X360 Warriors Orochi 3 after all.

  • Yay! Neptunia DLC, especially the Cave and Falcom party member tickets. Now I can get around to finishing the Plat for it.

And who in there right mind would buy the original version of DISSIDIA? I know 012 was just on sale… but come on now.

  • wow does that spring fever sale suck major unwashed butthole

  • Grace,

Why are Soul Caliber and Tekken 6 for the psp still $39??? They were orgininally released about 2 or 3 yrs ago. Also will an updated version of Motorstorm Arctic Edge be released back onto the PSN store??? I had originally purchased the game when it was released in Oct 2009 on the psn store as a digital download. I’d legitamately like to play it on my vita. The game has been completely removed from my download history, preventing me from redownloading it. I would prefer the game to be re-released (updated), but if it’s not am I entitled to a refund??? Thx

  • nothing i want. never wasa big ff fan

  • @ ReptileHand: Corpse Party is compatible with the Vita, was the first game I bought for it! :>

I’ve heard that the PSP port of FF Tactics is really slow (battle animations etc) which has kept me from getting it so far. I hope the new HD port for iOS (with fixed speed issues) might result in a HD port for the Vita as well. 8)

  • @tj5678 It’s removed from your download history, but check your transaction history. If you can remember around when you purchased it you should still be able to find the transaction. After finding that I would seriously call them up for a refund because you are entitled to it.

  • Also any chance of a comixology app as well??? Thx

  • When do we get Skype and Youtube for the Vita?

  • Bought FF7-9 and RE2 all for 20 bucks. Good price. But I only have a Vita :( I’m dying waiting for PS1 support on it. At what point is “soon” no longer soon? :/

  • Eeek, Sumioni is 20 bucks…Guess I’ll have to pass that one up, I’d buy it for <15.

  • Hi.

Any word on whether or not we’re going to get a demo for last week’s Time Machine: Rogue Pilot?

  • @Sevyne

I found it in my transaction hx, but I’d honestly prefer a re-release (and update) of one of the best psp racing games made. If it is not released soon, I’ll call customer support and ask for a refund. Thanks for your support!!!

  • Ah then I’ll get Tactics for the PS1 then. I got Chrono Trigger for $5 even after I heard about the load times. I didn’t know they were THAT bad. Every time a battle starts you have to wait 3-4 seconds. and every time you enter a house it’s about 3-4 sec. It’s unbearable. I’m enjoying FFV which is much faster. Going to buy the other ones because I’ve never played them before, also the fact that PS1 games never go on sale and $10 is too much for me and FFV is really fun. With this, I’m saving a lot. Persona and PS1 games are my main influence on buying a PS Vita.

  • how about a price Drop on Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection PS3 and Parappa the rapper on PSP? both are on PSN for 20 bucks and have been on their for over 5 years

Also whats up with the Vita apps? Why not apps for PS3 like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Gmail ect

  • I know I know, enough with the commenting but I just wanted to say that I’m very excited to see next month’s “Top Downloads” lists. (Especially for PS1 classics ^_^)

  • looks like its finally time to pick up FF8 & 9 again.. still have my original PS1 games, but i can play them on PSP this way…would be nicer if i could play them on Vita..
and why doesnt Vita have any themes…? they should have options to change up the layouts and User Interface… regardless, needs more Vita games, so i look forward to more..particularly good racing games…

  • Still no FF IV Complete for PS3 as was promised decades ago…. boooo!

  • Can I play psone classics on my vita??
    Never tried..

  • Why is the Tester Season 7 not in the Video section as it normally is. I can’t download it directly to my Vita? It doesnt make sense. I am in Canada, not sure if it is happening in the US?

  • @ReptileHand Speaking of Top Downloads; Corpse Party was finally knocked down the PSP list. Had a about 4 month run at the top. Pretty impressive considering the type of game it is.

  • Hey Morgan when is motorstorm RC getting the next DLC?(Race tracks)

  • Sorry I meant to say Tester episode 7. It is not in the Video section of the store. It is in the games section. With it not being in the Video section, it does not show up when I go to the store on my Vita. As I stated also, I am in Canada.

  • Thanks for the discount guys! I just bought FFV and FF IX which were missing and in the process I even bought Parasite Eve II. Love PSN!

  • Awesome update, but it really makes me wish there were trophies for ps1 games. I would buy all the final fantasy series again to replay with trophies. I’m sure that you have heard it before…

  • @95: Troll much?

  • *** Someone kindly remove post #95 ***
That is downright offensive. Go somewhere else with that garbage.

  • Warriors Orochi 3 ($49.99) – why is this not also a disc release? I guess I’ll pass on this, not spending that much on a digital download.

  • @95 go be an ass somewhere else
