  • no price updates?

also disappointed that NISA didn’t offer any discount for Disgaea 3 digital

  • I believe you forgot Breaking the Law by Judas Priest for Rocksmith

  • thanks for the update, but please bring ps1 compatibility to the vita.

  • Need Skype… Need to throw away $20 for headset…

  • Last weeks early update was nice. Can we start to see them that early every week? Please?

  • No price updates/discounts. That’s a shame :(

  • Looks decent any chance of megeman legends PS one classics on PSN ?

  • You guys need to get some first party Avatar support.

Seriously, we have 2 billion Street Fighter and other Capcom avatars, but still no Twisted Metal avatars.

  • Warriors Orochi 3 DLC was supposed to go up today. What happened?

  • Any news on the release date for Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock?

  • @5 The Vita content has been on the store for almost 2 hours so I’d assume most of the PS3 stuff was as well (didn’t turn on my PS3 lol). They just didn’t type the post up until just now.

    • We need to make sure the update is live in all NA regions before we post the blog update. So yeah, you may see the PS Store update on your end but the blog post may not be up yet.

  • What happened to the Warriors Orochi 3 stuff?

  • Excited about HotD 4, but disapointed with the rest.

  • dead rising otr finally a game costs less of psn and at retail its higher priced finally a deal :) good job sony

  • Europe got a tonne of PSP games price slashed, we get… ? :(

  • @11 thats how they do it now..the blog post comes last

  • wow….all uncharted 3 content for 29.99……i feel bad for those guys who didnt get FHC, they are wasting an extra 6 dollars and didnt get the avatar packs (even though they are worthless). typical sony tisk*tisk*

    • We wanted to reserve the FHC deal as the absolute best bet for UC3 DLC. No sense making the people who bought the FHC angry by serving up a better deal to those that didn’t jump on it.

  • PS Vita Needs:
    1. More apps like Instagram, Youtube, Gmail, Pulse, Google Currents, Shazam and Playstation App.
    2. Sell the apps that I mention. 3. Better comunications with developers to make ports of greats PSN games like Journey, Castle Crasher, NBA Jam,Flower, Shatter, Magic Orbz.
    4. Flash Player or Html5.
    5. More AAA titles like God of War, Infamous, Gran Turismo, Gran Theft Auto, Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, Motorstorm,Ghost Recon, Battlefield and Call of Duty.
    6.Dynamic Themes or Live Wallpapers.
    7. Talk with the Developers to make apps related with the games like Battlelog, Ghost Recon Network.
    8. Enable to send pictures between PS Vita and PS3.
    9. Cross Chat between PS Vita and PS3.
    10. Support to MKV and AVI video files.

  • @gerneric123

Disney Universe DLC and a hilariously overpriced copy of NHL 12.

  • PSN Needs:
    1. New Interface.
    2. Sorting List.
    3. At least 2 Exclusives Studios for development of great arcades games.
    4. Subscription Payment Program to cover the expensive cost of the development of features and servers for the Next Gen.
    5. More Features like Cross Game Voice Chat, More Social Apps(Facebook Twitter G+), More Media Apps (Youtube,Vevo,HBO GO) For the Next Gen. 6. Integrate Paypall to buy PSN content.
    7. Make a Trade Program System like Steam.
    8. Worldwide Certification Program to aprove the PSN content.

  • Weak update considering the amount of time it took you guys to put it up….

  • This update could have been better…O well i guess i will just wait till May to get LEGEND OF DRAGOON!!!

  • Strange that we still can’t sign in to the Blog using the PS3. No-one’s heard of synergy at Sony?

Anyway a quiet week for me, still getting my head around Skullgirls.

Hoping May brings some awesome content to PS+, in light of Kaz Hirai’s recent comments.

btw what’s up with the Frogger trophies? Hilarious. Only 4 trophies, 3 golds and a silver…
That’s one way to do it I guess.

  • Like Cyris said, the avatar selection is pretty weak. I know that Sony isn’t responsible for 3rd party avatars, but still. We’re still missing these avatars:

    – Dark / Demon’s Souls
    – Deus Ex HR
    – Mass Effect
    – Dead Space
    – Tales of __

    etc. etc.

On top of that, I know that we cannot always have stellar action packed updates every single week, but updates like today make me disappointed and sad.

Oh and ALPHABETIZING PSN GAMES NEEDS TO BE IN AN UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (exclamation marks)

  • Envious of people who have Hyperdimension Neptunia MK2…

Look at all those free DLCs!!!!

  • Pre-loading Ghost Recon ASAP!

  • @neuropunk Agree, I want some Mass Effect avatars.

  • Aw, was last week seriously it for Tales of Graces? I know there should still be more costumes…

  • Alphabetizing PSN games really does need to happen.

  • RESIDENT EVIL ORC AVATARS!! plizz i want my Ada avatar =,(

  • hmmmmm the rockband dlc— 3 pink songs at 1.99 apiece or you can buy the bundle for 6.99. now im no genius— but i think there may be a typo

  • meh i was all waiting for this update and excited but its a pretty disappointing but oh well i guess it still gives me a reason to play my backlog

  • Of course they’ll never do it. :(

  • Damn, no new Tales of Graces F release. I’ve been waiting for the “Idol” and “Miku” costumes since the release

  • I hope that Sony and all the staff read our petitions and take action. BY the way, What its new after the PSN Maintenance? What its new on the 2.07 Netflix update? Specific released date to skype? @Morgan Haro @ Mattew Harper

  • I SEE DEAD PEOPLE WITH RAGE RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah, what happened with the Warriors Orochi 3 DLC?

  • Wow. $60 for NHL 12, even though it’s been out for several months and you can get it for $47.50 new on Amazon.

  • Meh, We need more Vita games, like seriously. Once Gravity Rush comes out and i beat it, i’m gonna have nothing to play on my Vita… More awesome original titles like Gravity Rush though, not ports or “remastered” versions of games.

  • I agree with Cyris

  • There is an error on the Rocksmith songs… Breaking the Law is above Rocksmith’s title. And I’m getting frogger.

  • I agree with Pudgenet I mean I could go out and buy a used copy for about 50bux. Plus are their any talks of bringing Persona 4 to the PS2 classics? I love Persona 3 a lot and would love to play the 4th one.

  • This update doesn’t really interest me other than the Ghost Recon Beta which doesn’t start for 2 more days? I’m on vacation too.

I really regret buying the Fortune Hunter’s club ;__; It was my fault that I rushed to buy it thinking it was limited time (going out in a week or two). Now I’m sitting here staring at my Uncharted 3 disc with a frown because I’m disgusted with the hardcore multiplayer that it has turned into. It has such beautiful new maps too. I think it turned hardcore sometime around December when I stopped playing.

I also agree with more of a variety on Avatars, especially first party. They put so much money into publicizing them yet they don’t have avatars until after a few months. It’s really odd.

  • I guess I could give that silly Paint Park app a go.

  • when are we going to get good deals for games?

sony needs money and to generate money you need sales and promotions.

you will also generate money by bringing over the UMD to PS Vita passport program.

also waiting on remote play of ps3 games on the vita…

  • great update, JUST SAW THAT JAPAN IS GETTING NASNE, EUROPE HAS PLAY TV, WHEN IS AMERICA GETTING A TV SERVICE………….I WOULD GET IT DAY ONE……..HAVE SOME LOVE TO THE STATES

  • April is a crappy month for video games I mean look what is coming out in May

    Like
    Sonic 4 Episode 2.
    Oddworld Munch’s Oddysee HD
    Starhawk
    Max Payne 3

I mean come on Sony at least release a good PS1/PS2 Classic for gods sake there are hundreds of PS1/PS2 Games you could release

well I guess you don’t like my money

  • I dunno why people are demanding apps for their vita. Who cares about youtube? Go on your damn computer if you want youtube. I bought my Vita for games, so forget the stupid apps and just give us awesome games!

    1. Bought StarDrone Extreme (love the PS3 version) but Im disappointed I have to use touch controls. Why cant I use buttons? Can you patch this for us?
    2. My Plus ran out and Im not renewing until they have some deals Im interested in. So is there some other way to transfer save data besides using the cloud?

  • Hmm i guess this will be an ok update for me. I mean i already been owning Disgaea 3 since yesterday thanks to NIS. The discount for House of the Dead is nice and will probably pick it up tomorrow.

Other than that though nothing really good with this update. yet again we get nothing for Psp and Ps1. we get no information as to when the ps1 support is coming to the Vita, or when more Psp games are coming. With the drought of games for the Vita one would think it would be a prefect time to release some past games for people who didint own a psp, or at least get ready for when the ps1 support comes.

All im saying is, as a consumer im greatly disappointed in the ways Sony is treating us. I enjoy their games, but they have never taken their Handhelds seriously. i mean look at the psp. such great titles, but since they dont work with 3rd part devs to get the games out on the psn, it suffered for people who got a Go, and Vita.
