Why exactly are APPs getting first priority for the Vita than actual games? i would assume these apps (paint park, skype, etc) are the reasons why things like Psp and Ps1 support is not coming to us right now. i mean if they can put so much effort into getting these app which some of us didnt even ask for, or for app that shouldnt be on a video game system. They could have used those efforts to get the ps1 support up and running, and probably get some psp titles in these update. But they choose not to just so these apps can be used for a video game system.
Since you are not going to make HD Remeakes of these games why don’t you release these games as PS2 Classics

Here’s my suggestion for the Vita, since everyone’s giving their input:
This would work great with Paint Park. Enable a lock mode, so young kids can use the Vita without leaving the app. They could swipe, tap, use the camera in the app, and mess with all of the buttons, without leaving the app as “lock” mode would only unlock by holding both the select and start button. Maybe even include a fake LiveArea so they can move screens up/down and left/right, all while staying in the app.
@44 – I regret it as well, as such a fan of Uncharted i immediatley ruched to get it and i though the same thing with the FHC , thinking it was a limited time, 5 months is not a limited time and it was nothing more than a ripoff with old content.
Thanks for Paint Park guys. I was wondering why MGS: Peace Walker is $10 more on PSN than retail stores? I’d purchase this game again for my Vita but for the Greatest Hits price of $20 everyone else is charging for the hard copy.
I want Alundra 1 & 2 on the Vita ASAP. I have it on the PSP but want it on my Vita since I don’t play the old PSP. So lets get a move on Sony and add those games already. Sheesh

P!nk Pack for Rock Band 3 is more expensive than buying each song separately?
I have to admit, I am a little disappointed with these updates week after week. Even with so much content to bring over to PSN, there is only a tiny trickle. The PS2 has a huge library, at the very least. Also, although I do like my Vita, I would really love to see PS1 classic support for it, along with some things someone else mentioned above.
Meh no new ps1 or ps2 classics.

The announcement post mentioned this but the beta does not start until the 19th of this month. Sounds like you’ve downloaded it so just hang tight until the 19th!
