Today marks a special day for us here at SuperBot Entertainment, as we finally get to share our game with the world! PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale existed as an idea in the hearts of gamers way before SuperBot got around to making it, and the expectations of the fans are really what drive us. This game is a labor of love, and we’re excited to be able to finally show it — learn more in our new video interview above.
So what is PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale? First and foremost, it’s a celebration of a storied history of great characters and rich worlds brought together in one game. And for us, there’s no better way to celebrate than by creating an experience that players can sit around one screen and enjoy together. There are probably a few types of games that can be enjoyed by four players simultaneously, but for us at SuperBot, a brawler was the obvious choice for one really good reason: the developers here at SuperBot really like fighting games. We love playing them and we love making them. With PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, we set out to make an experience accessible enough for all PlayStation fans to enjoy while also creating something deep enough for the serious fighting game aficionado. We think this “accessible yet deep” strategy is the perfect way to bring PlayStation fans of all stripes together.
The game features a number of cool game modes for both single and multiplayer, with a focus on online play which features a robust tournament mode. Players will be able to compete against each other as well as play cooperatively. We can’t wait for you all to try it for yourself.

I saw some kind of rumor about a poll for the title of this game a couple weeks ago. Battle Royale was one of them. The other, and far better choice, was Title Fight. You should seriously say that this is a working title and change the name at some point to Playstation Title Fight. It sounds so much better, and like one poster way up near the top said, “Title Fight” is a much shorter title and easier to identify the game with than the acronym of the current title, or trying to shorten it to Battle Royale… or All-Stars, which brings back memories of a certain anti-drug cartoon mashup short from my youth.
Seriously, change it.
Playstation Move Heroes was short and simple. No reason this needs to have a drawn out name.
I’m shocked… no one here want Crash Bandicoot and Spyro The Dragon in this game?
If third party characters is confirmed… Capcom and Namco need to send his most important characters to make part of this game… like Megaman X, Pac-man and why not Ryu (Street Fighter) and Jin Kazama (Tekken)?

its a dun deal, i’m buying this game, I knew I was gonna buy when I 1st heard about it BUT once u guys announce Snake from Metal Gear Solid thats when i’ll pre-order, pretty sure its official that SuperBot Entertainment is one of my new fav companies next to Konami & Kojima Productions cuz of the Metal Gear Series
i am happy with it so far, it looks fantastic. i love the cast already but it better have spyro, lara croft, crash bandicoot and the character from midevil in there. and for fun gex would be a cool 3rd party character to add
This looks seriously good in my books, yes its a smash clone but the premise of smash is a simple one and isnt particularly amazingly inovative (not saying smash is a bad game, quite the opposite) this is a no brainer for sony, we all knew a smash clone had to come out soon.
Characters that I hope will be in this game: Kazuya and Heihachi, maybe jin, crash and spyro, spike from ape escape (his fighting style and game mechanics write themselves), lara croft, Rayman, too many to list :P
