PlayStation 3

Sorcery (Also on PSN and PlayStation Move Required) — PlayStation brings the world of magic and wizardry to life with Sorcery, the newest addition to the PlayStation Move motion controller software line-up.

On their journey, players will encounter a multitude of enemies, solve ingenious puzzles, learn powerful spells, and craft strange potions with the in-game alchemy system. With over eight spells that can be used in various combinations and countless items to discover and collect, Sorcery immerses players in a unique fantasy adventure like never before.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier — Part of the Group for Specialized Tactics, a Special Mission Unit under the direct command of the Joint Special Operations Command, the elite of the modern US Special Forces is better known by their battlefield legend. Men In Black: Alien Crisis — Join the Men in Black as Peter Delacoeur, a MIB Agent in training assigned to unearth enemy aliens who are planning to destroy planet Earth. Using a ninja sword and shurikens, you’ll hunt down your nemeses and enter a fight to the death. Hurl knives, ward off bullets, avoid death stars, and more in this epic rescue journey. Your trip will not be an easy one: Musclemen, Kung Fu gangs, and armies will attack you over the course of 24 levels making for a deeply challenging game. Though the Neo Zeed are masters of disguise, your omniscient mind and ninja skills will give you everything you need to find them. What you do with them is up to you.

Wonder Boy In Monster Land — After the defeat of the evil king, the kingdom of Wonder Land was a paradise … for a time. The peace was broken when a ferocious, fire-breathing dragon struck without warning and took over Wonder Land with a swarm of evil, monstrous henchmen, turning the once-peaceful land into the utterly chaotic Monster Land. Unable to fight, the people now look to Wonder Boy. Realizing that he is Wonder Land’s last hope, Wonder Boy sets out on an incredible journey to rid the country of the monsters and defeat the “invincible” evil dragon. Guide Wonder Boy through various environments and dungeons, and defeat enemies using Special Weapons and Spells.

Wonder Boy In Monster World — Monster World was a peaceful, happy place until one dark day when an army of BioMeka monsters invaded. Playing as a young man named Shion, gamers vow to defeat the hostile foes and make the land peaceful again. Attack enemies with swords and spears and guard against incoming projectiles with shields and armor. Travel through the many different regions of Monster World and talk to the townspeople, collect money to buy items, and gather a large variety of weapons and magic. As players progress, the weapons and equipment become more powerful, including suits of armor and boots.

Now, Carnby and archeologist Aline Cedrac have gone to Shadow Island to find the tablets and prevent the evil from escaping. You’ll play as both characters (at different points) as you manage a set of limited resources and explore more than 1,200 areas. During this adventure, you will have to battle a host of demonic enemies using the wide variety of energy and supernatural weapons at your disposal. One of the most important items throughout your journey is the flashlight, which provides your only source of artificial light. OMG this is sad. Almost 4 months in and this is the crap that they release on vita? I’m lost for words and this is the # 1 reason I’ve taken two vita’s back to walmart for refunds since March 1st to now. This is 2012 not 1980. Get some 2012 VITA exclusive games made and ditch this Nintendo crap. We are taking a dam* vita not a dam* gameboy. Man this is ridiculous. So glad I returned the vita’s. It’s overrated and over hyped out the butt. Good luck with sales as the year goes by. Overpriced machine. Can’t even handle simple modern day internet flash or hell not even a YOUTUBE APP at that. Very sad indeed. PS3 suits me just fine along with my 8 gig 4th gen ipod touch. At least on that ipod I can record video in 720P HD video and edit and upload the video to youtube all from the ipod without NO NEED for a pc to do it. Vita shoots video in stupid VGA quality and you have to have a computer to post the videos on youtube lol. Sony Sony Sony lol.

Hold the phone…

Unless Atari has fixed all the bugs and issues that made the game unplayable on the Xbox and Steam versions of Daggerdale (which I am sure since they have little if no activity on the forums since 2011. The 2 posts that are 2012 are saying they are not getting answers from Atari.) I suggest everyone steer clear until an actual Atari rep says they have fixed said issues.

Me? I will buy it and hope I don’t have to call Sony like I had to call Microsoft and get a refund because the game corrupted my HD so I had to get a new one, which Microsoft did not pay for. I guess they felt gracious enough by giving my points back.

Why am I buying it again after the Atari/Microsoft fiasco? The PS3 is a lot easier to backup and restore and I love D&D, so I am hoping that Atari finally cares and the dead forums are because no one else does…

BTW if you got to http://forums.atari.com/forumdisplay.php?f=685 and on the Display Options at the bottom, choose From The “Beginning” drop down. You will see the usefulness of the Atari forums and how much info they said they shared with us… My username was JerWolfe

I’m disapointed…i thought that all those classic games that are available on the store(ALEX KIDD; WONDER BOY;ETC) would be available thru the VITA store but no…..If you don’t have a playstation you’re out…only thing new on the vita store is the table tank game and a bunch of add-on for motor storm(as always…)

so nothing interesting again this week if you have only a VITA device…

Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain was one of the absolutely best and most interesting, psychologically compelling, and coolest interactive co-play games that ever existed. 8 years later I still load the PS2 disc into my PS2 player to try and find that magic co-play that no other game has been able to duplicate since. Alas, it had been forgotten. Until now!

My people, try this out! The co-op for this game is the best of any I have ever played – PS2/PS3 etc.

Anyone feeling this out there in Cyberlandia? Find me on it, and R3. ddotto is the name.

Good hunting.

Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain requires on-line cooperative play to complete the game. Sony, please enable this so that we can complete the game!
