its a good thing for you Grace Chen that i am not your boss because you would have been fired long ago. You consistently put out bad information to customers for example rayman not at $15 and no monthly releases of walking dead as posted in the games description. You should be the one replying to these posts not Morgan (no offense) Morgan. I will say you are not being as lazy with updating the store at a decent time recently, but the rest of your problems have yet to be corrected.
I have searched tons of thread and even called Playstation personally and they were very vague about my question. Does anyone know when the multiplayer will be fixed? That is the only reason why I bought the game. Sucks that it still can’t be played yet.
Playstation for god sakes get Nihilistic on the phone and tell them to get their act together, to stop posting every good review they can find for their game on the internet and give the people that bought their game some information on what they are doing to fix the multiplayer, people are posting all over their facebook page and your blog and not one word has been said about it they even deleted a very sensible comment i posted on their facebook page. I have always been impressed with how you guys deal with issues and that almost always extends to the developers. Insominiac would tell you about problems you weren’t even experiencing on their facebook page with Resistance 3 and you knew they were working on it. Nihilistic has already failed me as company because they won’t even acknowledge the outcry from their consumers. Bottom line, this is supposed to be a groundbreaking game but nobody is gonna buy it if the word is the multiplayer hardly works(and that’s coming from someone who is level 21) so if i were you i would be making some angry phone calls to Nihilistic because this game is supposed to get Vitas off the shelves and right now they are LOSING YOU MONEY.
You have yet to post the June ps plus preview that morgan said was comeing today. See Grace it says to me and most of the other psn customers that you are LAZY and just dont care about the people who contribute to paying your salary!!!! Come on already and put out the preview im not buying anything till i see whats coming for free and for discount because i have gotten burned buying stuff then a week later its out free or discounted.
P.S. thank God i didnt buy one of those Vitas Since everywhere I read from those that did buy it that there has been nothing but problems and discourse from Sony and the developers.
Okay I just bought Resistance Burning Skies for my Vita last night via PSN and today I find out the price has dropped!!! Sony are you going to issue the price difference back into our PSN wallets? It’s only a $4 price drop but that’s $4 I could have put towards another game or and add-on. Are you guys going to make this right for those of us that bought the digital version?
P.P.S. sorry for all the negative comments Sony but someone has to say them otherwise things will never get better. I am still a loyal customer that just wants the best psn that can be made. Cross game chat would be a great way to show us you guys care about what we say since we have been asking for it for years now : )

@255, you know nothing about business. How many times did Sony make a price error? What 2x this year? And how do you know if it’s not the dev (in this case Ubisoft) that made the mistake? For those that got burned by the digital download pricing error, sony’s attitude seems to be, sucks to be you. They appear to be uninterested in refunding the difference or even acknowledging that there’s a problem. What sony thinks they’re gaining in keeping that extra $4 is beyond me. They should apologize, refund the difference and then give everyone they inconvenienced an extra $4 credit to their wallets instead of acting in such an arrogant and uncaring fashion.
I bought L.A Noire and it is corrupted install file, so don’t buy it. Can someone help me fix it, iv’e downloaded it 5 times, formatted my hdd, disabled all settings, tried it on another ps3, went to my friends house and tried it, it does not work. Please Help
Actually (regarding burning skies) I recieved an email back today and they’re working with me to get the price error ordeal fixed. I might have to get a full refund and then repurchase the game though.
Yeah, I’m not only upset about the mp not working, but now it’s telling me I need “nat 2” and that’s the only type of connection that will work… here at the firestation we only have ‘nat 3’!!
It works fine with all other games, even my 3DS online games….. Whats up with this?

Thanks for the one hour trial of Rayman Origins. On my way to buy a PSN card to download the game online, I found the hard copy cheaper then the PSN. Nonsense to me… Great game still!

In all honesty to some extent PHISH is correct, the amounts of error in numerous updates seems very unprofessional. its not only about pricing information, or if something gets called off/changed last minute (E.G. the Rayman sale), but there are always spelling errors/price error/wrong gaming platform information.
Don’t get me wrong if this was something new like the PSN Blog was new it would be understandable, but coming from someone with a title like “Director, PlayStation Store” i would think they’d take their job a little bit more seriously like double checking their post, and making sure if there is a sudden change that the consumer knows about it beforehand.
All in all though PHISH does seem a bit harsh, but its called constructive criticism. If they didn’t want it they shouldn’t have been able to make us comment on this blog. Its just the fact that people like PHISH is tired of all this BS. we can be fans of Sony, but we aren’t going to kiss their feet for every little thing they do. People are going to call them out when they do something wrong so hopefully they can improve.

Also i forgot to add Sony isnt at fault for the Walking Dead Episode 2 delay. It seems like while TT said it was a monthly release i guess they found some problems and have to release episode 2 in June. i hope this doesnt mean the other episodes are delayed as well, but only time will tell.
@NASCAR_Rcn8 (post#212-213): I wasn’t complaining about the pros and cons of digital or retail copies (and certainly wasn’t complaining to you). I only suggested that Sony should treat the digital and retail copy users equally.
Also Sony should pay more attention when releasing their own games. Based on my experience purchasing from PS Store so far (Unit-13 online pass & Resistance: burning skies pricing), it is safe to say that for the moment I will no longer be purchasing any PS vita game from PS store during the first 24-hours after release, especially first-party games (hello gravity rush). I also suggest everyone to do the same in order to avoid disappointment or just go buy a retail copy just to be safe.

Visit other gaming blogs (as I’m sure you have), editors make mistakes in which readers like us point them out, & Sony + Grace has to deliver content on a weekly basis. It’s unlike the newspaper industry when all you need to do is set the story & run the press the night before. Many things can go wrong as seen w/ the Ubisoft/Sony mis-communication. First off let me clarify that i did not demand she bee fired, it was just a statement to maybe open sonys eyes that there are many issues that need to be fixed in order to stay in good standing with there consumers. Im sure Grace is a wonderful person but that doesnt change the fact that things could be run in a better manner on her end. Maybe my comment was a little harsh but harshness gets attention. And i do know the facts sir i have read all the posts since its inception. As for TT games and Sony, Sony acts as an agent for TT in selling its software so what sony advertises for TT should be done in accordance with what was stated in the games discription, If not there should have been a notification to those that bought the bundle.

I like the UNDER SIEGE price, that’s a GOOD SALE, worthy of the digital future, a game i wouldn’t have ever bought at regular price – but for $5 ill try it out and be entertained for a weekend. Im curious about the chess game too, Ill check it out on sale someday! Keep having at least one good deal like this a week and Im satisfied :)
Dont get me wrong Luv. i dont think PHISH actually ment for her to get fired. i dont think anyone would want that especially for something as childish as a gaming blog. But you cannot deny the fact that they are still making errors within these post. It doesnt happen just once, or twice a year. there is always something wrong that needs to be corrected/edit later on. To me at least since know the launch of these blog post it just doesnt make sense why they havent improved on that.
All in all i dont think the harsh comments people make (other than some people here) actually mean it. i mean i know in the past i would make comments like that but its only because i was mad. how would you feel when you ask a question in numerous weekly PSN update and just get lefted ignored? some people just take if differently. Im just glad some people who do these comments arent getting banned. its just a simple mistake on their part and i know they dont actually mean it. They just want Sony and its employees to improve. there is always hope for them to improve because in the end they could please everyone with these blog post.

Hey all I’ve been giving PSN next to zero attention the past couple months. Was Storm ever put back on the store? The game sounded interesting but before I could even do much research on it – the game was gone. :( It was added then almost immediately removed about 3 months ago. Is it back or still in limbo?

When will the next re-release of the Bioshock 2 DLC bundle be released, I missed the last one by 12hrs. Also will we expect to see a drop in price/re-release of the Super Street Fighter 4 arcade edition DLC? From someone who has bought SF4 SSF4 and all the costume packs, I’m not a big fan of dishing out another $20.00+ for a game I’ve already bought twice.

All I want is all the PSP GTA games (Vice/Liberty City Stories and Chinatown Wars) on the store for VITA :(

You can just dl them on ps3 psn store and transfer….. although, aren’t the gta games already on the vita store?

@JQM78 I would download through a PS3, but mine…well fried essentially. But the Vita PS Store does not have GTA, at least not the North American store.
