BioShock — BioShock is a narrative-driven action experience that allows players to do the impossible as they journey through an amazing, immersive and terrifying world. Caught between powerful forces and hunted down by genetically mutated citizens, the player will come to grips with the mysterious and fascinating world of Rapture, a distinct Art Deco underwater utopia gone mad. BioShock not only challenges the players’ capacity to adapt and survive, but brings to question their values and commitment to the inhabitants of Rapture. With smart and adaptive AI, no encounter ever plays out the same, while numerous customization options provide gamers with an experience that adapts to their playing style.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 — Co-developed by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games, Modern Warfare 3 delivers a full assault on gamers’ senses, including an intense single-player campaign that picks up immediately following the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and escalates into World War 3, as well as groundbreaking upgrades to the beloved Special Ops like the all-new Survival Mode. Special Ops serves as the perfect springboard to Modern Warfare 3’s re-imagined multiplayer, featuring the series’ trademark visceral gun-on-gun combat, a revamped pointstreak system with the introduction of “Strike Packages,” devastating new modes like “Kill Confirmed” and other gameplay enhancements, new features and a bevy of new weapons, equipment, and perks.

  • Slow week.

  • Haha, you would think the first BioShock would have already been digital by now. Better late than never, at least.

  • I hope we get another wave of psone classics on vita this Tuesday :)

  • Zen Pinball 2 finally!!

  • Really slow week. On the plus side though, Zen Pinball 2! Been waiting for that one.

  • Zen Pinball 2 is the best news this week. Can’t wait to play it on my vita

  • I hope mw3 has a decent price… i wouldn’t like to see a $59.99 price for such an old video game

  • After such an amazing week as last week, you can’t expect every week to be that amazing, otherwise I’d be living out a cardboard box. Regardless, the RE6 demo comes out this week, and that makes a pretty damn good week.

  • @3 BioShock didn’t come out for PS3 originally.

  • A good PS2 Classic to add would be Burnout Revenge.

  • To most that dont already know, more ps1 titles have been added for direct Vita download during the week. Notably FFVII, Alundra, Grandia, Klonoa, Oddworld 2, Syphon Filter & Tomba. So If you dont have a ps3 , you can now download them through your Vita from the Vita PSN…. In any case, there have been a few of you that have been spamming for MW3 to be added. Lets see what you guys move onto now. lol. Cant wait for more info on Double Dragon free for plus. A date would be nice.as always,…Keep On Gaming.

  • Zen Pinball 2 on the Vita… certainly my most wanted for the last few months. Excellent!

  • I’m really looking forward to Zen Pinball 2.

  • ZP2 yes!! More PSone classics on the store please. Now work on Vita playing PS2 games!!!!!

  • Nothing here yet!!!! Is there anyway we can request a PSone and/or PS2 games?

  • @11…That would be great. I lent a friend my copy of Burnout Revenge and you know how it goes…I would get that asap on PSN.

  • This is a great week if only because of Zen Pinball 2. We also finally get the Rainbow Moon demo, which I’m looking forward to trying.

Also, is anyone else scared of buying Bioshock because they think it will be on PS+ soon?

  • Hey Rey,
I maybe one of the few that realise but, when is Crackle releasing on PS Vita, it was announced as summer release. And since nothing. I actually suffered my fav show being removed from Crackle without watching after season 1 because I was waiting for the PS Vita app then Samurai X disappeared. But foreal i don’t like this silence especially when no ps3 app was announced and yet released first, tho im happy for it of course. By the way, can you send a request for Neon Alley on PS Vita, Imagine it like a Sony exclusive dub anime channel, I would have alot of friends paying the sub if on Vita, also. And hope Crunchyroll Vita, isn’t going to come last possible moment like youtube and skype :), back to Wild ARMS 2 on PS Vita.

  • by the way, why was the ability to hear notification sounds on Vita, while asleep removed? I loved that and always had skype on for that reason. and also the PS Vita Wifi turning off when you manually put it to sleep is VERY annoying, that needs to stop

  • YEA, CANT WAIT TO GET ME SOME COD:MONEY WASTER 3!!!! yea, i’ll just buy Counter Strike: GO instead, an actual GOOD FPS that costs a fraction of the price of that overpriced expansion pack

  • *does best Jack Bauer Imitation* FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0!…. WHERE IS IT!? TELL ME WHERE IT IS! WHERE IS FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0!

  • No Ps1 Classics for the Vita ? Weak drop also how about some new ps1 classics like these the tony hawk series, Driver, gran turismo, twisted metal III plenty of others

  • You guys need to do a Drop on those PSP games on PSN. WTH is it with you guys being so slow?!

If I was head of PlayStation I would bring back the employees from the PS1/mid-late PS2 days and fire the rest of you. They knew how to operate and gain pleased customers!

  • I don’t think i played ps2 enough. A lot of these ps2 classics that have been releasing, i have never heard about.

  • I hope someone makes a My Little Pony game for PS3 where you explore equestria.

  • finaly zen 2 sooooooo excited cant wait

  • so SCEA can you please Release Peace Walker on The Vita psn now? not everyone has a ps3……i owned it on UMD and im willing to buy it again digitally….also please LOWER the price heck the HD edition on ps3 cost $10 less…..

  • @26 – Talk to Hasbro about that, but be careful what you wish for… you might get a G1 pony game…

  • Zen Pinball 2 and Plants vs Zombies table for 2.99!! Borderlands for PSplus members too. The Laugh Factory app for ps3 too!!

  • also some tony hawk thug and the burnout games and mercenaries would be nice 2

  • Zen Pinball 2 and Plants vs Zombies table for 2.99!! Borderlands for PS plus members too. The Laugh Factory app for ps3 too!

  • NEXT WEEEEEEK, DOUBLE DRAGON NEEEON!!

  • yes finally mw3 download and a great week for us ps+ members cant wait for this month! every thing very good! no complaing here! i love this this is really awsome week! thanks playstation! really awsome!

  • Hmm, nothing to interesting except maybe Zen Pinball, but I already have enough pinball on my PS3/Vita. However it would be cool if they let you use tables from the first Zen pinball on both, then I might think about getting it 2.

  • Cant wait untilll i dig into borderlands this week

  • I already have all the Zen/Marvel Pinball tables so the Plants vs Zombies table for me obviously. Also grabbing the Pinball Arcade pack. I’ve been waiting for new Pinball Arcade tables and Zen Pinball 2 for forever on Vita.

  • Another slow week for the Vita and nothing new for it. seriously cannot wait till we get Ragnarok and Persona so i cqn actually use my Vita for something other than past games, dont get me wrong im enjoying playing psp and ps1 titles, but i would have thought we had at least a majority of our collection by now and in between maybe get more psp and ps1 titles, but seeing how they dont care for the portables, or their costumers i doubt we’ll get that any time soon.

  • House of the Dead: Overkill?!?! Oh god yes! That’s a drop that I’ve been waiting ages for!

No word on newer PSX on Vita releases?

  • @35 Any zen or marvel table you own will work on zp2 at no extra cost. And zp2 is free!

  • Finally, there’s a demo for Rainbow Moon! Can’t wait to try it out.

  • Please bring some more Psone titles,
Dont go to sleep on me ok,just work
On the Psone and release them, iam still
Waiting for my favorite game to appear is
Funny cause i havent buy any Psone games
Cause my favorite ones are not in the Psvita
Store and NO i dont have a Ps3 and NO i havent
Buy any of them to just download them from the store.

  • How about, at least! discount on ps1 games for plus members!

  • @10 Yes it was.

  • Every RPG fan should try out rainbow moon. It is a good old school RPG. Not the best but still pretty good.

  • Sadly most of those older games (Bioshock & HoD) will be overpriced. I can get them for cheap in the store or on the net.

Does Sony consider other competitors prices when add games to psn?

  • I’m guessing the only reason you didn’t mention Armored Kill is because its for premium only this week. GUESSING..

  • Well then, nothing this week, I’m-a buy me some Walking Dead und see what all the fuss is aboot.

  • @42, so what ps1 games are you waiting for on your Vita ? Im curious.

  • @48, just go plus and get it for free along with tons of other games.
You know, that is, if you want to.
