  • @22 more surprises this month ???

  • Why does the Vita Store never get any sales or price changes? Not once… Digital Distribution will never take off for Sony if they can’t stay anywhere near competitive to retail.

  • What I’ve been curious about is whether any new Neo Geo titles are planned in the coming months. There’s already some great stuff there, but there are many more games I would love to see…half the appeal of these online stores is cheap immediate access to retro games. Maybe I’m alone in that opinion?

  • btw, why are some psp games still being priced at $29.99? Thats way overpriced for games from a dead format in the west.

  • HI !!! =D !!! can you please tell me !!! when will you release resident evil on de ps store for vita !!??? =D !!!!???? im a huge fan and im waiting for this since the release of the vita in february !!!! thanks a lot !!!! XD XD XD !!!!

  • Just played Scott Pilgrim today it’s a decent game. Unfortunately it looks like my PS3 downloaded the new firmware but didn’t download Double Dragon Neon now I have to wait until tomorrow.

  • Here are some of the games i would like to see added to the PSN

    >Twisted Metal black
    > Formula one 2001
    >Max payne II
    >GTA III,Vice city
    > Twisted metal series ( I,III,Iv,SB)

  • I know you already responded to a question about borderlands 2 but anything you can tell us about a possible playstation store release would be very appreciated, I know the european store already has and option to pre-order it on the store but not the NA store and I have to know if i should put my $60 on my psn account or not and the sooner I get some info on this the less stressful my life will be.

  • @PHISHMANIAC

A couple hundred huh? Even if that was true, it proves me right. There’s probably a couple hundred Plus members in my small city alone. Go to any Elementary, Junior High, High School or College in your town and you’re bound to find a large number of gamers, many of whom have PS3s and Plus memberships. Do you not realize how many PS3 owners have potentially signed up for Plus all across this massive overpopulated country?

A couple hundred whiners represents an extremely tiny slice of the whole pie… like, a crumb. A crumb that fell off the pie… that’s you and your crew of crybabies. An insignificant speck.

  • This store update is a bit of a let down. Been waiting on the Ragnarok Odyssey demo for a long time now (been wanting to play the game since last year, almost imported it in May). Lately the only thing that I saw worthwhile was the Vita PS1 support and FFVII.

I haven’t been on my Vita for a while now because there isn’t really anything great for it besides the games I already beat. Once Ragnarok comes out though I won’t be on my PS3 much since I’ll be focusing on that. I think a little more Vita attention should be made. Why would I need to buy the 3G model that is comming out next month when I hardly play the wifi model that I have? Need new Vita stuff.

I agree with djobduction, a few PSP RPG games would help the system out a bit. Personally I would love to see Tales of the World, Brave story, and even the Naruto PSP games.

  • But none of that even touches upon what a classless act you brats are engaging in to call for some woman’s firing just because you’re not receiving EXACTLY what you want from Plus. It’s YOU who should have known what you were getting into before you signed up. Plus is like a grab bag of various mystery items, of which the identity is not revealed until you actually get close enough to sniff it. You can take it or leave it. That was clear from the start. If you don’t like it, fine, but it’s your own fault for not evaluating the program first, and it definitely is no reason to attack Grace or even attempt to have her livelihood turned upside-down… all over some video games. And at $4.17 per month, I really don’t see how you can ever feel like you’re being “screwed”.

You don’t even know what her job entails anyway. You have no clue if she’s doing a good job or a bad job. She may be taking orders from higher-ups, and you’re placing all the blame for things you don’t like on her, undeservingly.

  • @ krae_man on comment 73

    I Don’t understand people’s complaints like yours about FREE games on release date. You are SAVING MONEY and come on, seriously, how long do you actually play your games for anyway before you end up playing something else? I’m sure your PSN Plus account would be expired by then, and if it IS then all the better for you cause maybe the game would be cheaper then! Either way PSN Plus is a GREAT marketing tool for 2 reasons;

    1. It makes you loyal to Playstation and you develop a genuine desire to support the system and buy other games that aren’t offered to Plus users, just because you get so much for free.

  • 2. It give kids with little to no pocket money to play great games and keeps their playstations on during the day just a little bit longer to advertise other Big A list games.

Playstation is giving back to their supporters in every way the MICROSOFT would never even think about doing on account of their dent free pockets. I haven’t even touched my Xbox since I became a plus member. In fact PS Plus if anything has made me into a PS Fan Boy and I hate fan boys. Now that I’ve just admitting my self loathing I will go make myself feel better killing someone on my Vita via Mortal Kombat here at work!

  • @Morgan

Don’t listen to people like krae_man who are trying to ruin PS PLUS for everyone else. I think it is the GREATEST concept Sony has created. I’ve developed so my more respect for Sony I’ve found myself leaning towards all Sony products ranging from TV’s to Android phones. Sony’s Marketing team has done their Jobs well!

  • ii know this might be off topic but anyone remember siren blood curse that horror game. they should make it part of the instant gaming collenction i think it would be a good game to have.

  • YES! Siren would be good! I was going to buy that a while ago, however it fell off my radar till you just reminded me of it!

  • Word of warning – I just purchased XS Junior League Dodgeball for the vita. The game has a bug where the dpad stops working in the middle of gameplay. I can’t seem to figure out a work around. I asked SONY for a refund of the game until its fixed – we’ll see what happens…

  • @261: YES!

Sony, if you guys could get Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 in the PSP section I would pick it up immediately if it was the right price. My Vita needs some ninja ass kicking love. I don’t even think PSPs can get this game on the PSN.

  • Games like Scott Pilgram and Double Dragon would be PERFECT on the Vita. Why aren’t games like that getting Vita support?

  • @Phishmaniac I agree with you on Scea needs a makeover and get rid of
the middlemen/women that are currently there and do a Horrible job
communicating and identifying with their community.

@ people defending Scea staff you re the same sheep thats been trying
to ride their tails for yeas on this blog, do you work for scea or are you just
    dung beetles?

@lisatsunami aka sheep you always talk about people whining like
its your Business that they are complaining about , its hilarious coming from
someone like you that hacked their ps3 and is a pirate. I guess in the
West Coast the sunbeams are so strong they are frying your brains and
Scea staff. I use to be a die hard sony fan till scea stepped in the picture.
Next gen it will not be Sony , ps vita was my last purchase .

  • Great title Double Dragon Neon but why no support for custom sound tracks! It really doesn’t make any sense especially when I downloaded this demo it read on my screen that I can play my music later in the game? Now with this update its gone what a slap from you Majesco and you as well Sony! Your a bunch of thieves Sony and Majesco! Heck just like most of your games they don’t support Custom Sound Tracks! What a joke from you Sony! Wow $10.00 down the drain! Oh yeah that 4.25 update was also a joke from you as well Sony get more innovative because those updates are nothing to be cheerful about! Where is Cross Game Chat,More room to ban cheaters, as well as a longer friends list the list goes on Sony, Youtube sucks as well Scrolling letters is garbage I rather use a keyboard and why can’t you add your videos in your favorites seriously Sony get your act together Peace!

  • Alright! Double Dragon Neon and Scott Pilgrim!! I’ve been waiting for these titles!! I think with the system update to add 1 gb cloud save data this a good update for me!! I don’t have a vita so i can’t complain about that!! However, the amount of titles in some of these updates has been lacking as of late!! I mean wasn’t it at one time we were getting ps3, psn, ps1 and mini games every update including avatars and themes? I know I would like them to add ps2 games as well but the fact remains: content has been lacking and a lot of people have noticed the changes!! I like the ps+ a lot and will renew just please PLEASE get your act together and give us the content you said you would!!

  • Loving Double Dragon Neon!!!! 8D

  • OK seriously why doesn’t the US get “Ecolibrium” can someone please explain, also what is this Frobisher Says thing they have too????

  • Also, why NO MEDIEVIL YET!?!?!?!

  • The Vita gets all kinds of PSOne Classics, but does the PS3 get any PSOne Classics? Nope. Come on Sony, you can give us old schoolers some good games. Please?

  • Do you guys have Final Fantasy 12 in your ps2 classics to do list?

  • darn it im 20 years old and i dont like wasting my time playing crappy sidescrolling games for kids.

  • Good to see some PS1 Classics added to the PS Vita Store even if it’s not a lot of popular titles.

  • How come War of the monsters still hasn’t came to psn in Australia

  • another lame week, the lack of awesome classic ps1 and ps2 games disturbs me, 1000+ games on each system and all we get is crap games, other countries have many more let alone better games in the classics sections in their marketing regions, why are we left in the dark here in america?
