  • Also, on the store it says Full Game and has “The Drop” release date 1/29/13. Kinda leads me to think there was just a problem when updating the PS Store.

  • Sony, we’re on January 30, and still has no answer on Ratchet & Clank Full Frontal Assault, for PS Vita. I know it won’t be out for a while. But, at least, show face about this issue. We, your customers who bought you, your product, deserve it.

    • The only answer I have is that our first party team is working on communicating more information out soon. Sorry that I can’t tell you more!

  • I realley need you to fix the paypal problem, i cant add funds with paypal (currently the only way to add funds that i have) “There may be a delay in processing the transaction” and funds are never added

    • I’ve seen a few people trying to fill US PSN accounts with PayPal accounts from other countries, but that doesn’t work (you can only fill a US PSN account with a US PayPal account). I’m not sure if this is the case for you, I’d need more information.

  • Hmmm does anyone know why my avatar shows the zombie on the blog site but when i go anywhere else on sonys website it shows the proper avatar? Also maybe unrelated but i have noticed that the share.blog wont let me comment or anything it just stays at 0. Even my votes stay at 0… Is there a blog support somewhere i can contact? I tried using the support on this site but got an email stating that its only used for repairs for consoles and such…

  • Perhaps I’m searching wrong, but the Groundhog Day costume for PS3 LBP2 doesn’t seem to be available. Could you please confirm this?

    • It’s from the original LBP, so that’s why it isn’t listed under LBP 2 add-ons. If you search “Groundhog” in the store, the costume should pop up for you!

  • Whenever Ultimate Bundles are highlighted in the Store or put on sale, it would be nice if you would offer discounts on just the DLC for those who have the game already. Or consider doing a DLC discount bundle. I”ve seen it done before for some games.

I have every single game in the Ubisoft bundle collection advertised here, but I would have loved an opportunity to get all the Assassins Creed Revelations DLC at a discount (the only DLC of the lot I don’t have). I realize the decision is Ubisoft’s to make, but if you could just nudge them a bit. Thanks!

  • So insomniac and tin giant have asked us to ask you about the rachet and clank for psvita Sony…. So what’s the situation on the game???

  • Again Sony ?? Where is Ratchet and Clank? for Vita ?? Man This is why is did not pick my son up a vita Yet .. And Just about to sell mine . looks like the Vita is becoming a FAIL !! I hope Not LOL

  • I’m sorry to sound like such a fanboy but, only in the last few months and for vita alone:

    Gravity Rush
    Unchated
    Ninja Gaiden

All full priced blockbusters, and people will still say that IOS is better and cheaper for portable gamming, this is simply not true.

PSN+ and Vita has undoubtedly the best value and quality. I’m loving it, thank you!

  • i’m not seeing the “Groundhog Day Costume (Free)” for little big planet 2. is that a mistake, or am i missing it?

you also forgot to list the DMC avatar bundle: all ten avatars for $0.99!

  • any chance we will see a sale on Final Fantasy games (like the EU PSN store has) soon?

  • Nothing good for me this week… Maybe next week!

  • What is taking so long to get an update on the release of Ratchet and Clank, Full Frontal Assault? The attached web link has incorrect information but does reflect the pulse of the purchasing public… Please give us some correct insight as to when we can expect what we already paid for…

    http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2013/01/30/the-curious-case-of-ratchet-and-clank-full-frontal-assault-on-playstation-vita/

  • So tweets have been disappearing about the whole issue of rachet and clank full frontal assault? Why?
Everyone knew of the January release, so what are you going to do Sony? It’s been advertised on the ps3 for a cross buy…

You can get in trouble for false advertisement…

  • you know I feel outright right disgusted that you would sell this ratchet and clank game as cross platform and I started really looking forward to the idea of a ratchet and clank game on my vita, only now I really look into it no evidence of this game even exists. I feel like an idiot for even owning a vita..

  • On November 19th, Greg Phillips / SCEA Producer, blogged that the PS Vita version of R&C FFA would be coming in January… Later a Sony tweet stated the game would drop on January 29th… That tweet has since been deleted… Now nothing… Dead silence… There is NO WAY that Sony doesn’t know exactly what is going on here… Especially with a R&C title…

  • will we get pre-order bonus if we buy crysis 3?

  • i have a question about Assassin’s Creed 2 Ultimate Edition that’s now $9.99. it says all of the DLC is included, but the PSN description says it only has two of the three DLC that’s available. as far as i can tell, the last DLC is the same as the second plus three new locations. why doesn’t it have the third add on (sequence 3: bonfire of the vanities & secret locations)?

i’d really appreciate it if someone could answer this for me.

  • Please, release EXTREME G3 on the ps store!!! I have the original PS2 CD, but I dont want to damage the lens by cd-reading. That game is really good and it would be even better with hd graphics.

  • Better Netflix Interface !!

  • Are we ever going to get some information on the missing Ratchet & Clank FFA release for the Vita? Anybody? anybody at all?

  • Lol. Still no R&C FFA? Class action lawsuit time. Open and shut false advertising suit. Someone should get on that, and post it here.

  • i love the plus membership although nothing exclusive in quite sometime except for the beta releases or maybe discounts. been kind of disappointed in the games that have been offered for free lately.nothing has stood out really since before x-mas. hey since god of war ascension is being released how about releasing god of war 1&2 as free game?

  • Class action lawsuit time? Don’t think so… Sony always comes through, EVENTUALLY… What disappoints me is that I am loyal to the Sony brand through and through… Years ago I argued Playstation over their competitors and I was right… To me, hands down they are the best of breed in the gaming industry… But I am truly worried about the Vita on many fronts… The announced Vita games for 2013 isn’t that impressive… However I also own a PS3 and this looks to be the biggest year for upcoming games on the big brother console… So yes I was ticked about the further wait for R&C FFA and expressed it… Regardless this is my last comment regarding R&C… I am disappointed but I still love Sony…

  • How about some free PSP games and content? PS3 and PSVita get free games and content but not the PSP? it shouldnt be, thats unacceptable, inexcusable and completely dumb to be completely honest, it would benefit you a lot.

Also, how about some deals on PSP games and content as well. PSP content is way old enough to get enormous deals and dropped to freebies, youre losing on the opportunity of consumers making more purchases, like myself, I would love to buy PSP content but I sure as hell am not going to pay anything overpriced or that even seems overpriced. Most of the prices of PSP content are ridiculous. BTW, myself and million others dont have PSVita and wont get one until theres more games, cheaper gamers, cheaper PSVita and cheaper memory cards, so you could be money on PSP content.

  • does anyone know how long these discounts are going on for?(specifically the street fighter x tekken dlc discount)

  • Hello.

Any chance of seeing a Metal Slug bundle (Metal Slug 1, 2 and X) for the PS3 at a reasonable price from the Neo Geo Station any time soon?

    Thanks.

  • Please help me……i cant download playstation store software !!! i get “please wait ” screen and nothing happens.

  • Why not give Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3) for free to? ;)

  • Hello PSN Team.

Any news on what happened to Ratchet and Clank: FFA. Any news would be much appreciated to all of us lokking forward to playing the game on the Vita.

    Thank you.

  • So as a PS3 Plus member i get nothing this week ok well at least next week i get Sleeping Dogs free o wait that just for EU Plus hmmm… i starting to feel like a paid money so i can get 2010 games that i’ve already played. I see people saying this all the time i just hope the PSN worker understand were we are coming from. I’m still proud to have that yellow “+” sign to my name but it hard seeing how EU plus members are getting way better stuff then US plus members that all.

  • Any news yet? You know the decent and responsible thing to do is to accept the fact that someone made a mistake on the release date for R & C: FFA, and to put forth some form of explanation, especially to those of us who have purchased the PS3 version with the understanding that the Vita version would be released by the end of January..

Now it’s obvious that the game will not see the light of day in January of 2013. But could we at least get some form of statement or hint on what the heck is going on. Or is your strategy at this point just to keep everyone in the dark. I wonder if Microsoft or Nintendo fans get treated this poorly.

  • thanks for adding bo2 to the store..

  • why can u make Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus so u can play on the PS3 have it crossplay on the Vita ???

  • i don’t have the ninja gaiden sigma nothing there man….

  • Well January has come and gone and still no Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault for the Vita… Any news from Sony on the game’s status would be appreciated…

  • Anyone knows if using paypal in canada if we’re getting charged taxes on our purchases like when we use our credit cards, or is it exempt like when we use gift cards?

  • Bayonetta is very cool, however it is definitely not worth $20.00! Lower it to aroudn $9.999 or 12.99 and it will be worth its’ age. Outdated game brought to PS3 that is over priced…. not surprising, but seriously sony…. get real!

  • $45 for Dead or Alive 5 DLC? That’s more than what I paid for the game itself. I swear, I’m about to quit gaming altogether if prices keep skyrocketing like this. Btw, they’re still ignoring the PSOne Classics section.

  • Never mind my last comment. I overlooked where it sad “game AND dlc”. *inserts foot in mouth*

  • haha i didn’t want to mention it in my previous comments, but $20 for Bayonetta is a tad wishful. i think $15 is a more appropriate price for it, but i won’t be getting it until it joins the weekly deals section.

i also wanted to say that i’ve been loving these weekly sales! i’ve been buying stuff from PSN every week for the past few weeks when i didn’t really buy anything from it before. i just got another PSN card because i’m not missing any of these sales. i might have to get a $50 card. keep it up, sony!

  • so if i preorder crysis 3 from psn, will i get crysis 1 with it? or that deal is off long ago

  • I’m still pissed off ya don’t have a Purchaseable Download of DARK CLOUD off the PS2. How can one of the best titles ever off the Playstation Console be so terribly Underrated like this. It’s not fair – Dark Cloud 2 i smore better than half the crap out here these days. PLEASE for the Love of God and God of Aries upload DARK CLOUD2 to PSN…I already got Bayonetta :( Crisis 3 Open Beta looks interesting though. This game DC2 was way ahead of it’s time graphic wise it’s one of the best looking games on the PS2 Console. I’d rather keep playing me some Dragon Age 2 than to be bothered with Plus when my account expires I probably will not come back. It’s been very dissapointing videogame rental service. Most of the games PSN offers us is 2 years old and are crap meanwhile UK keep striking a Goldmine. PSN plus is being Terribly unfair to us. Who the Hell wants to play Foosball really? Get it together PS Plus or I’m gone. Please addess my wants and needs for Dark Cloud, I think I’m being Reasonable that it should be a game that should be available on Digital by now. Yall have a real poor taste in games lately. End of Rant ;)

  • yes Sigma Plus should have been Cross Platform a HUGH dissapointment when I saw it was only on the VITA system. WTH!

Want to release a game people actually like?
put out Uncharted 3 for Free it’s old enough and the company has made enough money on it.

That is a Game that should be in Everyone’s gaming Collection. Or at least go back to giving us
some good indie Hits. Cause least for the most part they was New…at the very least.

  • #1. The store is STILL laggy as hell.

#2. There’s STILL *LOTS* of content missing from the “new” Playstation-Store. For example: Socom 4 had TWO “Avatar bundles”. So far, I’ve only seen one in the “new” Playstation Store (where as the [affectionately-called] “old Blue” Playstation Store had BOTH Avatar-bundles) (the one missing in the “new” Playstation-Store is “Avatar-Bundle #1 by the way) (and, if memory serves me, one Avatar-Bundle had the “good guys”-characters avatars, and the other Avatar-Bundle had the “bad guys”-characters avatars).

I still cannot find, in the “new” Playstation Store, any DLC (or even any listing for the following-games themselves, for that matter) for the videogames FIFA09, FIFA10, and FIFA11 (pretty much: any FIFA game released prior to the “FIFA12″ one). I also tried to find the DLC for the James Bond game “Quantum of Solace” by searching in all the available methods (using the “one letter at a time” Search function — that didn’t find it.

  • I also tried going to “Games” > “PS3 Games” > “All PS3 Games” (and the other ways you can search for it like “Disc-Only PS3 games”, “Full PS3-games”, and using the “Filter” function to filter by “Shooter” (since the game IS a “Shooter”-type videogame) and the videogame was nowhere to be found (whereas in the “old Blue” Playstation-Store, you can just easily go to “All, A – Z”, and then further narrow down the search by narrowing down the letters of what your videogame is called (example: “All Games, A to Z” > “Q” > select “Quantum of Solace”-videogame-art > voila. You’re shown ALL the things available for your selected game (videogame trailers, Developer Diaries, other Behind-The-Scenes videos, avatars, DLC “add-ons”, themes, etc.)))) and that didn’t work either.

  • (continued from my previous post)

I also couldn’t find ANYTHING for the James Bond game “James Bond 007: Blood Stone”; I couldn’t find “Sonic Adventure” when using the darn “Search” function on the “new” Playstation Store, and only found it after finding “Sonic Adventure 2″ listed below on the “Recommendations”-section of the game-page (containing all the DLC) for one of the videogames I was checking out the DLC for (and from there, after checking out “Sonic Adventure 2″, “Sonic Adventure [part 1]” was listed in the “Recommendations”-section of Sonic-Adventure-2′s game-page).

I also remember that there were alot of Kevin Butler tv-ads and/or “tv ‘spots’ ” in the Socom-4 download-content page, and now none of those tv-spots are there [to download].

I also STILL cannot find ANY Qore nor Pulse episodes [and videos], WHATSOEVER, in the “new” Playstation store, whereas in the OLD Playstation Store, pretty much ALL the content (at least as far as I know) that Sony has come out with ever since INVENTING (or should I say making?) the Playstation-Store, was there to see [and available for download].

  • (continued from my previous post)

Now, thanks to you guys at Sony, I can’t even see Qore nor Pulse anymore (two things I greatly enjoyed and also, greatly enjoyed from Sony); and I really was looking forward to, now that I had the money in my Playstation-Store “wallet” to do so, download the Qore episodes that I wasn’t able to see before (such as the episode that talks about Crysis 2) — especially now that I’m a Playstation-Plus member (don’t get your hopes up Sony. I only bought a “1-year plan”-Playstation-Plus card online so that I could get access to that “online cloud-storage game-saves backup”-thing that I needed so I could backup my COPY-PROTECTED games (like the Assassin’s Creed games I have and the two Crysis games I have (Crysis 1 and Crysis 2), since I was upgrading my PS3′s hard-drive)) and can get those Qore episodes (at least this is what I’ve heard and read) for free.

  • (continued from my previous post)

Also, for the love of humanity, what is UP with the CONFUSING (and/or EXTREMELY-*CONFUSING*) category-names in the “homepage” of the Playstation-Store?

I mean come on: “New On PS3″, ” *Hot* on PS3″, and “Most Downloaded”. Usually “Hot” (in this particular case) can mean one of two things (and in some [particular] cases, like this one [for example], it can mean a third thing), it can mean like “hot off the press” (well you know what that means) (“wow”, “it’s new”, “it’s on FIRE”, “it’s what people are mostly interested in right now”, etc. etc.). (It can also mean “it’s what people are[, mostly,] looking-at right now and/ore are [most] interested in getting”).

But then you have “NEW on PS3″ (which means pretty much the same thing as “HOT on PS3″ — referring to when I explained 2 seconds ago what “Hot on PS3″ means).

And THEN you have “MOST *DOWNLOADED*” which means basically — that, what people said it means / what you read it means / it’s self-explanatory. “What people are MOST *DOWNLOADING* on the PS3′s “Playstation Store” “. “What are people MOST *DOWNLOADING* on Playstation-Store[?]“.

  • (continued from my previous post)

So it pretty much creates ALOT of confusion (if not a-TON of confusion). You have “HOT” on PS3, which can mean “hot off the press” (as in “new”) (which you already have in the category “NEW on PS3″), or it can mean “what people are MOST *INTERESTED* IN” (which you already have in the category “Most Downloaded”).

So please, make the categories simpler and/or easier to use [and/or understand] (aka. more “user-friendly”, like they were in the [affectionately-called] “Old Blue” Playstation-Store).

And please read all the comments and stuff about the “new” Playstation-Store in the comments section of all of your blog-posts ever since the “new” Playstation-Store came out, including the forums (including but not limited to the forum-pages I showed you and gave you the links of), and the YouTube-pages for your products and/or videos (including but not limited to that YouTube-page for your walkthrough-of-the-”New”-Playstation-Store that I showed you and gave you the link of).

Many thanks in advance for taking the time [and patience] to read this message and consider all feedback (including but not limited to mine obviously :-) ).
