Since the new store, there has been the issue where some purchased content is not recognized as purchased in the store, and we have to sort through our download list looking for it (motorstorm rc, some rocksmith songs, other things I can’t think of right now). I’ve been pretty patient waiting for the fix, but you are now fixing much later issues, and it’s frustrating you are fixing things out of order, making it look like you will never fix the download issues the store has had from the start (of the new store). Can you at least answer if you are planning on fixing these issues, or are you planning on never fixing them?

Sony I have to ask, and I really hate to ask it. But what constitutes a loyal Playstation customer and the $10? I’ve been a loyal PS fan and bought a 60gb ps3 on day one, camped out 36 hours for it. Spent thousands on the PS Store and own almost all of the first party games, and a psp+vita. Really wondering how I and others didn’t qualify as a loyal Playstation Customer.

Just a question. Why isn’t there more Playstation themed games on Playstation Mobile? Even if they are casual games like a Crash Bandicoot version of Temple Run for example. Also while on PSM, why aren’t you letting people try games like we see on Google Play? PSM is a good idea that’ can be executed better. I would like to see more games released on a weekly basis.

I forgave you after the 2nd sentence. I realize that people want to be able to download and play the new games on the store right after they get off work or out of school. Usually, they’re able to make that happen. It seems like ever since they updated the layout of the store though, the drop has been taking longer. Maybe it’s just me. At any rate, they have a really big day today, and they’re giving seemingly random users a $10 psn voucher.
PS: For anyone downloading the Dust 514 dlc, once you download the free pack, go into the game. You’ll see about 6 items to add to your active character.
I been waiting for a year for Patapon 3 PSP game to be finally be playable on ps vita. I also noticed as well that game cannot be copied to ps vita even I tried to copy it from my PS3 system. Hopefully sony will get that fixed as possiably today. Now I’m down to 3 missing PSP games left needed to be on ps vita as of fat princess: fistful of cake, metal gear solid portable ops and portable ops+.

Anyone who thinks there is an issue with the Dust 514 Starter Pack…fear not. While I was not prompted for a Download either, all of the items were ready and waiting for me in-game :).
I also got a little surprise when I logged on this morning…a $10 credit from PSN!! Seems there is a little loyalty rewarding going on for today…which is going to be a HUGE day for PlayStation Fans. I can just feel it!!
But I digress…anyone who has even thought about trying out Dust 514…DO IT!!! Best Free-to-Play experience I have ever had and one heck of a great persistent shooter. This Starter Pack is great for first-time players at 10 and an absolute no-brainer for any PS+ member. While the $20 Mercenary Pack is an inherently better value in my opinion the Starter Pack is great because you get a blueprint Exile Assault Rifle that you will never have to replenish. Those of us in the Closed Beta were given them during a special event and I gotta say it is a huge convenience and a nice reprieve for your in-game wallet.
Anyway, whether you get a Starter Pack or not…if you are a shooter fan…download Dust 514 today!!!

as for the $10 dollar credits, that’s a really cool promotion, I’ve been a loyal playstation customer for years, it’d be pretty cool to see that, but even if I don’t get it, great way to reward your customers, keep up the great work guys! I can’t wait to play Vanquish!

Don’t give us JUST a vita game. Morgal already said (way before PS Plus started to give vita games) that PS Vita will not, in anyway, affect Plus on PS3.
And yet, numerous times, you give a vita game, and nothing to the PS3.

I tried to dl Medieval Madness pro-upgrade and the store says I can’t because I didn’t buy the table. But I did buy the table (along with Bride of Pinbot). In fact I played MM earlier last night. Is this a glitch or do I have to rebuy the table at $8, when I already put down $5 on it? Please respond.
why so long in the store update and I have a question a sony tech told me if I renew my plus 1 week before it expires I get to keep everything from the previes stuff I had I ownly see 1 thousion in my download list and ive renewed my plus 1 week before it expired since day 1

With the “big announcement” coming this evening, you would think that the PSN division would ultimately want to produce a high quality, timely update to the PS Store. This more than obviously displays the ongoing issue with the PlayStation brand… lack of communication, poor business practices and ignorance in the face of the consumer. When Kaz takes the stage tonight to announce the future of the PlayStation brand, it would be wise for him to not reflect on the past. But he’ll have to, especially considering the “subscription” plans that are rumored to coincide with the new hardware. We all knew that Pus was at times too good to be true. Regardless of quality, free stuff is free stuff. So most of us bit at the carrot that was dangled before our faces. But just as I assumed when the original Plus plan was launched, there was an anterior motive… PlayStation wanted to see just how many users would actually be willing to pay for a subscription. We all fell for it, and now just like it is over in the Microsoft camp, we too will be paying premium subscription rates for the basic online functions of the next-gen hardware with a limited number of “perks” sprinkled on top (Plus… or “World” as the rumors say).
