PSN March Savings: Get $10 For Every $50 Spent

PromoMoney_SEN-H_3

What a start we’ve had to 2013! We here at PlayStation Network have no intention of slowing down anytime soon, and we have a great new promotion and a number of great digital titles coming your way starting next month.

Starting February 26 and throughout the month of March, we’ll be offering you the chance to get $10 back for EVERY $50 you spend using your SEN Wallet! This means that if you spent $100 you’d receive $20 back at the end in April. Everything from games, movies and TV shows — anything that accepts SEN Wallet funds — is fair game. If you were thinking of subscribing to PlayStation Plus, now’s a great time to do it. Grab the 1-year membership for $49.99 to get the most of your PSN experience, plus a little extra cash back.

We also have a number of brand new Day 1 Digital titles coming your way in March, and even better, they’re all available for pre-order starting tomorrow, February 26! Pre-ordering the titles gets you a free theme, and a number of the titles come with additional pre-order bonuses for PSN buyers.

Grabbing these titles is a great way to take advantage of this promotion, as every $50 you spend counts toward getting $10 increments back in April. See below for the full list of titles:

    • I bought the call of duty Black ops 2 season pass on February 28 for $49.99 and then on sunday I bought dlc for Playstation allstars for $1.99 when will i get my 10 doallers back

    • hopefully this can get answered. if we add funds to our PSN wallet will that count? For later?

    • What if players spent $39.99 and another $9.99 will they be entitled to the $10 back as well?

    • We got the $10 credit but didn’t spend anything out of our psn wallet during that time frame!!

We share PSN games with a friend who just bought the season pass for Black Ops 2.

      Could this be a mistake?

      OUR WIN! :)

    • I just wish they would give as good of content to American play-station plus that they give the PlayStation plus EU.
I don’t think Sony loves the American customers nearly as much as the European ones. It is like if you have 3 kids, some will have there favorite kid and love them more.
Europe gets Mass Effect 3 free this month, last month got Sleeping Dogs, and in December got Batman. That is two games in four month that got a perfect 10 rating(Game Informer) while we get one of their B rated games in Vanquish as our A rated game.
I thought it was a great deal (PlayStation plus) until I saw what Sony gives its favorite customers. Now I just feel like they just kicked me in the stomach over and over again.
Straight up “Special Ops” sucks real bad playing online, like a very bad impersonation of “Call of duty.”

    • That the banner is actually a link to Flickr, which I refuse to sign in/use Yahoo or share my Facebook login information with, is particularly irksome. Why can’t you just post the details like a normal site?

    • Does it count if I bought a bunch of games and subscribed to PSPlus last Friday? I literally just bought:

Threads of Fate, Parasite Eve II, Legend of Mana, Chrono Cross, Chrono Trigger, 5 dollars worth of Equillibrium DLC, and a 3 months PSPlus sub (As well as DLC for Frobisher Says and the complete game for Pure Chess).

Pretty sure that’s well over 50 dollars.

    • I got the Dynasty Warrior 7 : Empire and the Alarm thing dlc :D

    • LTB Psvita, some Add-ons and DDFF PSP/Vita

    • So… wait, I spent $49.97, I didn’t *have* to find something else to push me over $50? That is honestly kind of a bummer, I pored over my library and ended up buying some DLC for $8.

    • Just bought all of the DLC for Skyrim and Black Ops2. And the game I Am Alive.

    • Do Playstation Home purchases count towards the amount? (Asking this question on behalf of many of my friends aswell as myself)

    • You must buy the same time and day for $50 or more.

    • While I have to commend Sony for being forgiving of a penny for the deal when spending $49.99, I was dismayed to find out that .02 short is not accepted. So purchasing a 9.99 game and a 39.99 means no extra credit for me. Now I know a line has to be drawn in the sand some where, but shouldn’t it be after .05. Allow us to buy 5 $9.99 and get $10 back. It’s credit, so the money is just coming back to you. It seems you are getting the best of both worlds. You have more online spending and you look like a company that cares and understands a gamer mentality. Heck, even charge me $10 for a game instead of $9.99. I am more than happy to give you the cent if I can take advantage of this deal now and in its future renditions. As of now, you seem a little too stuck to the rules and I am a little disappointed that a penny costs me $10. But as I was told, “There are avatars for a dollar”… SUPER.

    • so ok can someone please clear this for me on 3/8 I bought something using my wallet for about 4.99$ and on 3/18 I bought 3 months of ps plus + Dungeon Hunter Alliance PS Vita ( the game was on discount for like 13$) they both cost me about 31$ from my wallet and in 1-2 days I’m about to get some psn codes to add them to my wallet and buy something I want that cost about 30-40$ anyway my question here is will I still get the free credit ? or I should have bought everything at one time to get the credit? and now I don’t have any ps3 I only have ps vita will I be able to use the free credit (if I got one) without having ps3?

    • I have spent more then $200 and I have only gotten $10 back. Am I going to get the rest of the money on April?

    • I’m not sure about this but I think that 10$ u got was a random gift from sony . they said they will give u 10$ for each 50$ u spend later in April so I think u should still get 40$ (as I said I’m not 100% sure)

    • Does this work if i were to buy many many games/DLCs that by the end of March adds up to 50 bucks……or do i have to spend 50 bucks on ONE thing / one day?

    • I bought the Black Ops 2 Season Pass on JAN 2013. It’s cost cost me $50! Too bad I won’t get $10 back. I bought Darkstalkers resurrection couple days ago! That means I have to spend $35. That’s not fair at all in my opinion! I hope I get $10 back!

    • guys i wanna ask,

someone said that if u spend 49,99$ then u will get 10$ cash back..
now, i just bought dj max for 44,99 $ and 2 little games worth 2,99$ and 1,99$ so i just spend 49,97 $
will i got 10$ cashback from ps store ? or i need to buy something more ?

      thx for your attention :D

    • Playstation Plus has been getting good press in gaming blogs for its excellent value. I bought a PS3 recently and bought Plus immediately. It is instantly awesome. And now that I’ve discovered I’m getting a rebate this month for the $50 PEN deal, I’m having a great weekend You rock, company

    • Will I still get my $10 dollars back even though i only spent $49.99 on the Black Ops 2 Season Pass?
      Please Help.

    • is 49.98 alson count as 50? thanks.

    • I’m only 4 cents away from spending exactly 50 but I only have 15 cents in my wallet!

    • This would of been so good for me if this event happen during the Dead Space 3 release. It was the last game I bought on the psn store so I feel left out. Lol

    • I spent 70+ bucks when I first saw the ten dollar back ad at the beginning of the month (March) only to find out you have to spend the money between March 26 and April 1st………screwed again.
Anyway, no big deal, since everything I’ve ever bought on PSN (a considerable amount) will be useless after the PS4 launch anyway. Booooo!

    • i just spent over $50 in the last 2 weeks and havent received anything yet…plz dont screw me over sony!

    • What if you have your card info saved on your psn account and purchase items and it charges your card directly?

    • Does this promotion including amounts spent on playstation Home? Say if I spend $50 on Home items? Thanks!

    • *include

    • So, I’m going to buy game for 39.99 + another game for 6.99 + DLC pack for 2.99 = 49.97. Does it count, and I will get 10$ back or not? Please, someone answer to me :) I would be so happy…

    • i was just wondering if the free $10 voucher we got last february from sony will count towards the promo. if i spent that $10 will i need to spend $40? or is it not counted because it was a free voucher. hope i can get a definitive answer. thanks!
