  • Hoping the store updates soon! I wish Sony could update it at the same time every week so we don’t have to keep checking continuously. One week it’s 4 p.m., then it’s 9 p.m. I’m sure that others agree it would be a great thing.

  • @700…never mind. Turned out I didn’t have the current expiration date on my credit card. Nice of it to explain the problem so nicely.

In any case, I got it – extra 3 months! Cool offer, Sony – and GREAT-looking month for March!!!! Frankly, that’s what tipped the balance for me, as odd as it may sound.

  • I think that’s the most positive comments on a plus blog I’ve ever seen lol. I’m loving the month and looking forward to many good months to follow.

P.S. – TOMB RAIDER IS AMAZING, IF YOU DONT HAVE IT YET GET IT!

  • AWESOME GUYS!!!

    You are my heroes

  • These games will make great additions to the IGC

    Beyond good and evil hd
    I am alive

    Unfinished swan
    Odd world strangers wrath hd
    Siren blood curse
    Under defeat Hd

    Tokyo jungle
    Resident evil 4 hd
    Limbo
    Machinarium
    Papo and yo
    Sine mora
    Okami hd
    Sleeping Dogs
    Red Dead Redemption
    Shatter

  • PS Plus is great. On top of that with that $12 Music Unlimited deal a while back, my Vita goes everywhere I go.
Looking forward to Joe Danger and The Cave, Tekken6 for Vita also! Finally going to check out the hype with Disgaea. Just updated my subscription to end of 2014. Monthly updates are looking good. keep it going!

  • Colombia because the have so forgotten that we do not have playstation store and hardly consigen games are very expensive and we only sell games ps3 but ……. thanks

  • Only complaint, where are the rest of the PS1 Classics. Crash Bandicoot is dying to be played on my Vita on the go.

  • I am putting in my 2 cents and agreeing with others sentiments. I appreciate the addition of the monthly preview of Plus content to go along with the detailed weekly updates. It allows me to know what I have to look forward to for the coming month and plan my PSN purchases accordingly.
I am not much of a FPS fan but I’m interested in trying a non-Uncharted game with Nolan North. I heard the storyline for Spec Ops was pretty good and reviews seemed decent.

All the offers you have had recently (3 months extra Plus, $10 for $50) and the addition of quality content to the IGC got me to renew my Plus membership this month. I hope you keep up the momentum created from this month and carry it on through the rest of the year.

  • P.S. – With the PS4 announcement Sony just made, I am excited to see how Plus with evolve with it’s release.

  • Oh, I forgot to ask. Recently, I got a $10 credit added to my account for “being a loyal customer and fan of the PlayStation Network.” I used this when I purchased my 1 year Plus membership. Do I still qualify for the $10 for $50 promotion ?

  • Hey, Morgan, not sure if you’re still reading comments, but if you have an answer to this I’d greatly appreciate it. Is there a chance that Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition will be back in the IGC? I was extremely unfortunate to miss it, and I was wondering if there was a chance it’d come back, it was one of the main reasons I bought PS + as well.

  • when is playstation plus update on 03/05/2013? I didn’t get update now, and also I didn’t see spec ops on playstation plus.

  • @ fsh840411

The store updates between 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Eastern Time). Might update late though.

  • Last week it updated around 4 p.m. eastern….you just never know. Each and every week it’s a different time and have seen it as late as almost midnight. Will they ever get it at a set time? One can only hope!!

  • Morgan:
Is there a way to backup individual games rather than the entire hard disk?

  • smoothboarder540

I believe the main factor in the timing of the store update is how much content is being added to the store. There’s a lot of stuff this week so it will probably be another hour or so.

  • Hey. Is PSN still recovering from the maintenance? Because I cannot sign in on my ps3

  • when Ps Store Update
    im waiting
i dont sleep just for download new game

  • I don’t understand why store always update so late come on,

  • Another very late update! :(

  • Late updates are way more common than early ones. If it has to do with the amount of content, they should start earlier….Just a thought.

  • too late

  • very late update… AGAINNNN.

  • I just got 1 year membership last night, that means at this moment I have $10 back to my wallet in April, right?
You’re doing a great job, just one petition, add more add-on discounts, these days are lots of dlc and many of them are $15.
    Thanks :)

  • i cant see free game in store for plus
    i just see Spec ops
i cant see Disgaea 3 and tekken 3

  • Gather around, children, as we sit around the campfire tell stories, eat marshmallows, and wait for the PS Store to update.

  • @Generous6680

That means the store hasn’t updated yet….get use to the late updates….it’s the norm.

  • @ Generous6680

We aren’t getting all of the plus games today

  • @ The people replying to Generous6680’s comment

    Hi :3

  • I’m already downloading Spec Ops :D Go get it!

  • i don’t see the game in the playstation store

  • Just wondering when Disgaea 3 might be coming out for the VIta? I am going away on a trip on the 12th, and would love to download the game before then, as I will have no internet =(

  • lol hi DeathKiller49 XD

and Amani44, that sucks =( Sony now lets you “buy” stuff from the web now if you can get your hands on a PC if you cant connect the vita to the net and then download it later. Your only other option outside that is giving someone your info which anyone can tell you is a bad idea. I’m gonna guess you might be on a cruise or going to the middle of nowhere.

  • Danng , what happen????? all i see free is Spec ops, nothing else, dont tell me they wont be comming free, that something happen or something

  • very perceptive joufes! Yes I am going on a cruise, if I were to download the game on the cruise, well lets just say using the internet would cost me more the the cost of a PlayStation 4 System.

  • The store updated but its not showing a discount for BIT.TRIP

  • BIT.TRIP 2 is not showing the discount. I was hoping to play it tonight on my Vita. Guess I’ll have to wait :(

  • I’m pretty upset now, I bought a PS+ subscription using my PS Vita a few hours ago. When I bought it, tapped on the advertisement stating “Buy 1 Year, get 3 Months” because I saw the comment on this article saying that you should be able to buy it until the store updates, so I bought it as well as a 32gb card from the Best Buy deal, but when I looked at my subscription I only got 1 year. So after being on the phone with Sony for an hour, they still won’t give me the three months and say that because the blog states it ends on 3/4, they won’t give it to me. It doesn’t say that anywhere on my Vita and they claim I should have looked at the blog first. This is pathetic Sony, I bought a Vita day one, a PS3 a month after release, and now I get this BS. Really disappointing.

  • Downloading Spec Ops now. Its on the web store if you want it now.

  • This the best update ever. I really wanted to play spec ops and i can get it for free. Thats amazing
Can you guys put sleeping dogs in the next update please

  • It’s been a whole day, and Tekken 6 is still not in the Instant Game Collection. What’s the hold up?

  • @ jds07,

Only Spec Ops is going to be released today, read this:

“We hope you’re as excited as we are to see Joe Danger 2: The Movie (PS3), Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention (PS Vita), Tekken 6 (PSP; Supported on PS Vita), and The Cave (PS3) which will be arriving throughout the month of March!”

Throughout the month of March, meaning sometime during March(not today).

One of the trade-offs of having a monthly update is having to wait for the other games we get.

  • What happened to the Vita games that were supposed to be added. Disgaea 3 & Tekken 6? I was looking forward to Disgaea 3.

  • PrimeroIncognito

    @ JoeGoodsnake

Boy, you just can’t handle when someone makes a POINT against your POINTLESS vendetta against SCEA. Calling my post asinine when I said nothing but facts. Your desperation is showing. Your facade is cracking, and your narcissist nature is shining through.

Look at YOUR OWN post to me. You posted the value of the games. They all add up to MORE than $50, the rate of a yearly subscription. Shot yourself in the foot, buddy. My point stands. The value of Plus is blatantly apparent.

Of course the total value of offerings during any given month will vary. Do you honestly expect it to be the same every month? Next month, the total value might be less, then the next month it might be higher again. The bottom line is, it’s ALWAYS worth the asking price, so why complain about irrelevant things, such as a variance between total value for different months? It’s ridiculous. THAT is what’s truly ASININE. What a waste of time.

  • Well maybe they cold of added at least one of the Vita games.

  • PrimeroIncognito

    @Joe

And another mistake you’re STILL making, and probably will continue to make since you’ve got the blinders of hatred plastered on your face so firmly, is that IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT EU IS GETTING. They are a different territory. They have different rules. For the millionth time, no region does things the same as other regions in the world, in ANY industry. Stop looking at what your neighbor has, and see if you can find a way to appreciate the value of what YOU have been given.

They also pay more for Plus (by conversion rate), so they should get more value in return anyway. It makes sense. But of course, you have to have sense yourself in order to comprehend such a simple thing, so I guess that’s why you and others like you continue to make such ridiculous comparisons.

    Simpletons, indeed.

Do you complain about how the food is better in EU? Because it is. Do you complain about their higher quality educational system? Faster internet speed? Lower crime? More balanced way of life? Etc? Well, do you? Why this?

  • A day later and I’m still lovin’ this update. It’s the waiting that’s painful. :( No complaints, just me being impatient.

  • and now I need to get a bigger hard drive… Why do you have to be so great Sony?

  • @PrimeroIncognito
I agree with you. I like PS Plus and there is a crap load of great games at a lower price that I plan on grabbing. People should be happy at what they have instead of complaining. Hell it could be a lot worse. North America could be the only area without PS Plus. l
