Almost purchase Machinarium, good thing I check on the blog before doing so. Thanks PS Plus.

  • Very pleased with this update. :D

  • Everybody got Saint’s Row 3 so

  • Not the worst update, but far from the best.

Plus EU got a much better deal, as usual. It is hard to understand how they can get newer games, more quantity (this month 2 retail games vs 3) and more quality (deus ex and saint’s row the third are decent, but ico/sotc + demon’s souls + kingdom of amalur all together is just much more awesome).
My PLUS US expires this week, i’ll just wait for the E3 announcement, and if they can’t surprise me there, i’ll definetly sign with PLUS EU instead of renewing my PLUS US.

    See ya.

  • Well, I already own Deus Ex and I didn’t care for Saints Row but I absolutely appreciate the effort in making this a great month. Well done.

  • I can approve of this update. Minus tidbits of good games here and there, we are finally getting a month of excellent games.

  • EvyatarAtarEvyat

Is Machinarium for the vita to? because it says in the image that its cross buy.

  • those games arent Batman AC or RDR, but nice update anyway.
knew Machinarium would be free eventually. awesome!

  • Pretty good month. Whenever I get a Vita, Zero Escape is at the top of my list of games to play along with Gravity Rush.

  • DonkeyKongKilla

@l-I-l-I – It wasn’t on here for free. Maybe a discount your thinking of? I don’t really pay attention to discounts much, but current comment #9 says it was discounted a couple weeks ago.

  • @56, yes. there are even 2 trophy lists. (not shared like some crossbuy/play games)

  • Nice update!!!

  • I like this month’s plus updates, it looks like a strong month for Vita. It is a little surprising seeing some of the main ps3 igc titles leaving, hopefully there will be good games coming in to replace them.

  • WOA. June is seriously an awesome month. Really great lineup! Here’s what I’m psyched for:

-Saints Row 3: I already own it on disc, but I’ll gladly grab the digital version. Such an awesome game.

-Machinarium: I already own the PS3 version, but I always thought this game would be perfect on Vita. Very good game. Will people who own the PS3 version still be able to grab the Vita version for free?

-Deus Ex: Never played it, but I’ve heard good things. Excited to try it out.

    Here’s my IGC wishlist:

God of War (all games in the series; digital versions of GOW3 & Ascension)
Grand Theft Auto (all games in the series)
Metal Gear Solid HD collection for PS3, digital version of MGS4
    Red Dead Redemption
    Red Faction Guerrilla & Armageddon
Uncharted (all games in the series)

Also, could you add Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops to the Vita store? It’s available in all regions except North America, and it’s also the only MGS game I haven’t played!

  • We should get Batman instead of Saint’s Row which everyone got.

  • @63 your wishlist is lame. Everybody got these games already.

  • Ratchet & Clank All 4 One, inFAMOUS 2, LittleBigPlanet 2 all leaving on June 11th? I guess we’ll hear about the new yearly games during the E3 conference on the 10th?

  • dang i’ve still got to beat saints row 2… but i’m quite shocked saints row the third is free. that’s the only good thing this month through… unless sales save it some how.

  • Amazon (and/or Steam), I’d like to have a word with you….Mind giving me my $7.50 back? You know, the money I gave you (and Squenix) for a Steam copy of DE:HR AE and the DLC?

Also, FINALLY, iF2, R&Cm and LBP2 are leaving!! Morgan, if you’re reading this, something tells me this won’t be all for PS+ this month. Mind giving us a little teaser to look forward to at the Sony conference at E3?

@32 Yes, they could. Persona 4 GOLDEN.

  • Nothing for me this month but its a very good month nonetheless, Deux Ex was a great game

  • Great great great…!!! I need time to play all the stuff since i joined in december. Still havent play ratchet and clank. Darsiders. Demon souls. Sleeping dogs. And all the indie games like clousure…

  • Seems like a solid month. Glad I held off for Virtue’s Last Reward, I knew it was going to be a plus offering. Dues Ex means that recent tweet by Montreal means the next-gen(or current-gen) game is incoming.

Why is Orc Attack $49.99 for non-plus members though? That has to be a typo.

  • @65
So why weren’t any of those games in the Plus section? They were never free, save for UNCHARTED Golden Abyss.

  • DonkeyKongKilla

@DMoretti – It says demon’s souls came out in 09. Saying something is newer that’s almost 4 years old.
    https://blog.playstation.com/2009/10/06/demons-souls-now-available-for-ps3/
    just saying :)

  • 1. EARLY Update-much? It’s usually about 3 hours from now.. Probably couldn’t contain yourself from…
    2. HOLY CRAP MAN.. These games are games I’ve been wanting to try.. I’ve already bout Machinarium when it was on sale.. but the other 4… WOW. You guys are awesome.. and noone should ever complain about PS Plus. We get way more than our money’s worth and it shouldn’t even matter what the heck Europe gets.

Special thanks for Virtue’s Last Reward.. been wanting an RPG and that has GREAT reviews. :)

    Much love,
    Dedicated fan

  • Hmm, I see that the big PS3 exclusives that have been in all year are rotating out on the 11th, immediately following Sony’s E3 press conference… perhaps there are some surprises planned for the IGC that aren’t mentioned in this post?

  • Nice! A month ago I didn’t buy Deus Ex for 10 bucks. Now I’m getting it for free!

  • Deus Ex and SR3, sadly, I played them when they came out. Nothing new for me. Zzzzzzzzzzz

  • And like they say in the Movies, ” Dont let the door hit you on the way out “…….
Onto more important things. Vita love you’ll. give it up now, GIVE IT UP !!!!!
Very solid month all around sony, well played. I see a bonanza of DLC being released on this weeks PSN update “to go along with the new IGC releases” so all those that are asking for free DLC, dont get ya hopes up too high.
I’m lovin my Vita from day 1 and it keeps getting better. Keep up the good work PSN team.

  • Dang it! I already own all those except the Vita games, oh well, i guess i can sell my physical copies

  • $exy preview ;) LOL i love saints row the third

  • July 2013 Plus Update:

    US – Batman: Arkham Asylum
EU – The Last of Us

    Placing bets now.

  • Getting the portal 2 DLC, too. Didn’t see that..

  • oh. my. god. I almost lost faith in PS+ over the last couple months but it is now restored. This line up is amazing! I want every one of those PS3 and Vita games!

  • Epic update

  • The last Guardian At this years E3?

  • I can’t help but notice….there’s still no RPG in Instant Game Collection. Not for the PS3 or the Vita. Especially after taking that poll, and finding that RPG is the number one requested addition, it’s very sad to see no RPG’s in the Instant Game Collection. Please try and have at least one in at all times. Thank you.

  • How long do these last on the playstation store, for PS Plus? i want to be member again but there is much i want right now.

    • It varies per game, but we give you a week’s heads-up before we remove a title form the Instant Game Collection.

  • @ Paul do you think we’ll get a release date and a price point at E3?
    PS4

  • Great month on plus glad i just bought my year subscription gonna grab deus ex tomorrow thankx sony and psplus team

  • Hey paul Pens or Bruins?

    • … Asks the guy sporting the Sox avatar? It’s a trap!

I’m a Sharks fan now and grew up a Blackhawks supporter so my attention is on the West. But man, that Pens/Bruins series is full of future Hall of Famers. So personally I just want to see 7 games. But I’ll root for the Bruins, for you!

  • I’m very pleased to see that both Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Saints Row: the Third are both joining the IGC for PS+ members. I already own both of these AAA games but I’m glad to see that many more people will be able to enjoy them.

Thank you very much for making PS+ a very worthwhile thing by adding these 2 quality games!!!

  • Very nice Plus update (aside from that crappy Machinarium). I’m so glad we’re getting Zero Escape for Vita. Always wanted to try it. Also curious to try Orcs Attack as well. it seemed overpriced when it came out.

And thanks for finally getting rid of those 3 games that seem to stay on IGC forever.

  • Sony you make it difficult for me to cancel my PS+ membership. :D Awesome lineup, thanks for the great games!

  • Ratchet & Clank All 4 One
    inFAMOUS 2
    LittleBigPlanet 2

are finally being removed after being available for almost 1 year
I hope that Sony replaces them with some new Big name games

  • I already own Deus Ex and Saint’s Row 3 on both 360 and PS3, but they’re excellent additions for anyone who hasn’t tried them yet. I’m really looking forward to the Vita games coming this month though!

I wonder if one of the earlier comments from Paul Sullivan about more to come this month from earlier in this thread is hinting at something that will be revealed at E3 later this month regarding PS+.

  • Paul Sullivan just messed up the E3 PS+ Reveal ….

    Leaving PS Plus In June
    June 4th – Sleeping Dogs
    June 11th – Closure

    June 11th – Ratchet & Clank All 4 One
    June 11th – inFAMOUS 2
    June 11th – LittleBigPlanet 2

June 18th – SOULCALIBUR: Broken Destiny
June 25th – BlazBlue: Continuum Shift EXTEND

….more games are coming to PLUS the 3 games that never change are changing…

but we knew that already didnt we gamers?!

  • @85 There’s literally not that many RPGs on PSN, so that may be why. Here are some I can think of at the top of my head:

    PS3/PSV
    Dragon Fantasy

    PS3
    Record of Agarest War series
    Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2
    Rainbow Moon
Mass Effect series, if you count that as RPG

    PS Vita
    Persona 4 GOLDEN
Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention (It was already free though)
    Atelier Totori Plus

    PSP
    Black Rock Shooter The Game
The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
    Ys
The MANY games Squenix needs to put up on PSN

Not counting the PS1 games, that’s all I can come up with at the top of my head.

  • After a year of Plus you finally gave me a game that I already owned xD (Deus Ex), but the rest is just awesome, besides, I just got my Vita two weeks ago and have been playing all those IGC games that have been waiting in my download list. As an petition: Please, please give us WRC3, Most Wanted or MGS HD Collection for the Vita next month :D

  • Count me among those crossing their fingers for SotC/ICO. Great update all the same, and I’m especially happy to discover I’ll be playing Portal 2 on a third platform – can’t pass up the best game ever for $10!
