And today celebrates that heritage with the release of our 10th game for the platform: Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus. This doesn’t seem to be that big as it only seems to be with some Canadian copies of the game.
Hopefully it will get resolved sooner rather than later.
ahh yea I guess there is the pdf option as well. Never gonna get through to Sony online customer service anyways. I don’t wanna give up because I want what I am owed but even so, this whole situation is putting me down.
They are open until 10pm PST, that is 1 am where I am, I called at midnight (EST) and there was no wait. On a previous call. I would suggest trying the live chat as well, that is what I did in this case.
After all the duo and their friends have been through, I think I would like to say Into the Nexus may be the great and true conclusion to the Future Saga that’s been around for years, and the best Ratchet and Clank adventure yet. The saga has been an excellent one, and I’m quite thrilled to see it go out with a galactic bang. I’m certain this game takes place post FFA, correct? Just asking.
Anyway, if anyone at Insomniac can hear my requests, James, then hear mine. I wish to see more variety of bosses by adding in actual mini-bosses that take less health than major bosses, but still pose as a threat to the duo. They previous bosses in the past games are all fine, but I wish to see real mid-bosses the duo would encounter in their next game after Into the Nexus, and hopefully, a true final boss in it after the final boss in Challenge Mode only.
It’s been great to see a saga conclusion, and what better way to do it than before PS4’s release. May the duo’s adventures continue on!

I’m not even gonna play the game until I get my code. I posted on the forums so hopefully if I can’t get a hold of the livechat personnel maybe that will get me the help I’m looking for. 10pm PST is 1am here, hopefully I can contact them before then as I work during the week.
I really like the ratchet & clank games just one of the best action adventure games out there. PS4 day 1 shipping I’m out!!!!!!!!!!!

Finished it just a little over an hour ago. Loved the game. I just wish it was longer, although I wish it was that way for all the RnC games. Easily the most fun I have had on my PS3 in a while.
Absolutely loving the game so far. You guys were able to put everything great about Ratchet games into a great package. Truly is a love letter to fans, and its amazing!

This is real Greatness….I just can’t wait for my copy to be delivered….great trailer.
I just bought the game in store and the printed voucher form was also missing the code on my copy.
Here’s what you need to do:
Call the 1-800 listed on the voucher. Press option 2.
Explain to the rep you just bought the game, and it includes a download voucher but the code is not printed on the form.
The rep will ask you for your email information phone number etc, and they will send you an email with instructions on what you need to do to obtain your code.
You will need to send them a scan or photograph of the original voucher you received, both sides, as well as your case number that they send you in the email, and a scan of your original sales receipt with the price, date and store you purchased it from
Unfortunately their support reps are just getting slammed with calls right now from all the PS4 people calling with questions, so there may be a bit of a wait…I had to wait about a half hour to get through on a saturday night so it wasn’t really all that bad.

Wondering if anyone has actually received their missing Quest for Booty code yet? Sent Sony all the requested info but no code yet. I did get an email asking me if the resolution to my problem was satisfactory but no actual resolution.
