I am having a few problems with some content I just purchased, I was really hoping that you could help me or give me some contact information for who I could talk to for resolution.
1. Best Brick Breakers Bundle $3.99. This item lists the mini “Wizorb” to be included which is significant as it is the first time it has been listed as Vita compatible. I am trying to support you with my Vita and am very disapointed to find that game doesn’t download, upon redownloading it only downloads the two other mini’s which i had no interest in, This would normally not be an issue as Wizorb sells by itself for 3.99 as a psp mini, and the others which I took a cursory try of I did not find myself too enthused (i will give them a serious go another day.) I hope that this is just some sort of error. I hope to find a speedy resolution to this.
The second serious issue, and it’s odd that i have had a raft of things in regards to the store cause me consternation, as generally i have not had issues of this kinds in years if at all.
Magic Duels of the Planeswalkers 2014 (purchased this on release)
I purchased the Expansion for 4.99 (bought the other day and performed the latest 840mb update)
I purchased two unlock keys for unlocking decks / cards and cosmetic changes as well.
problem is this. I decided on a deck, it shows 40 additional cards. it says buy deck unlock with key to unlock complete deck. I purchased this and the “foil option” the deck shows 30/40 cards unlocked.
when i win matches normally now, i do not unlock cards. No matter what it is stuck at 30/40, it shows the 10 remaining cards when i push r1, but i cannot aquire them.
I am terribly vexed (to quote gladiator)
This current situation devalues the entire game for me, i have purchased all 4 main versions and all the proper expansions in the past. I planned on getting the expansion when i had time to play as this is one of the only strategy games i can enjoy on console. I know this is longwinded but It is very disapointing.
with an 11th month old son i simply do not have time to grind out 40 unlocks for multiple decks and then finally enjoy playing the game. I am fine unlocking 1-4 decks that interest me and then playing, as such i am enraged and soured at the situation. I know this is not a Sony issue and i hope to be passed to the appropriate channels to get satisfaction. It is developed by Stainless games for Wizards (Hasbro subsidiary)

In regards to the games link to the store and it’s advertising of it’s “premium” content i feel that it is false advertising at worst, or an error that they will be addressing swiftly at best.
I feel like it’s an error, but in all honesty I never would have purchased the expansion or the unlocks if I knew that the result would not be as advertised. I don’t know if Sony has any official measures to protect it’s customers from such scenarios with games sold through PSN. Furthermore, it makes the base game next to worthless as if i play online I will be at an inherant disadvantage against those that were not erroneously denied a complete deck. I don’t dare buy more unlocks and i’m not interested in playing 50+ games to unlock a deck (maybe)
Thanks for listening, and sorry for rambling on i’m just worried i’m gonna be stuck with a $17+ game that I cannot even enjoy.

You know what everyone? I think I’m going to boycott titles that announce DLC before the actual game comes out.
DLC, in the humble opinion, should be vastly different from the original game, and should actually offer something with substance. “Skins”, back in the day, were unlocked by achieving something in the game (like beating it on hard mode).
For games like COD and BF4 that have a predetermined number of DLC releases, I’m tempted to see what kind of class action lawsuit could be made against console and game developers… This is clearly just a money grab. I mean, nobody is forcing your hand to buy the DLC, but when you get kicked out of lobbies for not possessing the appropriate DLC, it ruins the entire experience.
Anywho, my rant for the day.
Does Music Unlimited still ask for cc authorization, anyone? That’s another service I’ll likely be boycotting soon if the stupid requirement for cc authorization isn’t lifted.
Oh yeah, I mainly came here to say that the lack of PS4 titles is getting under my skin a bit…

Not buy Zombeer game, the worst 16$ spent in my life, the frames per second drop everytime and always are below 20 fps, it´s unplayable, I don´t know how a game like it can get published in PSN.. Just I wait a refund.

So seriously I have tried all I can think about to get Payday 2 to work. I deleted and re installed the game and even tried deleting the save data. the game will not play online at all. I even did the 4GB patch. still nothing. I know it allows my friend to play but it is only me having this issue? it just sits their waiting to join the room. thats all it does. I’m a bit upset here about this. To be honest I’m upset cause its a plus game but at the same time I’m glad I never spent a dim on it due to this issue. Anyone got any ideas here?
Hopefully Monster Hunter Freedom Unite will go back on sale soon- I really don’t want to have to pay 20 bucks to play on my Vita- Guess I should have known better than to invest in UMD’s lol.

I would like to get some resolution on my issues with the Magic Duels of the Planeswalkers 2014 game that you sell on the PSN.
Do you support your customers that purchase content through your network when they have problems with the products? The game falsely advertises content, and i am extremely dissatisfied with the product, i would like to resolve it. Please give me a channel to do this, stated above the specific issues.
My second issue i managed to resolve myself despite no response on the issue. In regards to the Best brick breakers bundle 3.99 this game does not allow you to download wizorb via the vita. At all, if you have a ps3 you can download it and it will download there and then move it over, but for vita owners with no recourse this is broken, and unnacceptable. you should hold the companies that sell goods through your network accountable.

Yeah,Gods Eater Burst on sale. A definite buy. If only you would put Monster Hunter Unite too, that would be great. Or something better, put a PSP games sale. I think that those prices are really too high though some games are really well made.
