It’s easy to look at Lone Survivor’s art style and think it’s not going to scare you, but this game is legitimately freaky. You’ll take the role of a creeptastic guy attempting to survive in a city overrun by disease, which apparently turns you into a nasty walking ball of fleshy bits. Given the scarcity of ammo, you’ll likely be focused on hiding from the flesh monsters roaming the world versus conducting constant head-on assaults. The story unfolds based on your choices throughout the game and there are multiple endings to discover as a result. The final bonus is that this title is Cross-Buy, so PlayStation Plus members will receive both the PS3 and PS Vita versions of the game.

viceforce thats interesting. i never recieved anything myself personaly. anyway WOW still no update. talk about late as hell. almost 2 full days in a row. its not that the store is late thats getting to me but its the lack of info to atleast keep us posted. not everyone has twitter and such. why not make a topic addressing the issue instead of leaving everyone frustrated ? just saying.

What’s taking so long to update the PSN? Luckily I was able to get the Black Ops II Season Pass for the Spring Fever’s discounted price yesterday, but I’m still curious what other non PS+ sales are there.

That’s fine by me as long as they do something to make up for the delay.
They do have some new stuff on the store, but discounts haven’t been updated. Not exactly encouraging me to take a more digital path, though. Well, trying to save money anyway.
They’re adding new features, I believe. And Sony’s ancient server network isn’t that versatile so it’s not surprising that a delay like this would occur, honestly. They should invest in some upgrades soon, for sure, but it’s not the end of the world.
If it’s true that games can now be rented, that would be awesome. I always did wonder why they never offered rentals for games. They should rack up a lot of profits from that. Trophy hunters especially are going to dig it.
They must have earned enough profit from the PS4, they should really upgrade their network, especially now that playing online isn’t free anymore.

Nah, they won’t begin to really profit from the PS4 for a couple of years at least. Cost of manufacture is still quite high.
I still have a hunch that a major upgrade should be right around the corner, though. I hope…

They ALWAYS give some sort of notice for expiring games, right??? I’ve held off downloading Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Wipeout, and Gravity Rush because I assumed I’d get at least a few days notice before they get pulled (I check the PS Store daily). They’re advertised everywhere as being free games, but that’s not the case when you checkout in the Playstation Store (as others have mentioned).
Just making sure I’m not totally missing something. Will be pissed if they just yanked these without any notice.
@Timezones – Do like I do for all PS+ games, add them to your cart from the online store(browser). As long as they’re in your purchase history, you can download them anytime, doesn’t have to be immediately.

i was going to say the same thing but worded differently. you can start download then cancel and it stays purchased. ive never seen the plus games go to kart, but i go through igc. just because you dont own a console doesnt mean you cant claim the games. ps4 games cane be added to your purchased list through the web store:).

Well, it’s not just adding it to the cart. I believe you do have to click “purchase” as well before they’re placed on your download list. Don’t wanna miss out on your free games just because you didn’t go through all the necessary steps. Make sure you get the “Thank You For Your Purchase” notice before logging out.
AskPlayStation on Twitter is saying the issues aren’t fully resolved yet. Well, duh! :P The stuff is there. You just can’t get the discounts and Lone Survivor isn’t in the IGC yet, so obviously it’s getting there slowly.

Not often that PSN has a hiccup like this. Hope this issue gets resolved soon. I was looking forward to grabbing Towerfall and Lone Survivor this week, but at this point all I can say is, “we will see…”
The store is slowly updating the only thing missing are the free PS Plus game & PS Plus discounts.
Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (PS3) & MLB: The Show 14 (PS3) is available for pre-order on PSN.
Finally if you spend $60 from March 11 to March 18 you get a max of $10 back.
