When are you guys going to fix fort defense? “full version” on the store is a 3 lvl demo. rating on the store is getting murdered as more and more people realize they’ve been robbed. =/
IT STILL SAYS >>>>$39.99<<<<< IN MY CART for "Call Of Duty Black Ops 2" Season Pass WTF!!!!!!!

Such questions are really better directed at customer support. There’s nothing wrong with commenting here, but if that’s all you’re doing it’s not likely to accomplish much.
In my previous comment (#249 as of now) I was using Internet Explorer and it worked fine. Tried it just now and it still works fine. You should contact support about this.
Regarding Fort Defense, I don’t know. Sorry. Again, support may be able to help you.
At the bottom of this page, click Knowledge Center under Support. Then click Contacting Support at the bottom of the next page for a list of options. Good luck.
I think it is a bIt odd that MGSV GZ was made available for pre-order last week for the PS3 and here i am after throwing down $70 into PSN a day before the game comes out and it is still not yet available on PSN. Even more disturbing is the fact that it is priced $10 more for the hard copy as opposed to the downloadable version. So it is sadly obvious what is going on here, they PSN is making PS4 owners have to wait until 5pm EST tomorrow before downloading the game which may take hours due to the volume. I don’t think it’s fair, i don’t think day 1 digital should mean 5pm when many stores will have it later today if not now already. I reserved Infamous 2 weeks ago why not MGSV GZ is $10 worth alienating your loyal customers? I hope that when Thursday night at midnight EST i can download Infamous but i guess i will have to wait until 3AM. However WHERE IS MGSV GZ PS3 PEOPLE WILL GET TO PLAY IT TONIGHT AT 3 OR DURING THE MORNING TOMORROW WHILE PS4 PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY WAITED 4.5 MONTHS FOR A GAME WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 5PM. THAT IS NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!
WHERE IS MGSV GZ FOR PS4… NOT FAIR THAT PS3 PEOPLE GET IT TONIGHT AND BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA $10 DISC CHARGE YOU ARE MAKING US WAIT UNTIL 5PM EST.. THAT IS NOT DAY 1 DIGITAL. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER, I HAVE BOUGHT INFAMOUS, COD, AC4, I’M A PLUS MEMBER FOR 4 YEARS.. I DON’T APRECIATE THIS
When do the purchase have to be made by for the spend 60 get 10 promo? For examples 00:00am on 3/18 est, when the store updates on 3/18, or 11:59pm est on 3/18. I have 4 9.99 purchases I’m making tonight hopefully but can’t find anything else to get but there may be something worth getting when the update comes tomorrow to put me over the 60
well at least this spent 60 get 10 made up for you guys the lateness of updating. i bought something on the 11th of march and i thought i would not qualify but i do now. this will be helpful i don’t know when we will get the code. but i know it’s on the 24th of this month. for the love of golly don’t be late again!!
@Unknown406 do your self a favor or heck everyone a favor buy the old systems and those games sony’s not going get most of them on there severs. or none IMO. also PS3 can play PS1 games for the PS2 if you have the 80GB models it plays PS2 if not then… just buy a PS2 not a bad idea IMO.
im still waiting on a soul calibur 4 discount but i have a good question how come in gamestop is $4.99 and in the psn store is $19.99 are digital copies suppose to be cheaper! =/
I was told by Playstation Network customer service (Jonathan G) that buying Infamous PS4 alone ($59.99) would not qualify me for this promotion. I showed him links to this thread and the mod response at #53. He didn’t care and ended up refunding the funds to my Playstation wallet.
Really not happy about this experience. I’d recommend Sony staff communicate their promotional policies more effectively.
@ SH4Mike I can see a lot of complaint about this as we have it stated twice that buying Infamous ($59.99) would be enough, or were they just scamming us?
I didn’t get the $10 back from spending $60 and when I called customer service I was told it was because even though I pre-purchased Infamous on the 14th the funds in my SEN wallet were added prior to the promo starting and thereby didn’t qualify, WTF?
So after talking to CS 4 times over the past month regarding not getting the Towerfall Playstation plus discount (Case #: 00867637) they finally refunded me the money for the purchase…just so I can rebuy the game at full price for the exact amount they refunded and still not get the discount. I just got off the phone with the rep who basically said there’s nothing he could do. Even after the sale ended I made sure to contact them telling them that a refund won’t really solve the problem and they seemed to have just ignored me completely.
Playstation support has rarely ever let me down but when they do it’s such a shame. It’s unbelievable they couldn’t just refund the difference or do something else. I feel like all the time working with them was wasted. It’s only a couple bucks so it won’t really drive me away from Playstation, but what a way to treat a long-time loyal fan ;’-(
