When you try to download “Fallen Skies” season 4 episode 1 and “Murder in the First” season 1 pilot there are transaction errors. You can’t add them to cart whether sd, hd, or both. Is this going to be fixed?

I’m confused over Atelier Rorona Plus versions that’s being offered:

Atelier Rorona Plus with 3 DLCs
Overview is almost identical for both, but the former is listed as PS3 Game only, but mentions that “With this purchase, you can download the same item for PlayStation Vita System for free from PlayStation Store!” The latter, on other hand, is listed as for PS3 and PS Vita, but does not say anything about DLCs aside from the title.
Does the former’s extra comment mean that if the PS3 version is purchased the PS Vita version will be included for free, or the bonuses originally included in the PS3 version? Does the former include any DLCs that PS Vita supposedly has?
As for the latter, the fact that it’s listed as PS3 and PS Vita, does that mean it will be playable on both systems? And that the former is playable only on PS3?

What happened to your guys cross-buy program? Its really gone down hill. I paid $20 for the ps3 version of RBI Baseball which is flawed enough as it is and now you want me to pay another twenty for whats suppose to be the superior version of the game! Where the customer loyalty there? I spend couple hundreds of dollars a month on the psn store and it seems like theres no gratitude there. Same thing with that Valiant hearts, pay the same price for the same exact game twice. What a crock! I Understand Y’all need to make money. But, how about actually giving us some incentive for buying all this stuff.
@112 The cross-buy program is an option by the publishers, not by SNE. What I will say though, is that I hope SNE provides an incentive to publishers to encourage more cross-buy offerings, such as reduced royalty rates, better store exposure, etc…

As for the whole Atelier Rorona confusion, I am willing to bet, and I hope I am wrong, that only the DLC is cross-buy, not the actual game itself. I do hope I am wrong here though…

@91 i believe what you new unlock the costume in a save and export that save to the another system to unlock the costume in the another version of the game.
There is no reason for digital games to cost as much as they do to begin with, so i’m very, VERY displeased at this “Canadian price hike” bullcrap. Shame, because if they were at least down to parity, I might buy more digitally.
Just a thought, it might be more for Ubisoft then you guys, but to me it would make sense to also discount the Assassins Creed Liberation HD/ Freedom Cry bundle at the same time as the discount for the individual items. I know that buying them separately would be cheaper right now than getting the bundle. I am personally planning on getting Liberation HD during the sale but if the bundle had been discounted to say $12 for Plus members I might have been convinced to buy both. Just wanted to share that idea. Plus, I would also hate if someone bought the bundle right now during the sale and payed more for both together than they would have if they purchasing each separately. Thanks for listening. Love the sale and I love my Plus membership. It is one of the main things I tell people about when I mention the value of a Playstation system. I never saw a release date announced for The Swapper after they missed their originally stated release window of late May.
I did see it part of this weeks release list on Kotaku though a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. Not for long however as someone in the comments mentioned the game is delayed to early august. I did a quick google deal and sure enough that’s the case. The publisher officially announced recently that it is delayed till then :(
Damn!! I hope the PS+ Asia leak/rumour is false and that we don’t get the same terrible july igc lineup, coz otherwise I’ll just let my ps+ expire in 2 months time. The last 2/3 months have been horrendous, same with the sales apart from the .99c one 2 or 3 months back and a deal here and there, but nothing really special,I think the last game I bought was Max Payne 3 for $5, and kinda regretted it shortly after seeing it used but in mint condition for just the same amount.

There really is no love for the PS4, is there? Checked out the EU PS Store Update, no PS4 sales there either, but at least they have quite a few sales on things that actually matter to the PlayStation gamer, like, you know… GAMES. Not mediocre movies from at least a couple of years ago…
Saw Escape Plan on sale and was hoping that the DLC packs were on sale too since I already have the main game. I hope they go on sale sometime, I just think $4.99 each is a bit much.
Protip: It’s a very good thing to report issues with certain items not being updated once this gets posted each week. But if you’re interested in any sales that haven’t been updated, you should definitely check back later (a few hours or even the next day).
Should this be necessary? No. Should they tell us in every post when the store usually updates and try to have everything finished by that time? Of course, but that’s just not the world we live in.
Cross-buy: You don’t get a ticket to the movie version every time you buy a book. These things cost money even if they’re straight ports, and they often are not.
That said, I think it’s probably more effective to praise cross-buy. Take full advantage when it’s offered, and request it whenever you feel the need. All more effective IMHO than claiming to be ripped off when a game isn’t cross-buy, or making posts in that general vein.
My 2 cents, anyway.
OT: Just downloaded Mutant Mudds Deluxe for PS3. It joined the IGC yesterday for the Vita, but it’s cross-buy so it’s also free for PS3. Lame that they wouldn’t point that out anywhere (as far as I know), about it being free. Got the info from a user in the Plus thread.
End of Serenity is just a shovelware you can buy Googleplaystore for $4 or even free. DO NOT BUY IT FOR VITA.

Just wanted to post an issue I had while purchasing the LittleBigPlanet 2 Soccer Asset Pack add-on from the PlayStation Store. The item was listed as Cross-Buy on the May 27th store update Blog post: https://blog.playstation.com/2014/05/27/playstation-store-update-344/ but when I purchased it it only gave me the LBP 2 download and an LBP Karting download, no LBP Vita download. The LBP Vita Soccer Asset Pack is still showing up as purchasable for the same $2.99 as the LBP 2 one. It seems these two items are not linked in the store’s back-end and therefore its not granting the VIta version. Please pass this along so it can be fixed!

Immensely disappointed that Another World was delayed last minute, particularly when EU got it today, it came out on Xbox One today and the Wii U has had it nearly a week. Worse still, no date has been given as to when we can expect it. It can’t be chalked up to technical error (as it’s out in EU) so this is simply Sony NA dropping the ball and letting fans down (yet again).
I rarely post, let alone negatively, but I was really looking forward to this release. Now Microsoft will get my money instead of Sony.
So how do we download Mila for DOA5 Core Fighters? She’s still showing full price in the store… Thanks!
