Hi everyone! We’re so excited to bring you the latest and greatest Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX news. It’s been a little more than a month since we last announced the release date at E3 — December 2nd, 2014 — followed up by our interactive SD|HD comparison video. Since then, we’ve received waves of questions regarding whether there will be a preorder incentive like the beautiful art book in Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX which accompanied the limited edition last year.
It was so hard for me to contain my excitement without blurting out the fantastic news. So, I can finally say it here, officially: pre-order Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX early and you’ll receive a beautiful pin featuring the iconic characters, Mickey Mouse and Sora!
What you’re seeing is a real image of Mickey Mouse and Sora back to back for the first time on a pin. Anyone who preorders the Standard Edition of the game will automatically get upgraded to the Limited Edition while supplies last. This Limited Edition containing this exclusive official Disney pin will be yours right before the holiday.
Of course, you can’t announce something without perfecting every single detail. We’ve looked at every curvature of the pin from the expressions of the characters to the key blade with the Mickey Dangler. The pin badge is made out of a soft enamel coating on metal and at its height it stretches out to 1.68″.
What else do we have for you that are new and fabulous? We have some gorgeous Kingdom Hearts Re:coded screenshots to show you in HD. These new shots show off the new content that you’ll be seeing in Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. Hi Kaori! I don’t know if your still answering questions but I hope you are.
I’m a huge Kingdom Hearts fan! I own all the games and soundtracks! But I think I speak for a lot of fans when I say that we were a bit disappointed when we found out we were only getting a pin. I know a lot of us voted for like a wayfinder or something big on the survey a few months ago and we were hoping for something else. We were especially hoping to get something like the Japanese collector edition or something. So is it possible that we could get a collections edition like the one in Japan in other regions? Or at least a special edition with a wayfinder or PS3 theme or something else that includes the pin? Because I know many fans that are willing to pay extra for more KH cool stuff!
I wish it on PS4 as well, because my PS3 is already dying… I don’t know if it will last until december, and in the same time on route of purchasing a PS4 in next year. And KH 2.5 is my highest anticipated game on PS3 right now (MGSV The Phantom Pain on PS4 hehe).
Please Square, bring KH 2.5 to PS4…

Would be strange ask if the pre order might come with a special artwork poster or maybe a artbook like 1.5 i still have my ps2 copy of KH2 it was one of my favorite games of all time and i love to see get more vaule with it if i get the pre order :)
Hey Karoi! I’m a HUGE fan of the KH series, and cant wait to get my hands on the 2.5 remix. Ha I remember walking about a mile just to pick up 1.5. OK so I’ve been reading all the comments here, and I have one concern. When you say you guys might release a tall case to match the height with the art book…..will there be a standard case of standard height. Because I own both the standard and the art book because the art book looked nasty on my game rack…..but better on my dresser. So what im asking is will i be able to own a standard game case to go on my game rack, or do i have to hide the game? lol
Why cant you guys just call the pin a pre order bonus? IT IS NOT A LIMITED edition of the game! it is a limited pin tho,

I like many other Kh Fans were rather upset about the pre order bonus.
My birthday is 9/16/1993. Think about that.
my friends and I were adults now. We still debate on games music and I still throw kh out there.
And my friends show me this
“if it’s so good why are it’s own fans upset and not pre ordering”
I have no words…..I can care less about pins.
But seriously this isn’t a limited edition. This is a pre order bonus.
I can careless about the out cries of why it’s a pin. I like it.
But to call the game we are getting limited edition is a slap to our face and a kick to the balls and or female reproductive organs.
All I’m saying is this.
Keep the pin I like it I collect pins.
But give us a real limited edition.
Not a pre order bonus.
Give us a 19′ poster that fits into a case.
Or like a dlc code for a kh album collection.
Or just something to seriously make it a limited edition.
Everybody is getting kh2.5.
There’s nothing limited edition about it….

Hi am a huge fan of kingdom hearts since the ps2 and really excited to play the finial mix version since I never finish kingdom hearts 2 on my ps2 because of Deymx. But I was wondering why we getting the recoded pin of Mickey and Data Sora? Don’t get me wrong it looks nice but I was wondering because in 1.5 we got the box art cover which was extremely amazing I loved redraw it in a sheet of paper. But why is japan getting the box art cover for 2.5 and were getting a keychain? But I already reserved a copy! ^^
