Same thing happen to me too. I contact sony about this on twitter(askplaystation) but haven’t gotten a reply yet. Ask them about the problem too so that they can notice it and fix it.

Same thing happened to me. PSN chat rep said she escalated the issue and to stay tuned to Twitter or Blog for an announcement.
It only gave me the demo, not the unlock key.
