It should since pre-orders are billed immediately. Previous similar promos worked this way for me.
I’ve tried it with preorders before, but because it’s not possible to place preorders in the cart, it forced me to preorder the games separatly. So it looked like I spent $60 twice rather than $120 dollars at once. I don’t know though, maybe that has changed

There’s some great deals in this sale. I picked up BF4, Dragon Age, Unravel, NFS Rivals and Tomb Raider Definitive.
Owned two physically, but previous roommate took off with them unfortunately… but replaced for $5 each… no biggie. Already have a gameshare of Dragon Age but I’ll give that account to a friend now.
What do you expect? You want to pay a $1 a game. Dragon Age Inquisition has an 89 metascore and it is only $7.99 and $5.99 for PS+. At best buy and amazon, the game sells for $20. Mortal Kombat XL for $35.99 and $29.99 for PS+ is the cheapest price ever. This game never ever goes on sale. It is $60 at best buy and $50 on amazon. You can’t complain about Tomb Raider Definitive Edition for $7.49 or $4.49 for PS+. Need for Speed is way cheaper (more than 50% cheaper) than the retailers right now.
PS3 games that I want to be on sale is not coming on sale :(

Pretty amazing work on Sony’s behalf and to fit the entire power brick internally was great.
Speaking of new PS4 hardware. I was happy that Sony made no mention of the Neo at this year’s E3.
They just don’t need it. All of the new exclusives looked incredible IMO.

They already cut power consumption and use. They didn’t make the box any smaller because it’s better protection from overheating to have some room to dissipate heat.
Just get a PS4 when ever you find a sale that helps you afford one. If a Slim does come out, find someone to buy your old one for $200, transfer your old stuff, and get the new slim one that adds nothing to the experience at all except being a new smaller model that may or may not overheat easier depending on circumstances.
Funny that Vita games are part of this sale since it’s never talked about during their E3 conference.

I’ve heard good things about The Order.
The game is supposed to be better if you play it on a higher difficulty. Makes the game more tense, and a higher difficulty allegedly makes the game feel the way it was supposed to.
I wish reviewers would put a price on what they think the game becomes a Must Buy.
People look at reviews and they see a 7.0 or what ever and they think it’s a bad game. There are some games that are like a 7.0 at $60 but if you asked that same reviewer at $20-40 dollars they might say at that point it’s closer to an 8.0 or a 9.0.
@makai now there’s an idea. reviewers should replace the ten point system with a dollar value. this could certainly cause problems but it’s a cool idea

Why did the Capcom portion of last week’s sale end before the rest of the sale? Last night I was going to buy a few Resident Evil games, but they had changed back to full price. And the Capcom sale webpage on PSN was still up, but it showed no games.
Also, PS3 Dishonored GOTY Edition and PS4 Dishonored Definitive Edition are both $20 normally, so why only put the PS3 version on sale for $5? I know if I buy the PS3 version now, in a few weeks you’ll put the PS4 version on sale for the same price.
Otherwise, great E3 sale. When I saw Omega Quintet for only $4 for PS4, I thought for sure it was a mistake that would quickly get corrected!
capcom sale had end date of the 13 at 8am pst on all game pages that was on sale if its not weekly sale it ends 1 day before thats the new way that what sony told me too i missed out too i want the capcom cabet

The sale is on “Past Show Favorites”, not “Franchises we just showed”.
That’s why NFS and AC are on sale, and GoW is not. It hasn’t been at E3 for years now.
However, I’m sure GoW3R will be on sale soon enough. It’s been out for a while.

I understand that there are regional differences in sales. I was just wondering if there was a UK equivalent of this sale. I’ve never understood PS sales across regions or why they’re so different. With Xbox they’re pretty similar with what’s on sale. There no need to be like that Aizawa I’m pretty new to owning my Playstation.
Really great sale with some insane price drops. Omega Quintet for $4 is a huge steal if you like turn-based JRPGs.
Sadly though, nothing for me. I’ve already got most of the things I want, and the one that I might be interested in, DA:Inquisition, I’m waiting for the goty edition with all the DLC to be on sale before I even consider it.
Regions aren’t difficult to understand. The reason why the UK constantly gets shafted on deals is though. Where is our E3 SALE?

I am guessing you are from Canada, like me. So that’s because the Canadian price on MSG5 was never dropped since release… still 74.99 in Canada, while the US price dropped to 39.99 at some point. Making the sale price much cheaper than ours.

The vast majority of the games on sale are not sold by Sony, so your problem is mostly with other companies, really.
The people who run the ps-store in usa dont run the ps-store in eu or asia so if your mad about deals id recommend speaking out to your respected region , I agree that usa store is far better for sales and flash sales but it is also run by a different department as theres different rules and regulations in every region.
Battlefield 4 and Battlefield: Hardline are also on sale for $4.79 each.

I purchased Need For Speed Rivals for $7.99 and Battlefield 4 for $4.79. You can’t beat those prices. Ebay, Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, etc. are nowhere even near those prices right now. I have 5 Need For Speed games now. I was debating between Battlefield 4 or Hardline but there is something that bothers me in Hardline when a cop flashes his badge and the heavily armored enemy with an assault rifle simply simply surrenders due to the badge and gets handcuffed. Weird.
Thank you Sony and game Publishers, I finally got a whopping $317 worth of games to play and had to upgrade my hard drive to a 2 Terabyte (Now full). The savings was through the roof around $300!!!

This E3 sale was really good. Got 5 games of B4, DA:I, TR:DE, The Order, Infamous: SS, and nba2k16 was a surprise (didn’t know that was being offered for free).
Shadow of Mordor (Game of the year edition) is fun since it has the final boss thanks to the DLC The bright Lord. The reg game at $7.99 woulda been a waste with no end game boss. So glad i bought the game of the year edition.
