Humble Capcom PlayStation Bundle Available Today

Capcom is teaming up with PlayStation to bring you the Humble Capcom PlayStation Bundle (NA PSN regions only), making this the first time games on PSN have been available through Humble Bundle!

This bundle will feature $178+ worth of awesome games and will run through September 5, 11:00 AM Pacific, so act fast!

Not only are a bunch of great games up for grabs, but a portion of proceeds will go to Save the Children, American Red Cross, and Rettsyndrome.org. If you’re not familiar with how Humble Bundles work, you choose how much you want to pay, with higher tiers unlocking more games! However much you decide to pay, you can go with the default split of proceeds and charities or you can choose exactly how much of what you pay goes to charity. It’s a win-win for everyone!

Now, on to the games:

  • Great offer!!! I’d be in if I didn’t own it all already. :D

  • Are the proceeds from Canadian customers directed to Canadian charities?

    • Nope, sadly not. We have to pay in USD….so 19 dollars instead.

Still Charity…not sure if we can tax it……..

  • Hoo boy. Looking in my purchase history I bought DMC HD for nine bucks a couple years back. Hardly played it (got much further into DmC), and now that’s over half of the top tier here. Pack that in with having bought that Capcom Super Pack and having PlayStation Plus for years, and… Well, did get the PS3 version of Strider (only had Plus’s with no PS4 still), some Final Fight, and if I dip on the higher tiers, the last Lost Planet and the first RESIs (which, for as much as I’ve hardly if at all played those games, have just about everything up to 6, mostly through Plus).

Buuut, I could wait for my Plus to lapse (have a year’s code in holding), then redeem permanent copies of Remember Me and the Mega Mans…Men…Mens? I mean, I have them twice over, but the Combo Pack has them as singular downloads rather than Demo+Unlocks, which is much less of a headache, at least without the like of PSDLE.

Still, this is great after seeing the Nindie Bundles, and I hope for moar!

  • This is literally my first post in the blog, just to say: please support this, so it happens more often in the future. It doesn’t cost a lot of money for dozens of games that you can keep and/or give to friends. Personally, it’s a ridiculous deal, since I love and don’t own most of the games and some friends will be happy to receive codes for the other ones :)

  • It’s really great to see this happening.

Thank you, Humble Bundle folks, and thank you, Sony and Capcom, for being open to working with them on this.

Hopefully more big names in the industry will follow suit. :D

  • Can I play all of these on my PS4??? Why offer something that most people can’t play because they traded the ps3 in for a ps4…

  • Hi, is SFV coupon working with summer sale? SFV already discounted for 52%. Does it means that if when i use coupon it will drop another 45%?

  • I am very interested in supporting such a good initiative. I have a question though. Can I pay with psn store money? I have over 20$ that I didn’t use on the last flash sale. I would like to spend them on the bundle. Is it possible?

  • Seems like it’s better to have a PS3 than a PS4, they are all digit games, why can’t we have all games on PS4??

  • Does Final Fight Double Imapct still have its built-in Online-Required DRM or has that been patched out? That’s the difference for me between supporting this bundle at a higher-than average rate or not participating at all.

  • this is great, but because i cant play any of the ps3 games on ps4, i wont be getting it.

  • It is incredibly awesome to see a console-based Humble Bundle. It’s been my wish for some time to see these move over from PC. Granted, most of these offers don’t help me much as it is mostly for PS3, and I have yet to replace the one stolen from me, but still, it is very cool move!

  • A good deal for sure if you don’t already own these games and nice to be charitable, but people need to pay attention and know that the Street Fighter V and Mega Man Legacy Collection deals are just coupons..

Not only that, but even with the coupon of 45% off (of $59.99) on Street Fighter V, it’s far cheaper to buy the actual disc version from stores such as Amazon for only $23.00 and MM LC was only $6.99 on sale last week and not it’s back up to $15, so it’s more money now with the 50% off coupon.

Unfortunately I see I own most of these just for being a PSN Plus member. Many of them have already been given away for free over the years.

  • Way too many PS3 games. And absolutely nothing for Vita, really? :(

  • Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 is broken on the latest firmware if you patch it to v1.10 – v1.00 works but you’ll get nagged about signing in, nagged about updating, can’t upload to leaderboards and obviously can’t play online. Apparently it’s a known issue that Capcom and Sony never bothered to fix. Was more than a little irritated to find out it was the game after freaking out about my PS3 maybe being broken for like an hour there

  • Better deal here than PSN store can ever stir up. Great job Humble and even better, money can be selected to go to charity. Too bad I bought most of those games already from the so called “sale” games from ps store already.

  • I hope to see more PlayStation Humble Bundle’s in the future!

  • I am a huge fan of humble bundle and so happy to see a partnership with Sony to bring games to playstation! This one is not for me, as I already own the games from this pack I am interested in, but I hope enough people do participate that you will consider more partnerships in the future… maybe a vita and/or Ps4 centric one?

  • Well, this is really interesting, but It’s hard not to feel let down as a PS4 owner. Sure you get RE 0 and 1 plus Strider but this is a missed opportunity I believe. And really hard to understand as well. Oh well, on to the next bundle I suppose.

  • Why is it US only?? It sucks for us in the UK.

    • US and Canada, However UK users can make a US PSN account and use the codes there. Yes you would have to switch accounts to play but it can be done…but i didnt say that ;)

    • You can pay the money, get the codes and redeem them with a US account that you can create pretty easy.

  • I’ve bought many bundles but never dreamed it would come to Playstation.

So anyone reading this, there is no catch, they are full versions and yes..it is that damn awesome

  • For those who only have PS4, its still 3 games plus 2 coupons for 15 dollars, and you get the rest of the codes that you can gift to some friend who still has a PS3.

For those wondering about in which countries are this codes valid, you can redeem them in any PSN from Region 1,that means all the countries in North,Central and South America that have PSN. If you dont live in America, you can still pay for the codes, create a US account and redeem them there.

  • Don’t know if it’s come up for anyone else but I have a couple of these games already through PS+. When I enter the code it gives me an error and acts like I already own the game when that isn’t technically true. Once my PS+ expires I won’t be able to play them, so I don’t really “own them”.
Hopefully this is just an error though but if you were looking at getting this to actually own a couple PS+ games I guess this isn’t for you.

  • This.
    is.
    Awesome!

you get a ton of good games for pennies each and you get to help charities on top of that. everybody wins! This should be done more often! and for those who only have a ps4: still 2-3 great games for less than 20 bucks is a steal. and you can gift the other games since each one is a separate code. Great stuff guys, I hope this becomes more regular!

  • i redeemed all of the codes, but nothing is showing up on either my PS3 or my PS4, it shows that i purchased them on the website though. When i search for the specific games themselves (if they even pull up) they not even for download, its saying “Free with Playstation Now subscription”, I already give Sony 50/year for Plus there’s no way I’m paying for another subscription just to play games that I already paid for…..help please!

  • I bought the basic bundle of Humble Capcom for PS3 and when I download STRIDER in PSN Store, downloads a unlocker but not the full game. What I can do?

  • Will the 45% off Street Fighter V stack with Street Fighter V being the deal of the week or is that just wishful thinking?

  • Love it, got it. Hope we see more Humble Bundles for PlayStation in the future.
