Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass Detailed

Today, we’re excited to reveal the details of the Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass. The Season Pass will expand the open world of San Francisco, giving players hours of additional mission content, new co-op challenges, outfits, vehicles, and tons of customization items.

Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass Detailed

Players will unlock the following DLC items as they become available:

  • T-Bone Content Bundle: Players will get the style and the swagger of legendary hacker Raymond “T-Bone” Kenney with his truck and outfit, and they’ll discover Mayhem — a new co-op difficulty level that will pit players against a new enemy archetype armed with advanced weaponry.
  • Human Conditions: Through several hours of additional mission content in three new world stories, players will uncover San Francisco’s biggest scandals on the cutting edge of science, medicine, and misuse. In Human Conditions, players will also experience new elite co-op missions and face a new enemy type: Jammer, with the technology to hunt players down.
  • No Compromise: Players will experience an all-new world story which mixes Marcus up in the seedy underbelly of San Francisco and puts him in the crosshairs of the Russian mafia. Also includes a new co-op mode: Showd0wn, where only the best players survive.

In addition, players with the Season Pass will get Day 1 access to two unique ULC packs:

  • Root Access Bundle: Includes full sets of outfits, new cars, a drone skin, and a new weapon, as well as the Zodiac Killer mission.
  • Psychedelic Pack: Customize Marcus’s outfit, weapon, drone, and car in the grooviest style.

The Season Pass is included in the Watch Dogs 2 Gold Edition and is also available to purchase separately for $39.99.

The world of Watch Dogs 2 is already incredibly immersive and challenging. The Season Pass unlocks more to explore, more to hack, more weapons, vehicles, and customization options as you take to the streets of San Francisco!

Watch Dogs 2 will be available worldwide November 15 on PS4.

    • How much for return to dedsec

  • Emerald_Swords

Announcing this before the game releases. Not a good move.

  • And to think that The Witcher 3 expansion pass cost $25.

    • SureBigBuster

and you can bet it has 10 times more content and more quality than this garbage.

    • @5 you mean whole game? WITCHER 3 GOTY is 25 quid,

    • Jisatsu_Kiddo

witcher 3 was a joke compared to one and two…can you kids stop jerking to it because of the media?

  • SureBigBuster

I’ll PASS on the Season PASS…and the game.

  • Oh my lord in heaven. $40 for a season pass? Is $30 not enough? It used to be $25! This is why I don’t buy DLC.

  • whereymyconary

(shrug) I have a hard time buying DLC until it’s released and reviewed since there was a reason it didn’t make the first cut for the main game.

  • SeveredHands

Aannnddd as usual you gotta pay for the price of 2 games to get to enjoy one game to its fullest potential. CAN’T stand this new gen bs and the fan boys that support this money grab. Paid DLC is one of the worst things that ever happened to gaming. Publishers push developers to cut content out of their games just so they can release it later for $15. I guess the days of having your cake and eating it to are long gone.

  • I’ll wait for it to go on sale. $40 is a bit rich for my blood.

  • Game isnt out yet but already has a season pass. So who decides to cut content from a game and sell it as “DLC” later? I dislike this practice but sadly, some people will still buy it. Wish developers didnt do this.

    • Jisatsu_Kiddo

do you not understand cut , unfinished or in production? no? i didn’t think so.

  • TANK_ON_4_D

They’re including a harder difficulty in the season pass?

  • NEXUSPRIME007

I got a decent deal on the pre-order, but the dlc is about the same price as the game itself. Thanks, but no thanks.

  • life just isnt fair !! rite guys lolol

  • The 1st game was average at best, this 1 looks like a lucid dream Kanye west had. I’ll pass.

  • SegaSaturn617

Stop wasting your money Sony on these awful content exclusives from this company lol. Just awful, just let them go to Microsoft. People aren’t missing much.

  • boxerice1977

Here’s the rest of the game you have to pay more money for. I’ll Wait a year or a year and a half and pick it up for 30 or less. Anyone who pays $100+ for one game is a shill

  • Apollyon_Vice

Barely know anything about the game so far and the first story I see on this site is about there DLC plan.
I would be surprised but given where the game comes from can’t say that I am.
Still not sure how this game is getting a sequel.
The first get bombed by critics, average players and the family dog.
Not to say this game is gonna suck but it has alot to make up for.

  • THEdeaksteR1

I personally won’t be buying this game, now that you can see that the whole game isn’t included with the initial purchase. The problem is that many people will, and many peopl will pay for an over inflated season pass too. Tbh it’s disgusting and shows a complete disregard for the consumer.
I’m not against DLC at all, as long as it is done correctly and fairly. Driveclub is a great example. Expansions for a game which add extra to the core game, for a few pound/bucks at a time. They always feel like extras too, rather than core gaming experiences that should have been in the original.

  • thanks for the heads up, now i sure 100% won’t buying this until the price drop to 20$ or something like that… and i hope it would occur in the next 5 years….. will play it in 2022.

  • For everyone that complains about game price and DLC it’s hilarious. These games take multi millions of dollars to make and ya’ll just wanna pay 60 bucks and probably less, that’s just crazy, it’s a freaking business market, you gotta make your money back for the investor and yourself. When you buy a game you should expect to spend at least 100 bucks. Most of them will be worth it, a few will not. It’s the same as anything else you can’t hold out a 20 dollar bill an expect anything anymore. I really hope you people don’t expect to make it to the future of gaming, because it’s only going to go up. With VR and all the capabilities of technology moving forward you people are in for a world of hurt. But if you don’t like that, just dust off your old PS1 and go back to the good old days and stop buying games.

  • Might eventually get the season pass – once the dlc is all released and I can see if it’s worth it and/or it’s on sale.

  • Lol y’all already started wrong…showing off your season pass as if it was an extra feature of the game.Get real ubi…these stuff are all ready and should be inside the game…we’re all tired to know that.So lower the price of that season pass…you guys smoked some heavy stuff if you think these DLCs are worth $40.I’m getting the game but the season pass only for a reasonable price like $20 which btw was the price of the season of Watch Dogs 1.

On another note…its really nice to see Jordi coming back.

  • Phreakydeke27

Tired of people complaining about dlc prices and season pass prices. We are still paying $60 for new games. Prices for games should have gone up to at least $70-$75 a game for what some of them cause to make now. The Wii was still selling games at $50 which was crazy. The devs and publishers make up for the price in the cost of dlc, season passes, microtransactions, and whatever else.

As for this dlc it’s not that bad of price. CoD is $50 for like 4 MP maps or something. Destiny was $40 2-3 for less content in the WD2 pass. The Witcher 3 was one of the few to charge under $30 for expansion pass. Another thing is solo content vs mp content is different. For example, W3 added 30 hours of solo content with its $30 expansion pass. CoD’s $50 pass will add even more hours of gameplay for those that play mp. The way I look at is what is my return on the season pass. If I spend $50 and only get 5-6 hours out of it then to me that isn’t worth it.

What really comes down to is if you don’t like it or want it then don’t buy it. Some people pay $40 for dlc content while others see it as expensive. That can be said in cars, food, clothing, and other products.

I have ordered a collector edition and therefore I will get no season pass. When can I buy the season pass in the playstation store?

  • JIMBO-DAVIS

I thought the Mortal Kombat X DLC was a shameless money-grab, but this takes the cake (Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass). I agree with the overall argument about letting the market decide – aka: DON’T BUY IT if you don’t want it. However, I also agree with people voicing their opinion. My opinion? Nice try Ubisoft, but NO THANKS. The Mortal Kombat X DLC trounces the value given in this Season Pass. Also, there’s very little instant gratification after nearly charging us double for one game given the almost identical price as the actual game; the bulk of worthy content isn’t release until 2017.

  • JIMBO-DAVIS

(Part II) So, let me ask this: Does a player/customer get roughly 2/3 (66.66%) of the value of the entire main game through the Season Pass? No way… So, why 2/3 (66.66%) of the price (.6666 x $59.99)? The logic and/or math isn’t balancing-out for me. Again, nice try Ubisoft. You can price it for whatever you want, and you put in all the risk and capital to develop it; however, I/we can still give you a middle finger and say you’re crazy. This is the first time I’ve ever voiced my opinion on a Season Pass. I’ve always defended the developers as a devil’s advocate (even with Mortal Kombat X), but not this time. This seems crazy to me… Ok… With that being said, it’s time to play the main game for Watch Dogs 2, which WAS worth it. See…I’m fair! \m/\m/
