  • If they get their site up soon, and we’re all still here F5-ing, won’t it immediately break again? :D Can’t imagine what they can do to fix this – other than wait it out so there are less of us.

  • Come on man. My wife said I can go. Why you gotta be like this?

  • Link is dead. Not the character of course. At least not in this timeline. Anyways. We broke the site lol just like in the pass

  • This is wack….

We better get socom 2 hd remastered…

    • ^Do what the clown says Sony and nobody gets hurt!! :P We want Socom, don’t make us be bothering you when you’re 90 years old Mr. Yoshida, still hitting you up on twitter begging for Socom lol, make it happen already!! lol

  • Well I had my coffee so just here waiting watching House of Cards Season 5 until gofobo resurrects

  • kept tab opened in Internet Explorer and was able to redeem my pass :)

  • Hope this works soon:(

  • I am walking away for a few minutes. Lets all do this, and then it wil load, and we all come back in stages lol?

  • Wow, who knew Internet Explorer would be more useful than other browsers. IT works on IE.

  • yea, at the “number of passes selection screen” I made my selection then it was processing for about a minute before it crashed again – but I checked my email and can verify that I received my pass confirmation.

HAHAHAHAHAHA Nioce try, that isn’t how this works lol. But go you for trying to get people to stop refreshing lol!

  • I feel like there should be some sort of test or proof that gofobo should have shown/done to show that they were capable of the potential traffic. My friends and I go to this event every year and this potentially will ruin that.

  • Even the blog just went down for a bit lol.

  • Well at least this site is back up… “eye-roll”

  • Just under an hour so far with no improvement. Marked degradation over last years registration. I feel bad for the folks that probably aren’t going to be able to get tickets, then again, considering “even if you get a ticket, you may not get a seat” that popped up on the blog post isn’t making me hopeful. Maybe it’s not even worth trying to get a ticket this year.

  • YAS, got my pass with edge and internet explorer.

  • Im sad, I want tickets
I suppose its somewhat gratifying to think of how hectic it probably is over @ Gofobo’s server room lol
I hope they are back up soon. With tickets. Thats a must.

  • Ok I got in but it said code was invaild……what code!? Jesus sony what the he’ll are u putting ur fans tru?!

  • For the love of god people just stop refreshing!!!! Give them time to get back up. Last year the same thing happened, and it took forever to sell out except for the BIGGEST cities. If you don’t live in LA, NEW YORK, or a city of those sizes calm down.

Hell people got in on the wait list last year at the actual venue!!! (Portland Oregon here)

  • Been here since 10am PST and have been trying consistently since the Get Tickets button went live, both on Chrome and now Microsoft Edge….still nothing…

  • DDoS brought to you by Sony!

  • Wow lots and lots of folks trying for them tickets.. Well good luck to everyone :)… !!!!!
They definitely need to use a less janky site to do this sign up stuff. No worries though if I do not get in the theater .
I/we can always watch it at home ;)

    • But its not the same experience as having the excitement of everyone screams make your body goose bumps grow and hype live on to an epic experience gods hope will be with you

    • Rip 1 hour of lost time nothing that I tried worked what I have tried: changing browser, enable sever thing in each Browser, clearing history cookies etc.., the app it self incognito tab but all come to a concustion https://www.gofobo.com/index.php/PlaystationE32017 gods with you hope and time is with you see if my tried solution works for you

  • Is this a new type of browser game from Sony and Gofobo?

  • RedBaronAssassin

I didn’t know this happen last year? Why did sony change from eventgrid? Hopefully, it will be up soon so we can get a ticket.

  • You guys should be using a more professional ticket website. Even Eventgrid in prior years was way better than this Gofobo disaster. Why not just use something like Ticketmaster?

I’m in New York so I can’t afford to miss out on when the website comes back up. Please, for the love of all that is greatness, learn from this already.

    • Ticketmaster would be ideal cause it can handle it crap ton of people when tickets go on sale for concerts, events, etc. I dont think its ever gone down. It should have at least stayed with eventgrid. I woulda had my ticket well over 30 mins ago. Got mine i think last year within like 15-20 mins. Im hoping to still get a ticket but going from a 40 min drive to a potential 1hr 20 min drive not sure if its worth the wait.

  • Got mine about 15 min ago! Keep trying, you’ll get it :)

  • HTTP 408/409 error
There’s a traffic jam on the information superhighway!
Microsoft Edge can’t connect to this page right now, because there are too many people trying to load it at the same time.

  • Okay, now I’m on FOUR devices and STILL can’t get on the site, which BTW one of them has “Internet Explorer” so I’m not sure how people are saying that’s what got them in….

  • This is so annoying (╯︵╰,)

  • Next year use Fandango or Ticketmaster

  • Guys, if it crashes when you are trying to get your passes, check your email, you may have gotten them anyway like I did.

Overall I liked Gofobo a lot better because you don’t need to submit any info and I still got my passes despite the crashes, unlike Event grid where everything had to go through cleanly and it required way too much info.

  • While I wait for Gofobo..com – Moderator I have a question. If my son is 15 and I am his Parent and Legal guardian can I bring him in to the show?

    • It’s E3. Good for all ages.

    • No it’s not, Raistlinshad.

      You’re not allowed to bring under-18s, Salv2000.

    • Site says above “Attendees must be 17 years of age or older to attend this event. A valid form of ID providing age will be required to enter” – But I would think that means Sony doesn’t want a bunch of kids dropped off at theater without guardians right?

    • No, everyone needs an ID showing their at least 17

    • If u get tickets they are assigned to u by name and each person has to have a vaild ID saying they are 17 years or older to pick up their pass

    • E3 is an M-rated event. You need ID to enter the E3 Experience, same as E3 itself.

    • I have gone every year by myself. and will do so again… but I was wondering what the deal is with that. I let him play “M” games…

    • Because that’s how you’re choosing to parent your kid. M-rated games are intended for 17-and-up, so events with those games will require ID. That’s how it goes.

    • I don’t bring my son to Rated R movies, but legal guardians can bring their kids to rated R. I don’t know why its different.
      FYI – I wouldn’t bring it up if I weren’t bored waiting for gofobo.com

    • Here’s an example. If a parent lets their under-21 child drink alcohol at home, are they then allowed to enter bars that serve alcoholic drinks with no ID? Absolutely not.

I’ve never heard of legal guardians being able to bring their under-18 children to rated-R movies before, but you will need ID to prove your age to this event.

    • FYI – from MPAA site: ” Rated R: Restricted – under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.”
It literally says this anytime Rater R is shown on a film.

    • Never heard that before today. You learn something new every day.

But that still doesn’t apply here because this isn’t MPAA rated R.

    • I’ve seen irresponsible parents bring their under 18 kids into rated R movies. Most recent one was 8-10 year olds sausage party. They left pretty quickly

    • I agree on Sausage Party, that is ridiculous. At the same time do you think only 17 up will watch the Sony E3 Press Conference?
It will not be restricted on YouTube or the streaming via Playstation.

    • On PlayStation’s website, you’re asked to enter your age.

The fact is, everyone attending the E3 Experience must show their ID to prove they’re over 17. I’m not sure why you’re continuing this. :|

    • Because Gofobo.com … LOL

  • dude, did not see my screenshot – I was just the lucky bastard

  • The only problem now is that gofobo purposely overbooks, so you have to be there real early to even get it even if you have passes.

    • true. But I’d rather take my chance with my local theater than head up to LA for E3 (I’ve got my industry badge) – no real point in me heading up there when all I wanna see is Sony’s stuff.

  • I have a dilemma. I need help choosing a keyboard:

Corsair K70 LUX RGB Mechanical Cherry MX Red

Corsair K70 LUX RGB Mechanical Cherry MX Brown

    Logitech K360

Which one is really durable and excellent for Gaming & Typing?

  • I wonder what would happen if I walked in with my old passes around my neck lol

  • Nothing says a good time like a crashed site. lol

  • Still wont work, any ideas?

  • anybody from texas got there tickets?

  • This is depressing
It feels like everything sony touches has server issues…
    #Fail

  • The site has been down for one hour!

  • texas anyone?

  • Arizona here.

  • anyone know if your allowed to bring your spouse with or do they need to win there own ticket?

  • texas if you score me two tickets I will give you money Austin texas to be exact plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • nothing here in toronto REEEEE

  • I got my passes. Good luck to everyone still trying.

  • I don’t knew the PS Experience includes keep refreshing game but its awesome!

  • damnit sony for every min longer starting now I will run over ppl with my car

    • It’s not Sony, it’s Gofobo

    • It’s Sony too. You can’t just partner up with any crappy website without making sure first it can handle the load. I’m sure Sony knew approximately how many people would be online at 1 PM sharp, based on last year.

    • Right, i’m sure Sony was asking Gofobo if there servers would hold and Gofobo was like… “nah we’ll crash for sure”. Sony was like… “ahh who cares we’ll use you anyways”.

I’m actually sure Gofobo said they could handle it but turns out they couldn’t. It’s not like Sony is at Gofobo watching their servers for them. You have got to expect Sony told them numbers and what to expect. That’s a very simple thing to think about and it’s pretty far fetched to think that this wasn’t talked about.
