PlayStation Store: June’s Top Downloads

Friday the 13th: The Game lurched to the top of the PS4 download chart this month. Read on for the full list.

June was not a great month to be a camp counselor… Friday the 13th: The Game racked up more downloads on PS4 than anything else for the month, followed by the celebrated return of Crash Bandicoot in the N. Sane Trilogy.

Diablo III: Rise of the Necromancer and Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood made strong debuts on the PS4 Add-ons chart (but not quite strong enough to take down Call of Duty Zombies Chronicles), and Arizona Sunshine rocketed straight to the top of the PlayStation VR list.

If you missed out on any of these games, you can pick ’em up over at PlayStation Store. Share your predictions for July in the comments, then check back next month!

Wow, I didn’t think a lot of people were playing Friday the 13th. Those of you playing, are the servers pretty active?

I typically don’t have to wait more than 1 or 2 mins to get into a random game (and that’s at around 11 at night AST when I hop in). private games, obviously even faster. Since the patches, the matchmaking has been faster, and the disconnects and glitches fewer.

For a game that just released last week, that’s pretty freaking amazing dude considering everyone else got a huge head start.

It makes sense to me that a download only game like Friday the 13th would have more digital sales than a game that is available in physical and digital versions. I mean I bought physical version of Crash Bandicoot trilogy.

Theres a lot of anti developer stuff going on with how they responded on reddit and steam. I highly encourage everyone to check out the review on steam and the subreddit. Long story was dev’s admitted to playing favorites with someone they know allowing them to get away with a banable offense. then the constant screen shots of inconsistencies adding up because they are over their head in how to respond to the PR nightmare is astounding. their Community manager needs to be replaced because they are just looking worse and worse. so proceed with caution

oh and just to add the developers are mods and admins on the subreddit so there have been lots of locking of threads and shadow bans so they are actively trying to suppress the people which is a direct conflict of interest of reddiquette to have a conflict of interest and be a mod. but hey if yer into that kinda abuse of power

What the hell are you even on about? This reads as the ramblings of an insane person half-heartedly copy/pasting from different threads and trying to make a cohesive sentence.

Surprised to see PSOne Classics and even PSVita titles being purchased alongside PS3. I myself got a few Vita games in the mid-year sale and that’s it.

Cant believe people still buying GTA V, such a great game almost 5 years in the market and a lot of people still buying it, great job rockstar, cant wait for GTA VI to drop, or some updates about Red Dead Redemption 2
