I think you guys mentioned it in the last episode but Tales from the Borderlands every episode has a really good intro. As do the official Borderlands games themselves. I would also say practically every Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy game has a relatively beautiful or eventful opening cutscene. The openings of Final Fantasy 10, 12 and 13 come to mind as well as Kingdom Hearts 2 and Birth by Sleep.

Mass Effect 2 has one hell of a game intro as well. The way the game opens is an amazing action sequence, very cinematic and intense. The scene with Shepard adrift in space slowly panning out to show the game logo is simply unforgettable, and easily one of my favorite game openings of all time.
