Developed by Life is Strange creator Dontnod, Vampyr forces players to balance Reid’s need to drink with his moral obligations as a doctor. Each life taken to empower Reid is an innocent person lost. How will Reid survive, and save London from a mysterious plague festering beneath the lamplight?

Half-way interested in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. Too bad Atlus couldn’t simply release the completer roster (which isn’t huge by any means) and charge the usual AAA price. I want to see some reviews of the story mode and full gamplay before I invest in a day 1 price. The demo was not impressive. The sprites actually look bad as a whole because they cannabalized them from previous games so they don’t mesh quite well. I would love to see a fighting game that could rival P4AU. This one, however it turns out, definitely won’t.

Vampyr also is kinda half-way interesting. I have feeling it’s going to be like Remember Me which no one does. Maybe DontNod will get to work on the LiS sequel that we all want.

Atlus had nothing to do with developing or promoting this game.

Indeed, Atlus has nothing to do with BBTAG, besides wring out the story in P4A/U and giving permission to use the P4A/U sprites, all the work done with the sprites and everything else is all Arc System Works.

Also, you’re wrong, the sprites are fine, despite jarring differences. Either way, the game is catered to pad players easily. Same with sticks, besides, to me, its good regardless.

My bad for writing Atlus but everything else is correct. I just spent a couple of hours with it after receiving my physical from Amazon. The story mode comes across like a low budget VN. It doesn’t remotely compare to story modes in either BB titles or P4A/P4AU. From a fighting POV, I’d rather stick to my BB titles, P4AU, and In-Birth blah blah [st] than this budget mashup.

Annoyingly you can’t do stream or do captures. It’s not because they don’t want to spoil the fun. They are worried about you ruining their fun by revealing it to be as shoddy as it is. Very disappointing.

Looking forward to Homestar VR. Love my PSVR more and more everyday.

So glad we got FOX National feed on PlayStation Vue after the whole Tribune Media and Sinclair disputes. Keep on delivering with PS Vue, by and far the best Live TV and Streaming platform available. We just need more people to drop Comcast, Time Warner, Hulu, Netflix, and such and upgrade to Vue.

Oh right, next you’ll be saying PS Now is totally worth not having proper backwards compatibility. Shill.

Funny enough, about the backwards compatibility.. i read some news a while back about hackers finally cracking the ps4, and turns out ps3/2 games run just fine on it. They made it a choice to block out our ability to use them. As of yet i believe sony never commented on the issue.

They’ve addressed the backwards compatability issue several times. All you need to do is Google it.

I’ve been waiting so long for more educational content on PSVR.

So long that it’s become TOO long.

This is gonna sound crazy but ever since I acquired the Oculus Go, PSVR is only being used for Sparc™ & a couple other awesome PSVR games.

The Oculus Go has an abundance of educational content that simply won’t be coming to PSVR.

That Homestar VR? If it costs $10… that’s too much. If it’s $5… that’s too much. I just checked out video for that & I can confidently say you could find three or more similar educational apps on the Go for FREE.

So yeah… I’m happy more educational content is coming for PSVR.

I’m also discouraged at the same time. I’ve been with PSVR since day one & use it practically everyday. But I see PSVR losing major ground to the wireless VR available now & what’s coming in the very near future.

For those of you who are thinking ‘mobile VR can’t be that good regardless of wireless’… not unlike PSVR, you gotta experience it to know what’s up.

Two games I would have bought for PSVR… End Space & Along Together are FANTASTIC on Oculus Go. And cheaper too.

PSVR has been killing it for so long though. So there’s that.

But I’m weary of what the future holds.

Unfortunately that’s entirely up to the developer and publisher, not sony. If you want specific vr content ported over, contact the developer and ask them to consider it. But most smaller developers aren’t going to take the time to bother :(

The Infectious Madness of Dr Dekker is easily the best game this week. Get it, know it, love it. Just make sure it doesn’t turn you into a homicidal maniac.

What about Warhammer 40k Inquisitor? I don’t see it listed, has it been delayed again? Its current release date is supposed to be June 05, 2018.

adrianvon said:

Real cool sony. Make a pricing error on your new store sale but pull it asap. So that only the deal hunting junkies get it, and us loyal customers with actual stuff to do instead of sitting on a page waiting to see who they can scam next, get nothing for it. In case anyone wasn’t aware, the surge complete edition was accidentally free for plus members for a while today. But don’t worry, tons of terrible customers that used the links in the posts to get free plus trials just to abuse the price error benefited from it. The rest of us didn’t. Hopefully sony revokes those purchases.
