Share of the Week: Days Gone

Freakers and the Farewell Wilderness take the spotlight.

Last week, we asked you head out into the Farewell Wilderness and fend off some Freakers in Days Gone. While fighting for your life as Deacon St. John, you sent us some intense moments using #PS4share and #PSBlog. Here are this week’s highlights:

@ahmedzafar99 shared this detailed portrait of our hero Deacon.

@ItsDVP focused in on the finer details of the road.

Deacon and Boozer drift their way through the rain in this share by @Nick_Baker777.

Deacon’s laughing through the chaos in this action packed share from @WarDragon989.

If you’re gonna take your eyes off the road, might as well be to look up at this beautiful sky, shared by @alejandroalex65

@PS4tographyuk shared this quality shot of a Freaker.

We couldn’t help but share another great shot taken by our very own Justin Massongill:

I entered probably a dozen better pics, u guys really pick horribly.

  • Nice some really awesome pics there…the road one is impressive. Also interesting the use of blue and orange in the last pic…someone knows how things work, maybe if that had been used in the cover art it would’ve helped sell more of Days Gone lol.

  • Another thing…the link to the pics is going to a page where it requires flickr login instead of the usual page to see the pics.

  • So, I admit I do not understand the tests of the press on this game! Certainly it is not perfect, a lot of bugs (and still corrected for many following the various updates), weak and nothing revolutionary, BUT this game is damn nice to play: the gameplay in motorcycle as on foot is fun, the hordes are excellent, the craft and the small aspect survival rather successful, it’s pretty in its entirety, the map is more than correct with a post apo atmosphere of good quality, the scenario is followed, …No frankly I do not understand, it is rather a good game that deserves its place in your toy library.
