Paradox Soul is an exploration-based, survival Metroidvania that takes hand-holding and throws it out of the window. Instead of spelling everything out for the player, the only way for Dr. Alli Rose to figure out what’s going on in a peculiar test facility, is to descend deeper down the rabbit hole and figure it all out by herself. You are her only hope.

  • Two great titles for the Vita this week! Nice!

    • I’ll have to look into Paradox Soul. Could be just the game I need to play on my PS-Vita again

  • Ovivos design is pretty damn cool

  • Mercenary09

Looks like Scraper: First Strike, Stranger Things 3, and Sea of Solitude for me this week.

    • ViperSpeeds

Jesus…do you just buy every single game that comes out every week?

I always see you commenting every week, about which games you’re going to buy…lol.

    • Mercenary09

Hey I only named 3 out of all of those above sso.

    • Viper, I’m considering I own about 4,500 psn games you just need to pump those number up. Those are rookie numbers!

Try spending about $1700+ just for ACA games and spending $300 for delisted pinball tables and $400 for a platinum where online games cost money to play.

Not to mention the thousands spent on HD remakes and collections of games plus Indies and God forbid you buy AAA games.

    • Looking forward to playing Scraper: First Strike on PSVR, but I am going to first wait for my 3d Rudder peripheral to arrive so I can have full analog movement controls while using Dual Move.

    • jdangelo187

3 out of “all of those”. I see, your understanding of quantity is diluting your decision making.

  • Alexxandrite86

Gamers gonna game, haters gonna hate. :|

    • jdangelo187

Realists are gonna refuse to defend garbage releases. Not to mention the new PS Now dumpsterfire collection flung onto the service.

  • SirRealDeal

Scraper: First Strike has my interest but episodic content is a huge red flag.

    • Episodic is how game developers try and share the risk with the potential interested gaming audience.

Scraper: First Strike will be worth taking that risk with them and it will be supporting the PSVR 3d Rudder peripheral.

    • WilliamFuchs420

Wish my Rudder would ship already still no news got an apology email saying its now expected late July last month just waiting… what happened to July8ths drop?

  • S on PV; W: AWW; ST3:TG; SoS; S:FS; PS; O; BB; AD; 4 me. Wonder which ones will be Ratalaika or Lovetimes You.

    • Mercenary09

Ovivo is from Sometimes You. Paradox Soul is a Ratalaika Game.

    • Cool thanks man. Usually gives me an idea of how much those games will cost.

    • jdangelo187

You were auto corrected from Sometimes You, to Lovetimes You.

WTHeck are you typing into your device on a regular basis to create this deviant anomaly?

    • When you boot up Evgeniy’s games it says Lovetimes You, so sue me to think that’s what his company is called.

  • JayBizzle311

    Where is La-Mulana 2???

Last I saw/heard it was supposed to be released on PS4 this past week like June 28th.

But it’s nowhere on the PS Store. I could be wrong/right and it came out to a different region than USA, but I’d figure I highly coveted metroidvania like that would release across all regions of PSN.

    • JayBizzle311

Haha nevermind.. It came out in JPN on PSN June 27th.. The dates for the other regions are still TBD.

    • jdangelo187

It’s out on the Switch….in JPN. BUT, cross region buys are too easy on that lil miracle of a machine

  • ComaBoy_101

I’m new to PSVR but Scraper looks awesome to me. The early YouTube reviewers seem to really like it. Cyberpunk open world in VR? I’m sold. I have to get AstroBot and BeatSaber now lol. I am going to spend all my money starting tomorrow : (

  • Blutterfly16

WILL: A Wonderful World is not on the NA PS Store and it’s pissing me off. When is it gonna come out, dammit?!?

    • I second this. You’d think Sony would know what day games would be releasing in the store they control…

  • So, are you guys just going to ignore the fact that Will: A Wonderful World never released?

    • Blutterfly16

The one game I was looking forward to this month and there’s no news about it *anywhere* even though it was listed for July 2nd (after a 2 month delay too!)

GOD DAMMIT, MAN. PS Store is bust, as usual!! :@

    • It’s definitely some bs. I kinda feel like a maniac thinking about how much time I spent searching for any information whatsoever about the release lol. And just like you, I found nothing.

    • Blutterfly16

I was hoping since it’s Friday and they do the 2nd kinda big update of the week that it’d be there but I scrounged the entire store and nothing. No news about it
either. I’m starting to lose hope.

Thanks for being a bro/sis and making me feel less lonely in my outrage!! :)

  • Hmm….no July 9th PSN release blog. Disappointing.

  • Can I Play Provenance Games?

Whatever the list you have provided is good, but I always want to play provenance games on my PS4. Can I?
