That’s never a good thing.

One new PS3 game which at least has a demo, 1 PSP and that’s it. Not much to say in the deals department. I see a bunch of nice wallpapers available which is always good. This is a very light week in terms of new content. A one out of five stars is certainly deserved here.

How about putting the LBP DLC for PS3 on sale? Who really plays it on PSP…? A discounted bundle including all of the released DLC for + subscribers would be just perfect. Just in time for LBP2. ~hint hint~

Any news on the Demon’s Souls Dynamic Theme? I know you two have both replied to me before that you would look into it and I’m just wondering if you have an update.

Also, what are the chances of more soundtracks showing up on the store? I would love to see the White Knight Chronicles soundtrack on here.

Thanks,

Can you follow up anymore information about this? Thanks.

Grace, the post read as the following:

‘PlayStation Store Update

Posted by Grace Chen // Senior Manager, PlayStation Store

Hi Everyone -

We have some exciting news to announce! Next Tuesday on January 18, you can purchase and download EA’s space opera RPG, Mass Effect 2, from the PlayStation Store, the same day it’s being released in retail stores on Blu-ray. And, if you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber, you can download the free trial which allows you to play the full game for 60 minutes. The full game trial is also available starting next Tuesday.’

This was removed entirely from this week’s Store update.

Megamixer – for what its worth I appreciate your posts. You help keep things in check and its nice.

This update is pretty weak, and like another user stated, I contribute the early update to the fact that its weak, I’ve never seen a good update be this early.

Thanks for the demo, those are what really makes or breaks whether I buy a game. Sadly my PSP3000 gets no love this week.

Dream list = My dream will continue to be seeing XCOM: UFO Defense on the PS Store as a PS1 classic so I can play it on my PSP. Make it happen please! :)

I’ve been waiting since 11 PM central yesterday for Prinny 2. It’s downloading now! And they’ve included a cheat to start with Asagi! I naively hoped that PS+ would give me an early copy of this game, but an apparently early update is still nice.

Games I’d still like to see on PSN:

Metal Gear Acid 1 and 2.

Generation of Chaos.
