Looking forward to infamous this week!
    Thanks guys!

  • Unfortunately I have to work tonight. At least I will have a Blogcast to listen to when I’m in the office. Thanks fellas! :)

  • I heard there is a couple of sales coming such as “PAX SALE” I have heard one of them features Bound By Flame on sale. Hope that’s true. I’ve had my eye on it here and there but am waiting for the right price for me.

  • There was no mention of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re; Birth 1 for PS Vita in the list of next week’s releases. (Idea Factory International lists the game as due in North America in retail and PSN on the 26th of August.)

Has it been delayed, or was it not listed for another reason?

Also, the material from the Infinity Moment PSP game is technically not presented separately from SAO:HF.

The prologue for Hollow Fragment takes place in the mysterious Hollow Area. Once you clear the prologue, you return to Arc Sophia, your home base on level 76 of Aincrad (the 100-floor floating castle where the SAO VRMMO is set). From then on, you are free to alternate between clearing the higher floors in Aincrad and returning to further explore the Hollow Area.

I’ve found it handy to alternate between the two, as there are aspects of playing in each that benefit you when going back to the other.

When it comes to the SAO anime, it’s worth watching the initial Aincrad Arc, since the game branches off into its own timeline at a key point in episode 14. The game offers a flashback to help explain things, but you’d get a much better sense of what’s going on if you have watched that on-screen story arc already.

  • I see what you did there in the title Sid Shuman.

  • Welcome back guys! I’m not going to lie, I was beginning to suffer withdrawals…

  • Guys, why haven’t you released episode 130 on the blog? I don’t have iTunes so I can’t listen to the episode :(

  • You guys didn’t seriously just skip over Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;birth1, did you….?

    @4 (Nerroth)
…For all I know, they were probably too embarassed to even mention it. Hell, they didn’t even talk about PP (but then again, there wasn’t an an episode released at all the weekend prior to that game’s release).

I was looking forward to what they had to say about the game, too….

  • Ok that episode was GREAT, especially after the Far Cry 4 interview. Loved the craziness. I think you got the right mix of varying subjects. Really enjoyed this episode. Thanks guys!

  • @8:

I dunno. I could have sworn that an earlier episode had mentioned the release of one of the PS3 Neptunia games (Victory, perhaps). I’d be willing to give the benefit of the doubt if it was a case of oversight.

Unless, of course, the game really has been delayed for some reason…

  • Do you guys think they’ll be God of War characters in the game Destiny of Spirits for PS Vita now that God of War collection has arrived on the Vita. Killzone (including 1-3 + Liberation + Mercenary) and Uncharted characters would also be nice.

I’d also love to get Final Fantasy Dissidia and Dissdia 012, as well as FFX characters if Squenix would want a quick cash grab.

Sony really needs to create more first party games, also secure much third party games as well for both the PS4 and Vita.
Playstation has always been known for their great exclusives and we want Sony to deliver 3 times what they’ve shown so far.

You are getting the huge install base to make it happen on the PS4, the risk of game development is significantly lower than on PS3. You just have to invest in worthwhile games.
Get Platinum Games to make an exclusive franchise/game for you guys after they’re done with their current projects.

  • Thanks for the episode guys. Loving Diablo III on PS4.

  • We need the blogcast in a different format the PS4 is my way to the blog

  • Infamous isn’t the big game coming out this week. Metro Redux > Infamous

I love Infamous, but the Metro games are much better
