This is the what you’ve been waiting for: PlayStation’s E3 press conference, kicking off at noon Pacific. While we were able to get 150 of you into the Shrine Auditorium, there’s probably a few of you wondering how you can follow the action. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to find out what’s going on. You can stream video from a number of sites, such as GameTrailers, GameSpot, G4, and IGN.
Can’t stream video at work/school/your low bandwidth location? SCEE‘s James Gallagher and myself will be updating you live in traditional text fashion via CoverItLive. Sony didn’t mention a SINGLE new feature for PSN Plus. All they said is we’d get exclusive demos, dlc’s, etc.
All the stuff they promised with Qore — but for twice the price.
It’s a very nice press conference. Nice to see Gabe of Valve on stage, that was a total surprise.
Haha…It’s funny how everyone says it’s horrible it’s great right after each other. Here’s my view on that…
if you’re a fanboy of another company say it sucked. (can’t possibly admit it was good! lol) if you’re a fanboy of this company…say it rocked(Can’t admit anyone else’s conference was good! lol!)

Each conference had some good things…not all of them were able to please everyone. That’s business…and sometimes it sucks. Continue crying now…oh and feel free to get all flamed up because of me stating the obvious. GO!

hopefully we see some support for the psp i really want to play some games on my psp go like crisis core, and phantasy star portable!
what no R3? no FF Versus? no Last Guardian? what the hell is going on?
Nothing really got me excited, some small things (to me) to possibly look forward to like Twisted Metal, Portal 2 and possibly the Move, but nothing that Wow’ed me. I love Sony, but even the new 360 model made me more interested then most of this conference.
I’m guessing that scientists in R&D couldn’t think up any more experiments to unleash on Sony’s paying faithful (ie the PSPgo).
Oh well… There’s always next year…

wow no firmware update 3.40 no new xmb no new partner nothing new just move and im hardcore so sony E3 was very disappointed…although i was excited about ps plus but the way sony is playing ball right now i don’t think i’ll subscribe because i feel ps3 is dying slowly…that’s y i hate recession…no goodies

Were are the MMORPG’s Sony??
There were some cool and interesting things show, but I’m a bit disappointed. I was expecting more game reveals and announcements.
If Sony thinks noone still plays MMORPG’s they need to go check Everquest: Fronteers for the PS2. There are still plenty of folks paying 14.99 a month just to play an old out of date MMORPG
I love how GG is trying to claim that Killzone 3 was designed for 3D (and not adapted for it).

It’s clearly the exact same engine as Killzone 2 with a few modifications.
It was a good press conference, but it didn’t impressed me, i was hoping to see something new, something that could have made impress, it was only the confirmation of some games, none of the games were interesting to me, well i think that i will wait, for new post-e3 games this year, if there’s any of course. Good luck with that line-up and proyects. Waiting for TGS now. Nintendo won this year E3.
What the hell are you all smoking that press conference was out of this dimension. MSOFT shouldn’t even show up next year. Sony killed it they showed just how much real dedication they have to us. They showed games for everyone, partnerships, new services hardware and gabe newell?! Come on stop crying about X game chat it’s coming just chill out. That was the best press conference i’ve ever seen. At least they didn’t totally sell out like Microsoft!

I was expecting a release date for The last Guardian, maybe a next E3 2011 ! :(
But also not release date for LBP2.

Also i think if they did keep secret all the pre E3 games announcement, and tell us at this conference,then would be a great, epic E3 for Sony.

I’m not game of FPS, so i’m not impressed.
I sell mi Wii ’cause of the wiimote, i didn’t liked at all and i a big Zelda fan, so for me, i will get really excited if there are really GOOD GAMES for it.
Now let me see what Nintendo has in games for this year…..
And for the PSN +. no wayyyy, pay extra for lame minis? ooooooooh and only can be played if i keep subscribed?, i BETTER invest on USED PS1,PS2 or even psp used games!
